George, I know the second one better than the first. I had a lady that worked for me whose husband LOVED that second one. Something about.. Janeway?? The first one.. I'm not sure which one it is in the series.. Good choices. As kathy was saying, some of us know how to REMOVE information from files and upload them onto another server to link them. But.. it takes a bit to learn how. I say that but Kathy learned really quickly and does it well I might add. sudo

These things are what made me get tough with my kids' computer privileges. What they could and could NOT do on the home computers. The Bonzai buddies are just a few of lot of these spy ware programs TARGETED to kids for FREE DOWNLOAD!!! I remember there was one my middle child downloaded because it gave a "cool" cursor. Not that I'm being any help here but just wanted to chime in. I've usually found removal programs that worked. But several times when I re-formatted and reloaded everything because of other problems, I wondered if there weren't still some remnants of those programs that were contributing to the problems. sudo

Who can interpret dreams and visions by the Spirit?
Sudo replied to JosephLoegering's topic in Doctrinal: Exploring the Bible
Joe, Re:"I have often tried to herald forth the visions committed unto my trust, but was unable to fully interpret them..." But much of the book of Revelation is uninterpreted is it not? Does that make it not the Word of God? So do you feel your prophecy is the Word as well? And if so shouldn't it be included as a new Testament of Jesus Christ? sudo -
George, You are correct, sir. As is Hiway29. A fine movie. Anyone else? I'll see if I can't find something interesting to post. sudo

Igotout, Re:"Sudo I have been using PCA for years. Terminal Server or in your case Remote Desktop blows it away in speed and securityand overall performance and simplicity. You should switch." I can print just fine using PC Anywhere. As I told you, its like sitting at the remote computer. As you say, though, it may be a bit slower but lawd if I can tell it as I have both computers on broadband. Home is on cable and office is on a T1. *You* however are having problems. So why exactly is it I should switch to your methods? sudo

I went down and picked up my daughter at Ole Miss Friday to bring her up for a weekend visit. She needed some of my cooking she said. I think she just missed us but I'm always glad to have her home anyways :) . She does Netflix and brought home a DVD of a movie we all used to watch years ago. I guess it was nostalgic for her. So I copied it to the computer and am playing around with the files now. Here's a sound capture from our favorite part. If you know this Disney movie you might remember what is happening behind the music but the kids and I would all be up doing an Irish gig during this part. Click HERE! Does anyone know what is happening musically at the 31 second mark? sudo

Who can interpret dreams and visions by the Spirit?

Oakspear, Re:"I for one am ready for another holy book." But how can we be sure that Joseph is a true prophet? sudo -

Say Joe, Do you feel like God is showing you these things so that you can bless others? Have you considered writing all this down and making another Testament to the Bible? Like Joseph Smith (the Mormons' founder) did? Or do you see yourself more like a modern Edgar Cayce? sudo -
I don't know about other religions but I can tell you this.. the astronauts in training have these near death experiences when they go into that centrifuge thingee. I saw a report on it on 20/20 I think it was. sudo

GT, You dirtball, you! sudo

Igotout, Sorry I can't help you but I connect to my office from home using PC Anywhere. And that works just fine. It takes over complete control and its like you are actually sitting at the office computer while you're at home. sudo

Yeah Greg, Take your shoes off and put your feet up. We LIKE you, dude! :) sudo

Tommy, I've heard it is almost a different movie. I wondered even as a child how Raymond Burr could act so calm. So deliberate when he could look out and see a monster destroying the city?? sudo
-
Tommyz, Nope. I just saw the Raymond Burr version. Several times now. sudo

Veggie, Re:"OMG Sudo! I laughed so hard, I thought I was going to wake up the neighborhood!" Did I not tell you I thought you would like it? Now *there* is some "sport" in hunting. sudo
-
Rick, I've never seen the show but those are some lovely ladies. Um-hmmm. sudo
-
Rick, Sounds pretty modern and hip to me. But naw.. I don't know it. sudo
-
Veggie, Naw, I'm not vegan though I tried doing it about 15 years ago. I was able to do it for only about 3 months. People have their beliefs about how we are supposed to eat and I think we are omnivores from the evidence I've seen. Still, I don't *LIKE* the idea of eating little bunny rabbits and fawns and the like. Here's the pic I said I was going to post. I think you'll like it! sudo

Ex-70's, Re:"I did not find the deer funny at all. Deer actually do kill people. That hunter was lucky." Oh, he made it out alive then you think? I didn't think it was particularly funny either... I was thinking it was a more poetic justice kind of thing. Hunters go out armed with high powered rifles and (as you say) side arms for the coup de grĂ¢ce. And what has the poor deer got to counter the hunters with? Their hooves and running away. I've never thought this was really a fair game. And this is considered "sport"? Now Hunters who go out bear hunting. Particularly Grizzly bear hunting. And maybe even particularly "female Grizzly bears with new born cubs" hunting.... armed only with a .22 pistol. Short barrel. Single shot (Oh, OK, double shot like a ladies' derringer). Now maybe *THAT* could be considered sport because of all the sports I'm familiar with everyone goes in with an equal chance. Like college football. Oh, not like this past week's game between Ole Miss and Missouri because obviously Missouri had drugged our (Ole Miss) players so that they could walk all over us. But other than that. And maybe the lying cheating U of Memphis coaches who said we had dummies on our team. Yeah, other than that. Yeah, college football is a real SPORT I tell you. But this going out and shooting wild game and calling it "sport"? Naw. I don't buy it. If we want to say that the hunters are going out gathering game to put meat on the table then that's OK with me. But "sport"??? Hey! I have a funny pic somewhere I'm going to look for and post! sudo

Rick, Meredith was indeed a honey but, maybe, she appeared, unapproachable. Kristy on the other hand was was very attractive and had more of that 'girl-next-door' quality about her. Meredith? Like Ginger. Kristy? Like Mary Ann. :) Good selection! sudo
