HuWah!!! That was exciting! Im happy for the whole city of Detroit, That team earned it ! I posted this a few days back when i was hangin out with a Yankee fan I guess that wont happen. I should know by now, that all the money and all the talent on paper dont mean squat, Its who wants it and who has the heart to push beyond-and the Tigers showed that in bucketfulls Well Done!

I seem to remember that the blues have had a few streaks abruptly change directions this year. I little belief wouldnt hurt, anything can happen--its playoff time It aint over til its over. Are y'all watching the gem that Rogers is pitching in Detroit? Ive never seen him pitch with the intensity he has tonight- He's making a believer out of me

They're not off too far--- I who can have trouble putting two sentences together on the other hand got this: Your Dominant Intelligence is Linguistic Intelligence Well I dont know about that

So Hiway-Who is this guy Kuo, who's pitching game two- Down 0-1 in a short series-and he has 5 major league starts Is he that good? or is this the same type of Grady Little move that got him run out of Boston? Crucial game... I guess we'll see Im still pulling for the BlueSox ...er Dodgers

Maybe the Cubbies should hire him them fire him boompsquick as part of their 08 championship strategy- What a strange legacy to leave behind... I have a Yankee fan friend (dont have a coronary..)who wants me to head down to the stadium with him for this afternoons game, but today it just aint possible for me -----Im holding out for the ALCS

This is an informative thread that I am finding very interesting-- - I am curious as to the process that you took VeganXTC to become a serious Vegan and how long the transitional phase lasted. Was it an immediate change or did it come over a period of time? Did you notice any physical/emotional/spiritual changes when you changed your diet? How long have you been a practicing Vegan? Thanks for all the info

Well even the first guy was out by a few yards. Granted Green made a great throw--but hells bells you could see he got a perfect bounce off the wall before the first runner was even near third and there were no outs at the time, nice way to kill a potentially big inning Does Shawn Green (the outfielder) get two assists on the one throw? Let it go Simon -love em or hate em-its still playoff baseball---

........and they're off....... Nothing quite like playoff baseball :) it was amazing to see Jeter go 5 for 5 last night---I think the Yanks-unless their pitching totally caves in are going to be tough to beat. The lineup is just too tough--when was the last time anyone saw a lineup where the number 9 hitter, hit over .340? I have the Dodgers-Mets on now --Weird for me to see Nomar in a Dodger uni---and not tapping his toes anymore---Lowe looks like--well Lowe--he is already taking to himself on the mound in the first inning.... The kid (Maine) pitching for the mets looks about 19-It'll be tough for them losing El Duque and Pedro.... 2 on no outs top of the second EDIT: WTF? The dodgers just got them both thrown out on the plate on the same play...Never seen that one before. Dodgers are ahead bit dont look like much on the bases

columbus and native americans could not understand each other ? Columbus understood that they had gold, the natives understood he had big weapons. They may not have discussed it--sign language maybe? but they understood some things about each other. Arts-well Ive seen lots of the native crafts from those days and they are exquisite, everything was handmade and most of it was adorned with all sorts of artwork Europe had painting scultpture, architecture and Im sure other things that I cant think of right now. Recreation--I know the new world had all sorts of ball games, couldnt tell you what they did in Europe.

Not me Imagine, and I dont care to, once is more than enough for me thank you I found THIS which may be of interest to you. When i was in TWI about 20 years ago I used to listen to Jack Hayford on the radio and at the time he seemed like a very persuasive and charismatic public speaker. Now to me 20 years later his whole premise is not only incredibly flawed, irrational, and bizarre but dangerous. Thats my 2 cents Welcome to GSpot They weave the spider's web." -- Isaiah 59:5

if it upsets you and still makes you crazy then it still has some hold over you. If it bugs you then you let it go and move on. Do what you gotta do Whine, bitch, complain, scream get angry or whatever to get it out of your system if thats what it takes--You wont be the first person around here to do that. The reason many around here can now talk openly about it is because after cleaning out their ownselves it is now as powerless over many as talking about their elemenatry school days, others are in different places ----but-like Tom said I just like hanging out with the people here. If you have other things to do then go 'spring forth" no ones stopping you...., if you want to really get it out of your system this might be a good place--lots of people have... anyways ---welcome

There is a good size section on warrantees. Which basically sounds to me as if there classes and materials dont work then tough for you, they take no responsible if their products suck. There doesnt seem to be any big fat claims out there anymore like whatever they used to have .....(produces more harmony in the home!) Ive wondered from time to time if anyone ever took them to task on that or sued them for making false claims. Maybe, maybe not, but they certainly make a spectacle of what a cover their own foot organization they are. The Way is not liable for damages resulting from use of their materials?? Gees they really believe in it and stand by their stuff dont they?

MBNA is the company, and Yes Belle, once in a great while a vendor will mischarge me--those I can usually see but the Credit Card Company is adding things up wrong, ----not only that but they have such a convoluted way of billing (middle of the month, only itemizing back a certain period, adding in previous un itemized sums, and being off kilter with actual real time) that unless you spend a good chunk of time on it, Its hard to know exactly what is right. They throw me figures and Ive been paying them --but if i really take the time to look at them they dont line up Ive been more or less trusting them to add it all up right, which probably hasnt been the wisest thing Ive ever done. Im taking tomorrow to sort it all out

I never used a credit card all that much but I have a small one man business now that I use my credit card to buy supplies and things for and pay off every month---Im busy and usually only review everything quickly to make sure the purchase and prices are accurate, then pay the sum at the bottom of the page as I have been too lazy to get the calculator and add up pages of numbers that I can barely see and have been assuming that the number is right. WRONG! I had been looking at the numbers and they look about right, so hadnt been taking the time to add them all up. Three months ago I started checking and they were regularly off a $20something, 40 or maybe 60 depending on the total--- always in their favor. This month on a $4100.00 4 page bill full of 15, 30, and 40 dollar items their simple addition totals are off by $480.00. I'll get it straightened out and eventually leave this company but Im going to reiterate what most of you probably already know--add em up before you pay them

yes the world is filled with deeply talented people- Momma must be proud I was unfortunately left out of the able to pull a car with my eyelids pool and have to settle for lesser things. How does someone discover that they have these rich and practical talents anyway?

Im still wondering if Hiway won the lottery and we'll be able to see him on TV :) Don Demeter? what brought him up -He was briefly a Red Sox in 66 when he was traded from the Tigers for Earl Wilson, I have a snapshot of him in the on deck circle that I took shortly before he pinch hit struck out to end a game... I'll be having my eyes mostly on the Dodgers-Mets. Lotta pitching for a short series, even with Martinez gone. I think I'd like to see the Dodgers-Yankees in a replay of the 50's, but between now and the WS anything can and probably will happen
-
Sure send on the link---Im a fan of sage plants anyway, and I could always give them away as cool gifts. Thanks for checking it all out.. I also found this on the Haddassah site: Which, if that is the case with salvia judaica, I'll take about a thousand --I smell a new side business coming on...

blah blah blah... If you think its a good idea to walk into an inferno carrying gasoline then have at it. Your free to do so and have the right, go right ahead maybe nothing will happen

In this TWI was way ahead of its time. In the mid 80's i was listening to Mozarts Requiem and got a very stern lecture from a Corps Guy who happened to walk in, his neck was popping and he was spewing about devils, then took the cassette and trashed it like a real man Halfwit. ( thats about .49 of a wit too generous..) Its all religious stupidity and closemindedness, but if the Opera Company has genuine security concerns, it doesnt seem like it would be a huge deal to drop the prop of Mohammed's severed head from the scene, given that the Opera takes place in ancient Greece a thousand years before Mohammed was born. Id be curious if it was originally written in or if it is a modern addition for dramatic effect

gees i hope not-- They almost upended the place about five years ago but changed their minds --I think we should go toward old age well together

Right now we are in the preliminary stages. Which means a donor wants to donate it to the church, and Ive been contacted and am working out the details , the design and the price. Then there is usually a few committees to deal with to Ok the whole thing after that. That all can take awhile and is usually the most time consuming thing. The actual window I can probably do in a month or two once all the other things fall into place, but the way churches work it is hard to tell if i will get the go ahead in a month or in 2 years. You never can really tell. I have had to wait years sometimes before churches give me the go ahead but-if they go i dont think it will be that long.. Plus I am coordinating with a sculptural wrought iron worker from Poland who I am going to have build a decorative frame that works with the window, so thats another thing that extends the time a little I'll post pics if you want when Im done--heck if your near come up to the dedication

Well my Dad did get married a few years ago, in his mid 80's. He's as energetic as a 20 year old....
