This is when we'll hear him clarify things:

There but for the grace of God go I. I now thank God I never attained that level of leadership.

Why is it that we don't hear much from ole Rosie?
outandabout replied to Ham's topic in About The Way
Maybe we don't hear from her because she doesn't have much to say. -
He was not faithful to his wife.

Well, that explains nervecurve.

If we ever wanted to class-action sue TWI, we'd have to be really undercover about it and start another web site and use it just for that express purpose - to communicate about how we would go about such a thing. I think we should call it something like "Site for Organizing a Class Action Suit Against The Way International".

The Better way to be Bitter!!! Yeah!!! Have a great weekend.

The bitter the better I say.

JL, why the heck did the limb leader pour beer down your pants? That is bizarre.... What an a$$hole. Anyway, one thing that stands out in my memory about Craig is how, when he was inaugurated, his whole speech was ALL ABOUT HIM, how the number two took such a meaningful place in his life... Yeah, and then he turned TWI into a big pile of Number 2.

This is starting to .... me off all over again. The money wasn't something I thought about much, but now that I look back on it, it makes me mad to think of how I was doing menial jobs that so I could easily relocate, had no career for that reason, and on top of that I gave them 15 to 20% of what I could barely live on as it was. And we were told it was for "The Move of the Word" even though it was the same poor saps who were giving the money that were actually "moving the word." And to find that there are MILLIONS still sitting there. If it were really needed to MOVE THE WORD, wouldn't it have been used to do that and not get horded? We were lied to, we were taught false doctrine out of the Bible so that we would think we should give our money to them. Just a nice thought.....a big fat class action law suit.....but I do like those John Grisham novels...

I'm free. I'm outta TWI. When I'm bitter, I'm bitter. When I'm not, I'm not.

I think you handled it very well. I almost came to blows with our almost-17 year old daughter after she came home late the second night in a row. She was going to run back out because I confronted her, but I threw both sets of keys (to her car and mine) into the back of the downstairs bedroom closet without her knowing it. She paced around and took herself and the dog into the backyard and smoked a cigarette. It ain't easy. Then my husband told me later how "sad" she was because I was so "mean." But you did great, JL. And your son seems like a really good kid. And I'm sorry it happened on Mother's Day. My incident was right at the end of Mother's Day. I've always wondered if there's a web site for parents of teens?

I agree with rascal.

I still remember that poster of him sitting on the john...

I'm so glad to hear TWI is so wonderful now.

So you stayed a LEAF the whole time, EH?
-
That's a total outrage! Is that even legal? Taking our money for "the move of God's Word" and hording it? Class action lawsuit, anyone?

I saw this British documentary on TV about squirrels being able to outsmart any contraption that people put up to keep them out of bird feeders. They also set up elaborate mazes and contraptions for the squirrels to find their way through to reach food and they always figured it out. In Del Mar, CA there's a little park at the top of a cliff overlooking the ocean and people feed squirrels there. I recall seeing one of them that was SO FAT. He was the FATTEST squirrel I EVER SAW.

Yeah, could be, but it put us in the position of having to defend something that didn't really make sense.
