-The production company for this US film was a HONG KONG company- Golden Harvest. That explains some of the cast but causes another wrinkle in the casting at the same time. -One role was written specifically with DON RICKLES in mind, but he refused the role, and we got a better movie for it once it was recast (with the same name.) -George Furth and John Fiedler both appear in this movie. (I used to confuse the 2 actors because of this.) -Peter Fonda appears in it as well. And Valerie Perrine. And Bianca Jagger. -Steve McQueen was cast, but died before they prepared to begin filming, so that part was re-cast and the mood of the movie was changed radically.

If it said "care" instead of "like", I'd have a guess....

BTW, We saw-with Willy Wonka and Hermione Granger- that parodies count-providing the parody carries the exact same name, i.e. "George St George as Super-Duper Man" would not count as G St G in the list of Superman actors. (No, THAT wasn't a hint, either.)

No. Raf was not providing ANY kind of hint. This one's tough enough that Mrs Wolf missed it- and she's seen 3 of them in this list but still can't picture a role where they both play the part, even after seeing it!

No, nothing quite so classical. And yes, those are all actors who shared a common role, believe it or not. (I myself saw those last 3 do it, as did Mrs Wolf.)

Although it's possible to get insight anywhere, I would think Bob would be a bit more likely to spark Christian insight because he IS a Christian. That being said, that's no guarantee he would produce insight or correct insight, but I would think that his thoughts would range far afield from mine, since, as a musician, he sees the world very differently than myself or even most non-musicians. This was a "game show" that originated in the UK, and later had a US version. Both versions lasted for several years. They are shows where "the points don't matter", and there's 4 "contestants" in the "game show." Both shows had the same name. The name is phrased as a question. Some of the "contestants" (comedians) were on both versions- including Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie, Wayne Brady and Greg Proops.

In that, he claimed he'd dedicated his life to "that field" (Bible research, etc), and once he mentioned in passing that God chose him for that profession, but dropped that line of discussion there. (Hey, any dedicated minister should think that they were chosen by God to be a minister, in one form or another.) But the "God spoke to me audibly" stuff was reserved for insiders. That's why the average cult reference mentioned his doctrine, but not that part or this imaginary snowstorm (nor the OTHER imaginary snowstorm, on the supposed OTHER important day of his life-the day he met Stiles.)

How soon we forget. This was the same R@mon@ who was married to T0M M1TCHELL. Anyone here meet him? He was married and he and the Mrs were living on-grounds during the lcm era. Sometime after Tom found out that lcm was doing his wife, he got into an argument about it with her. Witnesses said they overheard him shout that he couldn't compete with Craig, and he stalked off. That was the last anyone saw him alive-he went off and blew his brains out. He certainly didn't deserve that. (I'd known him- he deserved a beatdown with fists, but not for his wife to cheat on him, nor to be driven to suicide because a group's second leader worshipped his predecessor so much that when the guy said adultery was fine, he agreed and did it. When someone asked vpw why he (single-handedly) selected lcm as his successor, he told them outright that it was because lcm never questioned him, he just followed orders. There were a number of competent people at the top (competent for twi, at least), but lcm was the one who would follow vpw over a cliff. There was also some thinking that the corps would fall in line with lcm like they wouldn't with anyone else. If you read the digest of "VP and Me", lcm's book about how much he worshipped vpw, you'd see how lcm spent his entire adult life after college in twi itself-with no training outside of college or twi. If that doesn't scare you, I don't know what will.

Any narcissist who finds other people getting "his" spotlight- especially one who finds their skill in an area exceeds his. Like, say, he's an amateur musician who can't sing and they're professionals.
