it is not a law, it is your living breathing heart doctrines are for getting a good idea of the truth not some set in stone unmoveable piece of truth finding truth - that's seeing it-believing it-that's faith but don't stop there and come up with a bunch of mini doctrines to support it but rather let our eyes open a bit wider to that truth and more truth and it will change, you will change with it, faith increases -

John Chapter 1 1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2The same was in the beginning with God. 3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. Genesis Chapter 1 1In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. 5And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

doojable your post reminds me of believing without seeing you just know it in your heart when all the brain twister people leave you alone and you can really think for yourself then things can be seen and believed easy to be entreated such is wisdom and understanding to leave behind the roar and tangles of many who claim to "know" -

Many people today confuse the "law-of-believing" as being synonomous with some non-existant "law-of-material-prosperity" they think Jesus Christ was talking about and proclaiming. Because of this they erroneously conclude there is no law of believing. STRAWMAN ALERT For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth -

v.33 goes on: "But whosoever shall deny me before men (it does not say before God) him (that person) will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven." The question therefore becomes, what did Jesus Christ confess before men? Did he go about confessing there is no God, that God does not heal, that praying is physchologically good only for the one who is praying - etc, etc, etc? If that is your confession, then exactly how does your confession line up (say the same thing) Jesus Christ's confession does? STRAWMAN ALERT -
is it our beginning? an individual biography of each one of us?

on another note if something someone says is "God breathed" (which is a poor translation imo) that don't mean it is to be worshiped and followed to the letter that's like making the bible the golden calf or in the case of pfal the golden dog even Jesus broke the letter of Moses Law which would mean sin stick that in your pipe and smoke it a while I John says something about you cannot sin. A piece of the puzzle-or is it a riddle. With quite the ending and beginning. The bible talks about the beginning.... It's your beginning... The Word in the flesh. The Word is God. Is it to be worshiped? Or is it something like "in spirit and truth". Beyond the letter of the bible into something greater. Then the bible and other writings can be seen. worship in spirit and in truth in spirit-in the spirit and in the truth which is not readily seen by the carnal eye -

much like you Mike I tried to get pfal to work. but i knew it wasn't working. there was no power of God in my life. there was no promises fulfilled. there was no abundance of life. till i learned what the power of God is and what that abundance really means and what those promises really are through much tribulation we will enter the kingdom of Heaven you are too afraid to face it you will have to eventually i am done with you for now unless i have to say something -
