SIRG and too gray..I caught myself in snares of "issues", I kept thinking my issues would never get resloved, they were so deep. I still get hit with stuff occassionaly because my family was involved and may dear friends. But when it comes to your own children I had to work hard not to let my harden and keep the love I understand to flow....You both so eloquently have given me much to think about..but I have learned to keep a good healthy balance. thanks again

Since I left twi a fews years ago, I have looked around and found several folks living together. Its been a little adjustment for me. I come from the old school, so to speak. Im speaking of folks still fellowshipping outside the way.People have free will:)...I have had to rework alot of my own thinking about relationships in this area....If im totaly convinced that marriage is on the horizon I would live together. For some reason is usualy seems like it's a convienance situation for most. Some I think still have trusting issues......to commit. For me It would have to have a very strong bond,not based on sex either......that is only temporaily, thats a product of intimicy of the heart and desires..I think the ability to reason and make good decisions should be apparent, if possible, before considering living together. I also think that if a person doesnt understand why thier first marriage failed..it wil linger into the next marriage..It takes maturity and honesty to look at those things..

well this is sounding good. The maintenance is very low. I understand it barnstyle inside as well with a loft. So Im sure its probaly not sound proof. Im getting more info today from the seller...... thank you all..this has been helpful, being im midwestern born and raised ,this has posed a new position for me. I have neard seen a metal roof till i moved here.:)

Hi ya all- I am in the middle of purchasing a Barn Style home in Va. It has a metal roof. I understand they have get painted occasionaly. Its a forsalebyowner and located on pristene lake.I live in a very pricey area. I am single and what to be informed ahead of time. I know the local home inspectors will be well acquainted with this type of roofing. alot of vintage homes have this type of roofing. This home was built in 80s. Has anyone had to maintain one of these?Please let me know the scoop.
