LOL I find it appears to be carefully edited to find the places where reversing the tape says something the oposite and what happens with the rest of the conversation instead of a little snippet. a little snip here a little snip there and you got a new religion.

BUT VPW didn't just write about the snowstorms he spoke about them. They were used to convince people that he was in direct communication with GOD. TO give sum and substance to what he said and taught. SO it goes back to were they real or made up.. And all the side wrangling between different posters is just a distraction from what is being asked. And the reality is those who want to believe that VPW heard from God believe he did either see or getr a snow storm once twice possibly three times from God for various reasons and those of us who find not just the written word of TWI and VPW but The walk of him and many of us that followed him full of holes. we think he made it all up because of a glaring lack of real physical evidence that even one of the snowstorms happened. edited for more clarity

Demand for an item is in no way a proof of their accuracy and it is possible that those looking for them are ex PFAL people looking for the books because like many of us until we arrived here they have never tried to go outside of the WAY to get information. We all bought the only I VPW am teaching the True Word stuff. not only did we buy it but we were thoroughly convinced that every one else had the lies and and their teachings were corrupted. ONLY VPW had gotten the Word like it hadn't been taught since the first century. That until he got his enlightenment from God he did not understand the Word of God. That HE VPW had been studying the Bible for years and years. And buy it we did Hook Line and Sinker. Some of us still do because we have been too afraid that we would get tripped up by the Devils words, or a wrong interpretation of God's word. Really it all goes back to this one thing Study God's Word, Not VPW words, study THE WORD the whole word not just the new testament . Learn it and know it so when someone comes along with a wrong teaching you know what the word really says. So no snowstorm will stop you from going forward.

Oh Yeah and as near as I can tell from my limited look they were anything but receiving word of wisdom from God when they were out of Fellowship or sinning against God. Again just from a quick look see nothing in depth Edited for spelling errors

The thread started as a do you believe the snowstorm story. it morphed to did VPW say it in PFAL or as mike said did you " freaking"(This is my word and it only is there to reflect my embarrassment at getting it mixed up supposedly even though I still hear it in my head in conjunction with my PFAL class) mix up what you heard at different teachings in your head. Which then morphed in to the inevitable(just like Hitler showing up out in other forums) could VPW actually receive God's word like a profit when we know ALL of us that he was not just flawed but really didn't teach his own words but plagiarized wholesale others teachings and flagrantly sinned against God's children besides being a raging Alcoholic. All the while bits of Bible being bandied about when in reality the few men of God I have looked up so far when they did sin against God and hurt God's Children repented to God. so Since I see no repentance from VPW I am still not so sure he got any kind of revelation from God but then I probably know the least bible verses here and even less of the PFAL class. This in no way is meant as a treatise as to weither I had a good or bad time in TWI or what I think of the PFAL class... I am still trying to sort it all out..

I too love the greek yogurt. I only get the plain kind. With being both pre diabetic and allergic to wheat/gluten I have to be careful and only get yogurts with none of the syrup and they have to be all natural... no thickeners or fillers, which are all made from some kind of wheat. Another of my other favorites is stoneyfield yogurt, but it is hard to get here in the little town that I live in. But it is also european style yogurt which is thicker and richer than Ameircan. Some yogurts have different flavors to the plain yogurt too. I think depending on the cultures etc. but it is well worth it to try different types of yogurt to find the ones that have the flavor you are looking for. And I highly recommend walking away from the ones with syrup in them.. IF you can try the plain with your own fresh fruit sliced in it you will find a totally different taste adventure. once going there you will find that the kind with fruit and syrup in them do not taste good at all.

Okay... I could go on and on.. Well I am Old so I have learned a lot.. First and foremost I learned that the person in charge of my walk with God is me. That I am only in charge of my walk, not responsible for another persons walk. The house does not need to be perfectly clean. I do not need to always be up and doing things... Sometimes it is okay to just goof around and do nothing. The bad things that happened to me are the things that make me who I am... God forgave me for them I am free to forgive myself for them too. No body is perfect... we are all human and make errors. Kindness is the best way to deal with most people in your life. No one is gonna rescue you.. only you can rescue yourself.

Hmmm this is a good question... I must think on this I will be back... But the very first thing that I learned was that God Loved me and didn't care if I was in TWI .. HE still loved me... I would not just be a grease spot on the road because I left the Way... Oh and I promise this will be the only Twi based lesson the rest will be the life lessons I have learned.T :)
