How lucky you are to have had the melanoma found and extracted early. Melanomas of the skin can be very aggressive and are nothing to sneeze at. Life is very short and to be savored and enjoyed when ever possible.

I have baby leaves in my first planter box.. Radishes, a couple of carrots and cabbage and spinach and a few baby onions peeking out. They are too small for photos but expect some next weekend when they will be big enough for a full photo extravaganza. Hopefully the second planter box will have erupted in leaves by then too. I won't be planting any more of these boxes until perhaps mid march... and then another set in mid april and then one in every middle of the month thru June. But Next weekend I am starting my pepper and tomato seedlings and a few flowers too for transplant as soon as it warms up a bit more. I have to hold off until I get a plant light. I want one with a timer on it I think so I don't have to worry with my crazy school schedule this semester.

husband is brewing a new brew today.. the kitchen smells heavenly.. it is a Belgian Ale.. Last week it was a Belgian Abby Ale. NOt sure what the difference will be but as I said my kitchen smells yummy. Bolshaveck have you considered your own brew? They are far far superior to the cheap store stuff with the exception of some of the more expensive bottles

I think they will eventually go away but it will be a long time from now. But there are still all those splinters too. -

I tend to agree with Sock... There are so many variables and then there is also the facts that his returning to the ministry may not be a good idea for some or all of the parts. I believe that the way TWI is currently structured there is no room for LCM. (This is a good thing for LCM I believe) I also think that no matter how people on here view LCM what is more important to him and his own mental health is how he views himself and if he has found some healing and a more circumspect mental position. HE may have found his way to a life that works for him right now. I doubt though that TWI or he are ready for any kind of reconciliation... and it would be very bad for all concerned if there was one.

Jesus told the apostles to care and comfort and protect the believers as if the apostles were shepherds and the believers were little lambs. I don't see any where in that for trashing the believers. (God's Children)

There are several kinds of rosemary and as has been written it grows year round in California and certain varieties can gain the size of a small tree 10-12 feet high in just a couple of years. If you want a start of this kind let me know I am in California and can pop a bit in the mail to you if you want. you just shove it in the ground and you have a bush of it. If you do want to grow mint a good spot for it is in a place where you have untenable ground (solid clay works excellent for this) it will grow happily but be kept some what in check. For best results plant it off by itself so you can keep it from spreading all over the place. Lemon Balm on the other hand truely will take over the garden if left to it's own devices and even when you try to cantain it.. IT's soul runneth over. If you do do a herb garden plant it close to your house so you have easy access to it. Preferably near the kitchen or in pots on your back porch. You can also mix the annuals amongst your vegetables too. and the perennials amongst your flowers. (this is where my garlic chives and rosemary and mint grow)

 TO me when I see this stuff I realize how very little we (mankind) really know and even less understand. And how much richer every thing is.
