distasteful.... abominable is a better word but maybe that's not strong enough that's why it's hard when people talk about the "if it feels good, do it" in the same breath as sexual abuse i agree we have to look at ourselves and why we did things so we make better choices today but one thing i wish people could realize is that you spend days, nights, years blaming yourself -- that it was in fact all your fault -- and it takes therapy, re-thinking etc., to look at the thing and sometimes "fault" and "responsibility" sound the same and ahhhhhh never mind
