Hi Son of: I never know when to call people by their real name on this forum. Even when I know their real name and who they are. So for now I will just call you Son of. I am doing O.K. Lately I have been as busy as a bee. I have had a distribution business for a number of years. The web site is www.dynamoathletic.com. Unfortunately, it does not make a lot of money. It seems like it should, but it honestly does not. So I have gone back to school while continuing my business. This past January I passed the real estate broker's license exam. Pretty good for passing it on my first attempt and without previously working as a sales agent and taking the easier sales agent exam. I went for the whole enchilada and was glad I was able to not choke on it. There was a bit of a gap between actually passing the test and actually receiving the license so I enrolled again at a local junior college in my other hobby which is the study of Internet technology. One of these days I hope to be real smart bro, but I aint there yet. If you have studied Internet technology and written any web sites it can be challenging at times and sometimes frustrating. But I am hanging in there. For the class assignment for one of my two classes I will be building a Christian educational web site. It will be www.christianherald.info. A slow and laborious task, but I am determined to make it a good one. I will let everyone here know when I get it up and running and looking the way I think it should. I have written a few teachings over the years and have permission to post the articles of 3 other bible teachers with, of course, due credit to their work and links to their sites on my site. The three teachers are Ernest L. Martin, Peter Wade, both whom you may have heard of, and Stephen Jones. They are all good teachers so this should be a good educational experience for all. As for my personal life. No, I am not married. I came pretty close a few times, but for one reason or another there was not complete harmony with these women. And as for who I have heard from, from our Chico house. I have recently talked to Fred Traganza. He got married a few years ago and is doing pretty well living in the San Diego area. His wife, who I have talked to a few times over the phone seems like a likeable gal. Fred and his wife are good friends. I also heard from Bob Tucker. He e-mailed me a couple of years ago and we exchanged a few letters. He is married with children. I tried to look him up when I was passing through Portland, OR on business, but could not locate him. The last I heard he was living in Portland. I also heard from Pam. She is on the East Coast. I also heard via e-mail from Ron just about a year ago. He moved back to Anderson, CA the last I heard. Well, that is the news from me. The good, the bad and the in between.

Hi Son of the Master. Do you remember me? I was in the Chico home that you wrote of.

Groucho, I am so glad I caught your birthday celebration. You rock dude. And a big happy birthday from your bro Mark.

Caribousam: If you want good insightful commentary where people never gossip about one another why don't you try CES or a Momentous class? On second thought, maybe you should instead go to your closet and not come out until until all of us nasty gossipers have reached your obviously high standards. -
CES is in a Mess...
Mark Sanguinetti replied to Captain Crunch's topic in Spirit and Truth Fellowship International
That was an easy question, at least if one is familiar with the words and wisdom of the Lord Jesus. The greatest and only leaders according to Jesus are the greatest servants. The rest are frauds, deceivers, pharisees, dictators or wannabees. -

I read John Juedes' 9 page article, with 1 page glossary and thought it was very good. He must have invested a great deal of time in researching and writing it and should be commended. -

JohnJ, flying to Indiananapolis to have a face to face with John Lynn is out of the question due to financial and time constraints. I did, however, have a couple of long phone conversations with him and sent him some e-mails. I even used my real name, Johnny Jump-Up. -

Estimated, your last post sounded, for want of a better word, theatrical. You make it almost sound like we are willing to throw the CES leaders under a moving bus. No one here is contemplating this, at least that I know of. But the real question is why do you think any of them are, at this time, making a better contribution to the body of Christ than a number of people on this board? I think we have some mature Christian people right here. No one here needs to be led around by the nose. Hierarchy has been the scourge of the body of Christ for centuries. This was especially evident with TWI and it looks to me that CES is eating from the same tree. How else can you explain one leader sueing the other leaders over ministry matters and their positions of leadership in their so-called ministry. Maybe the CES leaders are not worth learning from at this time? Try this teaching instead. http://www.waychrist.com/Lordship_JC.htm -

Estimated, CES got the saying of "eat the fish and throw away the bones" from a ministry in Florida who have used it to justify a number of false prophecies. No one in CES came up with this saying themselves. How does this saying compare to Jesus' words below? If there seems to be a contradiction wouldn't it be better to go with Jesus' words and wisdom instead. Didn't Jesus also say to beware of the leaven of the pharisees? Matthew 7:15-20 15 "Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them. NIV Matt 16:5-12 5 And the disciples came to the other side and had forgotten to take bread. 6 And Jesus said to them, "Watch out and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees." 7 And they began to discuss among themselves, saying, "It is because we took no bread." 8 But Jesus, aware of this, said, "You men of little faith, why do you discuss among yourselves that you have no bread? 9 "Do you not yet understand or remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets you took up? 10 "Or the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many large baskets you took up? 11 "How is it that you do not understand that I did not speak to you concerning bread? But beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees." 12 Then they understood that He did not say to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees. NAS -

That was a gracious post Estimated. However, like yourself my biblical understanding began with TWI. I know the emphasis that they placed on demons or what they referred to as devil spirits. Do you remember the athletes of the spirit production with all the demons running all over the stage? And then came onto the stage, drum roll please, the man of Gawd Craig Martindale to protect and save us little people. This is the kind of arrogance we were subjected to and influenced by with regard to our Christian understanding and education. I think we are much more mature now, or at least we should be, and it is time that we left this world of insecurity. Instead of looking to another as a master apostle who can protect us from evil or instead of taking pride in the fact that we can caste out demons. Wouldn't it be more mature if we would instead look to Jesus' words and example. He is at the right hand of God and I think He can teach and guide us as we grow in Him. Estimated, please read and consider the following passage. I placed in bold what I consider to be especially important and the emphases offered by Jesus in this passage. I think of this passage much when ever I hear any mention of demons or the devil spirit kingdom. Please consider doing likewise. Luke 10:17-21 17The seventy-two returned with joy and said, "Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name." 18He replied, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. 20However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven." 21At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure. -

With a quick and short post there is not the space to go into detail. However, when I say bad fruit I mean anything done, including prophecy, with out good fruit which is covered in Galations. Good fruit being love, joy, peace, meekness, etc. It is all a walk in the spirit anyone. We might speak words given to us by the spirit of God tomorrow and not even realize fully that they are from God until days, weeks or even months later. On the other hand someone may say something religiously cloaked in a religious setting and none of it is true. It really is a walk in the spirit and sometimes we do not know the voice of God from our own minds and vice versa. This is why speaking with humility is so important and I do not think God will give his words to a haughty, prideful person. I must report that John is pretty slow to realize that the words given to Elizabeth by the CES council were in fact false. He wonders how I and others would know when we were not there or a part of it. It is because we can read them and can see from the fruit therein that they are false. We can also compare those words offered by Elizabeth and given to John in her long letter which are more spiritual and sound. The question is why is John so slow to realize that these words of so-called prophecy given to Elizabeth were false ones? One of the reasons perhaps is that John did not even read Elizabeth's letter until recently I understand. Apparently, he was also blinded thinking that Karen Ann Graeser is a prophetes while never really questioning her words. This was rather foolish of him I have to report. -

There have been a number of reasonable and helpful posts here to help shed light on this situation. The above written by TrustandObey is one of them. Estimated, many of us, believe it or not, are tying to help you here with what we have written. We have also tried to help John Lynn. For example, I have e-mailed John Lynn and Dan Gallagher a few times since I heard about their crisis. I even had two long phone conversations with John Lynn in the past month in the hopes he would reevaluate his life and ministry. As I also told John by phone, I do not think you and he are evaluating things with wisdom. Jesus said "by their fruit you will know them." I have tried to impress this on John and I will now try to impress this truth upon you with the hopes that it might open up your eyes. One brother suing other brothers in Christ over Christian ministry matters is not good fruit no matter how one rationalizes it. Can you see that? This bad fruit has been growing over a period of years because of what they have grafted into their ministry, namely with Momentous and especially, "personal prophecy." Have you thought of the possibility that CES is simply getting the fruit of their own actions with their disagreements and the lawsuit? How many ministries do you know that have boards that prophecy about others in their congregation and see spiders coming out of their nose or see them with many demons and the like such as was falsely prophecied about Elizabeth? -

Oh, I get it now. Don't resort to physical violence to resolve conflicts. Instead sue them. Besides, this is more effective in giving me a better chance to get my way and exert authority in the situation. Never mind that it could cause more harm to others than a physical confrontation. Never mind that it will cost myself, the people I am suing and the organization we started a great deal of money, which is the representation of other people's finances and work. Just sue them all and let Gawd sort it out. Do we all see a disconnect in this approach? -

There is a very fundamental and important point in all this. We are all equals. With regard to these discussions no one here is greater than the other. In contrast, when a person comes here and in his first post announces that John Lynn is an apostle and then names himself as a prophet, immediately the red flags should and do come up. And it is not that I don't believe that we all have our gifts and functions in the body of Christ because I do. However, let's show our gifts by the fruit that we bear rather than by a promotional campaign. -

Those were very good explanations T-Bone. Very good work bro. And I was just thinking along the same lines as T-Bone, although perhaps not as eloquently. Think of all the pressure that must come to a MOG or junior MOG's mind when they think they always have to be right and spiritual all the time. It seems to leave no real time for inner reflection so that they can admit they are wrong at least once in a while and thereby begin to experience some genuine mental and spiritual growth. Instead there is always an excuse and the thought that since I am the MOG I must always be right. Certainly pride and arrogance are involved. Secondarily, down right fear that if one ever admits to making a mistake there ministry may come crashing down like a card game of 52 pick-up. Yet the reality is just the opposite. If one can admit fault perhaps others can help them through their crisis of faith. And certainly God through Christ can go to work internally to help get people back on track. And whatever happened to the scripture saying to esteem others more highly than yourself? -

Actually Groucho. CES leadership thinks they have created a number of prophets and propheteses. They even had some kind of a prophets board where some of the wannabees could all compare notes of what kind of prophecies they could come up with. That is how CES got the Elizabeth so called prophecies. Surprise, surprise, I think they may have had to disband it though. Maybe the participants got a little to big headed if you know what I mean. Others may have more details on this. I am wondering how many others like Estimated are out there trying to BS there way into being esteemed and subtly worshiped in the body of Christ? My advise for you all, if you are out there reading this. If you come here on Grease Spot Cafe and try to bambozzle us with BS, you will be exposed. Your exposure may be right away or we may be in a generous mood and let you post your propaganda for a while just to check you out a bit more. However, if you come her with bad fruit similar to what we experienced in TWI you will be exposed. This is nothing personal mind you. And in exposing you we are actually trying to help you to become more Christ like. Oh and I almost forget. God Bless you. We love you. You are the best. (Or at least we want you to be.) And Gracie I am sorry that Estimated picked up a few bad habits while he was in CES. But some of us can not in good conscience let this charade go on and on here. -

Hi Lisa: Thank you for posting here. We are all very sorry for your loss and you will be in many of our prayers. Your dad was very bright and posted here often. I am not sure what else to say either. When we all collect our thoughts a bit better, we can do a memorial thread for George. Regards to you and your family, Mark -

You know Estimated, I can see a real disconnect going on in your words and from this your thinking on this matter. Has anyone from Grease Spot Cafe ever sued a brother or a sister in the name of Christian ministry? Has anyone here seen spiders coming out of others noses or demons infested in others and then used this as a smear tactic for political/religious gain? And tell us how your own words, essentially telling others to pay special attention to all the demons supposedly causing all the problems in the world compare with Jesus' words in the gospels, when he said to rejoice not that we have power over demons, but to rejoice that our names are written in heaven? You know I have heard to much of what you are bringing to the table here with your in essence, glorificiation of demons to let your comments slip idily under the table. We saw this with TWI and now we are seeing this with some of your posts here. This may sound blunt, but you really sound like a double minded man. You are not doing yourself or others any favors with your thinking and words. If you want to truly be an example of Christ and be kind, tender hearted, forgiving one another as Christ forgave you as you profess at the beginning of your post above then please do so. But don't get side tracked any longer on this subtle form of demon worship like we had in TWI that your last post is clearly professing. Am I making myself clear on this? Or can you not see that most of your above post does not glorify Jesus Christ or speak edification, but instead tells others to mostly look out and watch out for demons which it sounds like you see behind every bush and under every table. Your words and fixation is first of all harmful to yourself, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Secondarily it makes a mockery of what it is to be a minister of the Lord Jesus while spreading the gospel. And another thing Estimated. We all have to take responsibility for our words and actions. This is so that we can grow up into him who is Christ Jesus. Let's pray that the CES leaders get a realization of what their words and actions have caused and how they have not always educated or shown Christ's love to others. In fact, that they have sometimes been destructive to others faith. If we are in grave error and don't really know about it. How are we going to grow up into Him, who is the head of the body, the Lord Jesus Christ? -
