  1. It’s true if you beleeeve it is. Only an unbeleeeving empty wouldn’t beleeeve that.
  2. Oh, to be a charlatan huckster in that day and time! Wow. Gosh, even to be a music coordinator worshipping a charlatan huckster in that day and time. Oh, the nostalgia... swoon!
  3. It's hard to see, but is that a sidearm on his hip?
  4. The 70s! So delicious! Great photo, whoever took it. Do you know what year this was taken? Is that Chris Greer driving the Jeep?
  5. I forgive victor. I pity victor. If victor could have believed big enough to live long enough, he might have been lead to meet me, and if called, I might have "taught" him, as he pretended to "teach" others. I might have "taught" TF out of him. Bless his little black heart. HOWEVER, my forgiveness of him does not change what I can discern about him, what I can perceive about him, what I can observe. Once seen, it can't be unseen. victor paul wierwille is the thief come to steal, kill and destroy. Forgiving him doesn't change this discerned, observed fact, but my forgiving him changes me. If victor repented and asked for forgiveness, it would change him, too. Bless his little, black heart. I wish you all could read it in the original.
  6. According to victor, God changes all the time. I’m not prosecuting. I’m not judging. I’m observing, describing.
  7. You talking about the absent bastard Jew Christ? I'd hate to be anyone on THAT day that referred to him in that way. It's objectively observed. It's a description. It's not a judgement. It can be seen spiritually AND through horse sense eyes. It's an empirical observation. Forgiving victor doesn't change the objective, observable fact of victor. It can only change the forgiver.
  8. Forgiveness has no bearing on the objective truth about a charlatan huckster like victor paul wierwille. His crippled, slithering walk with his anti-god is unchanged, whether he is forgiven for some things or all things. His complete, total "spiritual walk" is flawed, if every lover of God he ever destroyed forgives him or not.
  9. It was hard to read, because lots of words were written, but not a lot was said, if that makes sense. There is Truth. It is real. It is not confined to a tiny corner of the world at a tiny sliver of time. Though, it is there, also. If it can boxed up into a formulaic system, it is probably not Truth, but there might be a corner of that box pointing to Truth. It's hard to talk about, because it's beyond description. Stories and musings and theological treatises and doctrines can only ever be pointers. So it seems to me, but I know nothing. It's so silly to talk about...
  10. Yes. Absolutely. Indoctrination, conditioning, programming. And all the (shared) neurosis around not "thinking the word" correctly, requiring constant reproof and correction. "Thinking the word" is so mechanical and mathematical and contradictory and finely tuned, who could possibly "think the word" effectually. Well, the "spiritually mature," that's who. Who's that, you ask? Leadership... ....you should be so thankful for leadership... and round and round we go...
  11. Sorry. I just can't make sense of this sentence. Will you please rewrite?
  12. This missing wallet at the grocery store has happened to me. Maybe twice. Maybe thrice. I didn't get upset or blame the devil or otherwise freak out. I only lived 2 miles from the store, so they bagged and ticketed my groceries, stored them in the walk in, and promised to keep them for me until I returned. It was NOT a problem for the store, but especially not for me. I was not in battle with myself. I was not in conflict with myself. Shonta happens. Responding to this shonta with a still, ordered, unemotional mind will yield solutions and peace. This is wisdom. I don't remember how or where I learned it -- Hellenistic philosophy, Ancient Near Eastern thought, Ancient Far Eastern thought, the Bible, therapy, my mother... It's wisdom. If one calls it stoicism and another calls it renewed mind and another labels it something else, what does it matter? It's the same wisdom. And it's universally, throughly effectual. What I was taught by my twig commander was it absolutely matters where one gets this wisdom and what one calls it. I'm just gonna have to call bullshonta on that teaching.
  13. Right. Technically, a banana tree is not REALLY a tree.
  14. Is it in tongues? Is it danceable?
  15. Ching Chong. Does that answer your question?
  16. Just... just... ...tremendous accuracy! Mmm mmmph!
  17. The author also says to put on the armor of light, which is to put on the Lord Jesus Christ. Sounds like the Lord Jesus Christ is no longer absent. Must be a new administration. It'd be helpful if they issued an ECN for this.
  18. The Word is a word used to describe another word? What might that word described be?
  19. Ok. I renewed my mind to overcome the daunting task of reading that article. Whew!! Lots of things, but first -- I was impressed that she remembered that phone conversation with her Way sister lasted exactly 14 minutes. When she says the Word, what does she mean? Mike said the Word = YourBelieving+ChristInYou+TheBible+YourWalk.
  20. @Mike Mike: I have all kinds of suggestions for them on this. One is that they sell a nice boxed set of the PFAL on dvd format. They could include a nice hard-bound transcript and sell the whole thing for $200. I'll bet all the many grads with crumby VHS copies would be happy to get a high quality version of what they already have. Nate: Wait. WTF? After admitting to oodles and oodles of errors in the class, you are recommending repackaging this error laden class and selling it to unsuspecting dupes? With a transcript so they can pull all their hair out sorting the alleged wheat from the obvious chaff? For $200!!! Mike's suggestion is NOT a joke. It is a deception.
  21. Traffic lights are on a timer. A clock. You can’t beleeeve them to do anything at all. Want more green lights? Leave earlier. Or later.
  22. Ever try to stop thinking? Ever try to eliminate all thoughts from your consciousness? The harder you try, the worse it gets.
