  1. Yeah, but, HOWEVER, that question mark was moved from an earlier sentence and erroneously placed in this one. In fact, to fix this apparent contradiction, just cross it out. Cross out the entire verse, punctuation and all.
  2. God didn’t write the book of Job. Man did. That’s man’s mythic portrayal of God. Though there are lessons to be learned, it is written from a limited perspective and understanding.
  3. What a pathetic, mythic, little god you have. I would be too embarrassed to define my little god when asked, as well. I see why you can't and won't answer my questions. This is what is "taught" by that slithering little huckster. I picked up on this early in the film class. That strained grimace on victor's face as he pitches one off in the mouth of God is self-evident -- I could discern this within 30 seconds of that "class" that defecates all over God and his people. I rest my case. Again.
  4. I think you might have inadvertently inverted Shelby’s point. (But I could be the inverted one. After all, I am but a mere glassy eyed something something…)
  5. It’s called CRS. Starts in your mid 40s.
  6. There are no coincidences, remember? Not too far off topic. Cox crowing as many times as you need to MAKE it fit.
  7. Mekia Cox. Very good actor. She was great on K&P - she steals this scene. Haven't seen the Rookie. And, yes, lovely and gorgeous.
  8. Glossolalia has occurred for thousands of years across oceans and continents and cultures. Holy men, shamans, Montanus, every day people caught up in prayer, and even psychedelic explorers have spoken in authentic tongues without any academic, systematic, formulaic, contrived training. The excellor classes are pure, steamy bullshonta. I'm trilingual in glossolalia. I can inflect interrogatives in glossolalia. I can even write in glossolalia. It proves nothing but itself, in my opinion. HOWEVER...
  9. This is the implication. The word takes the place of the absent Christ. What is the Word? YourWalk+YourBelieving+ChristInYou+TheBible = the Word (Mike's definition) How is one to walk? What is your walk supposed to look like? Like victor's. Imitate him. Stand on his shoulders. Let the collaterals be your guide. What is one to believe? Whatever Victor says to believe. Four crucified, crowing cocks, moveable commas, apple butter, pickle jars, cookies.... believe PFAL, the collaterals and the oodles and oodles of error within. What is Christ in you? The power of the law of believing; a rebirth, a new identity dependent on tithing - the sine qua non of Christian identity; "spirit" that one "gets" from systematic formulas and hoop jumping made from the limited thoughts of man; something that can be lost if one is born again, again, because that which is from God is temporal, weak, fallible. Whatever the writings of victor says it is. What is the Bible? According to victor, the Bible is NOT the Word. But with enough deletions and rewritings as directed by victor, it can approach becoming the Word. Read PFAL and the collaterals instead. The Word is the ministry. What is the ministry? Serving up PFAL, IC and the collaterals; programming; conditioning; indoctrination; slavery.
  10. Damn, this thread is good! Bumping because it dovetails perfectly with a few other concurrent threads.
  11. Said Mrs. VP Wierwille about victor p wierwille?
  12. I think I know who started this rumor. I can tell you the source of this rumor is unreliable. HOWEVER, it seems to fit with the other last words, so it's plausible he could have said something like this.
  13. What was it vic said at the end of his life? Something about searching his mind for when or where he went wrong? He couldn't find anything. This doesn't sound like someone admitting or repenting anything, and it doesn't line up with wishing to be a man he knew to be. It sounds more like those criminals who burst into tears at the sentencing stage of their trials. They aren't sorry for what they've done, they are only sorry for getting caught.
  14. I know. victor didn’t want you to pay attention, or hoped you wouldn’t. All hucksters depend on the blasé credulousness of their audience for their tricks to work.
  15. No doubt you are, cuh…. No doubt you are.,,
  16. That’s because you failed to absorb it the first time. Go back and re-watch and re-read. Retain it. But don’t release it until it’s fully absorbed.
  17. No, I’m just saying it doesn’t make sense in any era, considering the context. The “at least twice“ is your methodology to probing - where it’s used before. I’m just reading it for what it says right where it’s written. I don’t need to MAKE it fit any opinion.
  18. Sounds like you are describing the good ol days of TWI. Sounds like you are describing the dupes who sat at the feet of Vic.
