Raising the Dead 1 & 2
Grace Valerie Claire replied to jim jack's topic in Doctrinal: Exploring the Bible
T-Bone, I just wanted to add my 2 cents to your comment: To That Dead Old Turd. -
Out, thanks for asking the one question that I wanted answered. How did John know how long it was??
-
Twinky, I'll take your word for CG. I have never met the man, nor do I want too. I have no idea where he is now days, nor do I care.
-
Chock, I love those Private Novels by James Patterson. I think Chris G is more dangerous than any villian dreamed up by Patterson.
-
Way, I read the Poop paper, and thought it was S--t!!!
-
Way, PFAL humor!! Cute!
-
Sky, good question!! Where are his parents buried; does anyone know?? I think VPW was to lazy to dig his father's grave, but I might be wrong.
-
Way, a rake?? Honey, even in Ohio, they have vehicles called tractors. Tractors are useful for all types of things; hell they had them at the ROCK!!
-
OS, you are right! I grew up on a farm in Central NY State. People in TWI, didn't know Jack about rural living. I always wondered why if they had all that farmland, why they didn't rent it out to the locals. If they did, I never heard anything about it.
-
OB, VPW certainly lived well on our money. Never once have I known TWI to help believers with anything; money, clothes, food, ect. Money was VPW's God.
-
779, love your post! I am a very frugal person because I have live on my Disability payments. But, I too have learned over the years, how to stretch my money. I live a very simple lifestyle, but God always gives me what I need. Not want I want, but what I need. I don't have much, but I am always share what little I have.

Way, I think she would know!
-
Ham, great post! You are so right; leaders should protect their underlings. Some day we will all be judged for what we did on Earth. I believe that God will give all of us what we deserve; not what we want. I think VPW, and his minions will have to pay for their devilish deeds.

Does the way international target the vulnerable?

OS, I can only speak for myself. I had a very unhappy, f-up childhood. I think I got involved in TWI, for several reasons. One of them was because, I wanted to be loved. Another was because I felt that I was special in TWI. Perhaps if my childhood had been happy, I would never have been venerable to the TWI. -
OB, we wuz chumped!!?? That is so funny. I would have said we were F-ed!!! Good for you OB!!!
-
JJ, great post!! I wondered why TWI was so concerned about all that petty sheet. I think you might be right; it covered up all the big sheet that went on behind the scenes. Thanks for your post!

Twinky, bingo!!!

Ham, whoa!!! Good question!!!!! Personally, I would be embarrassed to be in anyway associated with TWI, or VPW. I realize that young Vic, didn't choose VPW to be his grandfather. However, I think he may be following in his evil grandfather's food steps, and he doesn't have to. He can quit, and get a legitimate job. His life is in his hands; no one can force him to be the Head Honcho of this new group. He must want to do it. But when the bubble bursts, he will receive most of the flake.
-
Ham, bingo!!! He is responsible for his behavior, as we are. If he doesn't want to be the head of this new organization(cult?), he can quit. He is young, and a college graduate; he can find a new job. But, perhaps he likes being the BMOC.

Way, I understand what you are say. But, 40 years ago, most of us didn't have the Internet to gleam information from. Most young people know how to use the Internet to find information about religious organizations. I wish I had the Internet 40 years ago to do a background check on TWI; I probably would never gotten involved with it.

OS, they can have my old WOW pin, if they can find it. What a bunch of Numbnuts the SOWERS are; same old Bullsheet, different day.
