WG, why wasn't your son allowed to take Ritalin?? Isn't that a Prescription Drug?? I take Prescription Drugs; they are closely monitored by the VA. Most of the adults I know take at least one Prescription Drug a day; some more than one. Who gave TWI the right, to determine what Prescription Drugs were given to kids?? They weren't doctors; my doctor tells me what drugs, I should, and should not take. Trust me WG, I would prefer not to take any meds; but there are some I have to have. I think TWI was full of S--t, when it came to Medical Matters.

They wouldn't let him take his Ritalin??!! I have a problem with my skin; the VA gives me a lot of pills to take, and creams to use. They probably wouldn't let me take my meds either; F-them!! I say good for you, and your son!!

WG, wow!! I didn't know this thanks for the information. I grew up on a farm; farming is a lot of work!! I personally want nothing to do with it; that's why I live in a city. LCM doesn't like onions or garlic?? Too bad; both of them are very healthy for the body. WG, my mother used to can vegetables; food safety is very important!! If certain procedures aren't followed, people can get sick, or die. All that food, and you ate meagrely?? Of course the best food went to NK; VPW was a Pig in more ways than one. WG, you have mentioned before, that you were kicked-out of FWC. That really surprises me; you sound like an intelligent, level-headed Woman to me. I can't imagine someone like you being kicked-out, but TWI did some strange things!!

Heck, somehow people can ruin the most amazing things. God's Word is the most important idea, we have in this world. Anyone diligently working it, gets a nod from me. The Way does this, and so do other organizations. For me, The Way is the greatest thing in my life.

The Way is an organization of people, doing what you're doing yourself. Do you understand what I did?

779, I think you raise some very interesting questions. I am not sure that I have any answers, to your questions, but I also wonder why the grandson of VPW is the head of another group(cult?). IMO, VPW was a POS, who ruined a lot of lives. What is the purpose of SOWERS?? If V2P2 really wants to help people, why doesn't he attend a "real" Bible College, become a minister, and help people in a church?? I think in time, SOWERS will either implode, or disband. I don't think it will ever amount to anything, but perhaps I will be wrong.

779, I think if he hangs with the Wierwilles, he will get F-ed over when he can no longer be of use to them. If he has a brain, he can look up TWI on the Internet, and decide for himself, what he wants to do with his life. Personally, I hope he runs far, and fast from both TWI, and the SOWERS. But, he will have to make that decision for himself.

Jeff, I think your post is so good, I wanted to repost it.

Doo, that's true, but does he want any help from us older people?? He is/was a young adult. We can give him our advice, and opinions, but he will do whatever he wants to do. We can't force him to leave the SOWERS; he will have to do that on his own.

Rascal, it might be twenty years ago for some of you; for me, it was 40 years ago.

Miller, what a lovely post!! You are so right; I wish him the best. But, I hope, and pray that he doesn't waste his precious youth in a cult. But, he is legally an adult, and he has the right to make his own decisions.
