DWBH, I think decades ago, Alice Cooper did a song "Welcome To My Nightmare!" Not being an Alice Cooper, fan, I never listened to the song. However, I think people still in TWI, are brain-dead walking Zombies. Today, people have the Internet, and can Google TWI. There is a ton of information about "our" favorite cult, and they can read for themselves about TWI. Why people stay in TWI, is a mystery to me.

Sky, I feel sorry for some of them. They think VPW was a great MOG; if they only knew what he was really was; they would have nightmares dreaming about him!

Penworks, when people left TWI, they were often publicly trashed, for "copping out." in hindsight, I think the people who left TWI, were smart.

DWBH, I love reading your posts, because you don't Bulls--t us. You were in the "Inner Circle," when so much of the Sh-t in TWI happened, and you knew the players. I enjoy your posts because they are honest, well-written, and entertaining. However, it angers me greatly that TWI was a phoney Christian Ministry, and the real purpose of it was to entice young people, to give of themselves, and their money. VPW didn't care about God at all; he only cared about satisfying his lusts and desires. He claimed to be a "Godly" man, yet in reality, he was a piece of garbage. Thanks for sharing with us, "outsiders," the inner workings of TWI. Shalom!

Galen, for sure! Some of the opinions are great, some of the opinions are terrible, and some of them are way over my head. Some of them make me laugh, and some make me me cry. It never ceases to amaze me how different people's experiences with TWI were. Some of us left willingly, and some were kicked-out. Galen, you are right; there are no shortages of opinions here.

George, I am so happy that you are doing well, all things considered.I know this is a bit gross, but my oldest brother is a retired Funeral Director in the Huston area. He is often asked to help find bodies after floods. I couldn't do it, but he can handle dealing with death. Someone has to do this, as gross as it is.
