  1. HAPe, wow!! I know getting a PhD is a lot of work, but I am so happy for your son! Good for him, and good for you!
  2. Akhurnu, I am so happy that you are getting "help" for your issues. I am, and it really helps a lot. If that is your father in the photo, is that good, or bad? Or is that something you would rather not share? I share quite a bit about my life here at the GSC, but that's me. Thank God not everyone is like me; many of the people here, know much about TWI than I did/do.
  3. Maya, it's great to have you here. You can share as much, or as little, as you want.
  4. Thomas, people try to reason with him, but he still insists that he is right. I think he is like Trump; he needs constant attention, or he will throw a tantrum.
  5. Thomas, Caca will always be Caca, no matter what it is called.
  6. WW, I know when I was in the Navy, we worked our butts off. We saw more of our fellow sailors, than their families did. To me, busting my butt, was nothing new, because I had learned how to work hard on our family farm.
  7. Thomas, I didn't know that Music Majors had to do all that work; thanks for the information.
  8. WW, obviously he was wrong about that. I know from personal experience, Cancer is a serious illness, and VPW died from it.
  9. WW, just to piggyback off your post, I think I read that Subs were invented in NYC in the early 20th Century. Many of the people who worked near the docks, wanted to quickly grab food, and get back to work. Thus, Subs were invented.
  10. WW, good post! Please correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't VPW tell Corps Members, that " they didn't know how to work, and he did?" Nonsense! I grew up on a farm, and I learned how to work hard, at a very young age. I know that others here at the GSC, also learned to work hard as youngsters. From what I have learned, and read about him, I think VPW may have lived, a very soft, easy lifestyle, compared to many of us.
  11. Outi, that's one way of looking at all the screaming. But seriously, my mother used to scream a lot when I was a little kid. IMO, all the screaming done in TWI, was evidence that many of the people screaming could, or would not control themselves. In my view, the screaming was unnecessary. If you want my attention, talk to me in a soft voice; after all I am an adult. A gentle spirit speaks softly; it doesn't need to screech.
  12. Mike, you really are a POS; I am far better educated than you. I cannot abide stupid men, who defend monsters like VPW. I hope you rot in Hell.
  13. Mike, IMO, the sexual assault of young women, is far more than "collateral damage." God forbid that it had happened to someone that you cherished. Mike, VPW was a evil, heartless, rapist, among other things. He used people in ungodly ways; why do you keep defending the POS?
  14. Mike, I don't think it was "tough love", when they screamed. I think they were out-of-control jerks, who wanted attention. If kids scream like that, they usually get scolded for their ungodly behavior. I think both VPW, and LCM were sick, sick puppies.
  15. Mike, seriously I would like to know why VPW and LCM screamed so much. In my view, people who scream all the time, usually have problems communicating with others.
  16. Chock, I think your last paragraph, is an oxymoron. LMAO!
