Hey Tom, great idea. And if you want to give me a Xmas present, I need it by Nov 9... anyone notice how they both have aged. you can see it on their faces, but certainly not hear it in their voices. What a soothing tonic it would (will) be to go to one of the concerts. I am not a concert going person. I think, other than when I was in twi and going to way prod concerts, and other than symphony orchestra concerts, I can only think of one other concert I've been to, and that was CCR, Credence Clearwater Revival, back in the late 1960s or early 1970s. But this is one that I won't miss, if I can help it.

So sorry sista niKa. No doubt he meant a heck of a lot to you, to your mom and to your kids. You've got them prayers. Take care of yourself. That's an easy thing to forget at a time like this.

I'm on the MST, which is the same as PDT. I got the info from a standard news source. azcentral.com before I had even seen the show. S and G were great. wish I could go to one of the concerts.

Letterman's got a longtime sweetie. She's six months pregnant. That's the announcement... or what I read earlier today it was. He's apparently thinking about marrying her. Won't stop him from flirting with beautiful female guests... like did you see him and Sharon Stone this week.... hotcha cha cha. They were kissin like they were, well not like they would if they were married. Letterman should be on in about a half hour here.

Yeah, i read that too... thanks for posting it Hope. I won't miss it. btw, in AG's bio, it says the two grew up together around Forest Hills in Queens (so they started out right at home with that concert) and first sang together publicly about age 11... I sure would like to make it to the Nov 9 concert, gonna try.

Ex, do you mean the circumsized life? After I copped out from the nineth corpse, I returned to the work I had done immediately prior to going in residence, which was telecomm company central office tech, for Western Union Telegraph Company. Based in Phoenix, I was hired mainly to do temporary fill in work in California and Las Vegas. I spent several months in San Diego, and in my youthful naivete, fell in with some fools (other fools, and they happened to work for the same company) who were pushing a pyramid scheme. One of the guys used to like to say, when agreeing with someone to meet later in the day, "ok, let's circumsize our watches." I thought that malaprop was so funny, I have never forgotten it. And anytime anyone invokes the word "synchronize" or its variations, I always think of that time in San Diego.

Ya know, niKa, my sweet little ol cat, he weighs less than 10 pounds, is as sweet as can be...most of the time. he occasionally gets roudy with us, BUT... when he sees another cat! Look out! He goes ballistic. Out of the blue, the hair stands up and he goes to screetchin like he's a black cat on halloween. So, he stays indoors and other cats stay away. Took him to the vet one time (got him from the county pound) when we were going on vacation. He wasn't as loud as he can get at home, but he was definitely ....ed to have been taken there. He was ....ed when we went to get him, and took a few days to mellow out completely. I hope it helps for you to go sit with yours for transition.

Now, how in the world could Ginger Tea make John Kerry cry? I have no idea, but I do know that someone, probably the aforementioned GT has shown (by the post, above) and incredibly insightful capacity for reflection. What a blessing. Others comments hit the mark too... I like the Cheers analogy. (I'll be Norm).

Honestly Tom, do you really think anyone would get away with "we all played hims on our..." -->

Hey Hey, I'm up late because I'm writing endless pages for my incessant custody litigation. Or that's what it feels like. Simon is up this late, as is SirGuess, and KarmicDebt... alll three are fellow Arizonianites! I wonder if it's something in the air? I took an online college class on newswriting two years ago. it was fun.

Pawtucket decides about the signatures under our names. For moster posters, it's a function of the number of posts. For some, it may be a matter of other aspects of their identity having been observed or ascertained here at the ol' GSC. Remember when you congratulated me on my 200th post? Not that long ago. I guess I 've been hangin out here so frequently I now know the chef. I have no idea about Madison.

Hey niKa, If you get a good deal on a maid, let me know, I need one too. The kids grow pretty fast, eh?

niKa, read something at google news last night that a guy got arrested in Norman for being caught delivering newspapers naked. and if you are interested in further development of the comment you made about some fargin so and so, there is a corner of the cafe here where the discussion is in full bloom. And-go Sun Debbils (local news claims the QB is a bona fide heisman candidate, but they have been known to exaggerate to generate ticket sales).

Yeah, Excie, but since he is a woofer, the real question is DID HE GET NAILED? On the questions posed by our sweet brudder Rev TT, the most vivid recollection I have of that momentus time in our lives is of waiting at the KC airport for a ride... meeting some of you there, and meeting someone who said he was some sort of minister who knew all about how bad Vic and his teachings and operation were. How prophetic. Sigh.
-
Hey niKa, Do you have the newspaper delivered to your home? I hope not.
-
Hey karmic, Ya know who has a Vespa? One a yer own Tucsonans... The senator from state legislative district 28. She also has a harley, I think. Oh my oh my oh my, what mouth on that hegotsoap! He should youse it on his mouth.
-
We missed you too Professor niKa! But we've been having fun too. Mebbe we should have a poll to see how many believe the Caged Bird did it and how many think he got railroaded... I read some a dat stuff. I can just imagine how the media attention was at least a factor in some way.

Geeze Simon, you're pretty good at that feminine side thing. But do you dress the part?

Here I am! ;)--> ;)--> You send me.

Probably the same place they found the fab 5 for Bravo's new show.

Dear Walkaboutfellow: http://www.google.com is a search engine through which you can find the answer to any question you can think of, pert near. A google search based on what the zealous one described, using simply the two words Emporia and murder brings a list of web sites related to those two words. A quick read of that list shows the one Excie pointed out for us.
