  1. I agree with Pat on this issue. Privileged communication means that the lawyer (in this case) is not obliged to disclose the particular communication. If this was not obtained from twi's counsel, then there would be no issue of legal consequence for posting here or at excultworld. And if it was obtained by disclosure from an Ohio government agency, then the question becomes, where, from whom, and how did they obtain it? If it was submitted into evidence in a trial, then, unless the judge grants a motion to prevent disclosure, it's public record. :D--> You talkin to me?
  2. What do you call 25 skydiving lawyers? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . SKEET! :D--> You talkin to me?
  3. zixar, your post is just more self-justifying drivel. You demand everyone cowtow to you. If this isn't about you, but about Pawtucket, why is it that Pawtucket isn't expressing the same indignance? You, sir, are a genuine enigma. . . . . . . . . :D--> You talkin to me?
  4. Laleo, Your post at 12:08 above is about the most absurd contrivance I've seen on this site. First, this thread, past the post where Pawtucket restored my access to a political forum is something that Zixar is primarily responsible for preventing from dying. Second, there is no conspiracy on this thread, or any behind the scenes that I have either any awareness of or participation in - to silence zixar. On the contrary, those disagreeing with zixar have specifically addressed his comments and avoided judging him. Something I don't share in, but that's ok. For someone who throws about big words generally used only by mental health professionals, your post seems to be a declaration as reality of something that apparently exists only in your mind. What's the best word for that? I appreciate your kindness. . . . . . . . . . :D--> You talkin to me?
  5. How did YOU get appointed to the position of THE person to whom we must all justify our thoughts? . . . . . . . . . . :D--> You talkin to me?
  6. Thank you Excie for taking such an important stand for truth! . . . . . . . . . . . . :D--> You talkin to me?
  7. I think Zixar is the one who has been unapologetically hateful and should apologize all around. BUT, I realize it is not my place to tell some one like that when he owes an apology. Laleo, well, she's just being laleo... remember the meaning of the greek word. And one of the arguments, if I recall correctly, that Zixar made earlier on in this, HIS thread, is how people trivialize problems. In the above post, Mr. Zixar trivializes at least as much as anything I have done or anyone else has done about this apparently major problem of me not seeing Zixar's point of view and accepting his demand to control my conduct. :D--> You talkin to me?
  8. Bravo Garth. Finally we have a logic based argument! . . . . . . . . :D--> You talkin to me?
  9. --> :D--> You talkin to me?
  10. I hope everyone isn't buried in someone else's hubris... :D--> You talkin to me?
  11. In evidence? Oh boy. . . . . . . . . . :D--> You talkin to me?
  12. http://www.teamtechnology.co.uk/troll.htm Beware the Troll To "troll" means to allure, to fish, to entice or to bait. An internet troll is someone who fishes for people's confidence and, once found, exploits it. Whilst the vast majority of internet users are bona fide, there are undoubtedly some trolls out there. :D--> You talkin to me?
  13. Let me get this straight... Zixar is publicly declaring that his obsessively hateful conduct is my fault, because I refuse to be intimidated into apologizing at his direction? How quaint. . . . . . . . . . . :D--> You talkin to me?
  14. btw, Excie... I wasn't talkin to or about you in this... I think I understand your sense of humor... irony goes a long way in communicating persuasively. . . . . . . . . . :D--> You talkin to me?
  15. I think it's particularly intriguing that so many people see fit to apologize to Zixar, as if they have done something wrong, just because he declares it to be so. and, as Jonny Lingo states so poignantly, "I cannot believe that this threat continues. Having stayed out of the fray has hopefully illustrated who is the real obsessive individual in this whole stink. And, of course, it is stinky. Bravo for those who prefer not to take sides. But puhleeze, allowing him to bully you also into believing you have something to apologize to him about? . . . . . . . . :D--> You talkin to me?
  16. Actually, the Bill of Rights was established to prevent the tyranny of the majority in the context of democracy. America is NOT about tyranny of the majority. :D--> You talkin to me?
  17. yo quiero taco bell! :D--> You talkin to me?
  18. Valerie, I pose these questions not to be argumentative, but because I genuinely don't understand: What will we be paying? What, specifically, will we be paying for? "They" will not get the same benefits as us. What benefits? What will it cost us? How are things going to get worse? I just don't see it yet. I don't see it from the bible. I don't see it from history. Please explain. Thanks. :D--> You talkin to me?
  19. Well, that lets Excie and Dr.Strange off the hook! :D--> You talkin to me?
  20. Thanks for the warning friends. I'll save my movie dollars on this one. The comments, for the most part, remind me of my impression of a critically acclaimed movie from last year, A Mighty Wind. I rented the DVD and was amazed at how dumb and boring it was, even though it has lots of usually funny people in it. :D--> You talkin to me?
  21. Well, Zix, sorry that you had such a bad weekend. :D--> You talkin to me?
  22. Ya know what ya call two gay Bobs? Oral Roberts! :D--> You talkin to me?
  23. Two blondes drove to California to visit Disneyland. When they came to the sign that said "Disneyland left", disappointed they turned around and went home. :D--> Telling the truth carries risk. I accept that risk.
  24. again, if I engage in any rebuttals, I must be doing the same thing as the one who apparently is so obsessed about me. again, I get it. I have no right to complain about this person's harassment targeting me, but he has a right to say all the bad things about me he wants. it does appear that simple. Telling the truth carries risk. I accept that risk.
