Keith, How about the Mackenzie (sp?) brothers? They're funny, eh? I can't remember all of them, but it had a lot to do with beer to the tune of the 12 days of Christmas.

This year I'm really enjoying all the Christmas songs I've been deprived of for the past few years. TOGA PARTIES??? Y'ALL WERE ALLOWED TO HAVE TOGA PARTIES????? Oh, wait - probably not like "Animal House" toga parties, though....or were they? ;)--> That definitely wasn't during TWIt II, all we had were coffee houses.

Maybe they bought homes or maybe they have left to live the truly more abundant life. (I hope it's the latter) Did they teach decomai and lambano accurately this time or are they sticking with their inaccurate guns? Very interesting that they are moving the acs to hq. I guess the fox doesn't like to leave her hole. They'll probably be checking up on people to find out who didn't purchase anything from the bookstore while they were there and why didn't they? WG, I didn't know you were waiting for the BIG Thanksgiving to see so much of your family. :(--> I hope you have a wonderful feast here this year, too! This recipe came from a co-worker who brought it in for a pot luck. Half the office pounced on him for the recipe (including me). I lost it the next year and had to get it from him again. Now I have 5 copies spread out around the house & computer just in case... I get bombarded with requests for the recipe when I make it for pot luck dinners (NOT POT BLESS!!!!) Remember this is a vegetable dish so it goes with dinner....that way you can have this AND dessert without feeling guilty. It IS Thanksgiving, after all! :D--> Mix in a large mixing bowl: 3 Cups sweet potatoes/mashed 1 stick butter (use real butter) 1 cup sugar 2 eggs beaten 1/2 cup milk (use real milk - not lowfat) 1 tablespoon vanilla (I buy the good stuff!) Put the above mixture in a 13" x 9" baking dish Topping: 1 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup butter melted 1/3 cup flour 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup coconut mix the above and sprinkle on top of the sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 until brown on top (about 30 minutes) It seemed sacrilegious to not have burnt marshmallows on top of sweet potato casserole, but when I tried to add those, they just melted because of the topping. Just in case you feel the same way....it doesn't work. After you taste the casserole you'll forget there aren't any marshmallows on it, anyway. :D-->

WTH, I think you're exaggerating with "constantly" in your posts. You probably use "always" and "never" in arguments too, lending less credibility to any point you might want to make. Lindy has TWI in his face whether he wants to or not. If his family would realize how much they've given up and how badly they've been duped then his answer might be different, but it might not be. There are reasons behind what people would like to see happen and to judge those reasons is absolutely incorrect and crass, imo.

Getting into and out of TWI really has made me appreciate my family so much more than I ever did. Thank God they weren't as short-sighted and critical as I once was. I put them through hell and they were there with open arms to welcome me back with absolutely no condemnation or mean words about how utterly miserable I made their lives and broke their hearts. ((((LINDY)))) I'm so sorry for your family and how much they are giving up and missing in the name of some other God that TWI teaches. Matilda, that's so touching! Ain't it great to have a superb family?! I'm making my famous sweet potato casserole at Grandma's house for the first time in years! I'll get to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade with my young cousins and football with Daddy and the guys. And if I want to have 3 glasses of wine or sherry it will be okay. The best part? I won't have to listen to anyone (ex-spouse) talk about how annoying, un-godly and less than TWIt standard my family is....I can hardly wait for tomorrow to get here!

Have everyone involved with TWI made aware of how devilish and harmful the doctrines are and how much they were lied to. Expose the rotten people at hq and in the wc who helped hide all the filth. Give people a chance to leave with financial assistance from the coffers of TWI - much assistance, not piddly sprinklings of pennies. Buy homes for people forced to sell theirs and set up retirement accounts for those who were counseled that they should rely on God and not Wall Street for their future. Throw those deceptive people from hq & the wc still involved who hid these things and allowed the hurt and destruction of lives (even if it was just by not doing anything to stop it) out on the street. Give the land & the farm back to the Wierwilles and hire professional home help for Mrs. VPW. I don't hate them and I'm not bitter, but I pity those who are still blinded and think they are doing the right thing. I feel sorry for those who have lost family members and those who are truly alone because they only have TWI to fall back on. I do hope those who did wrong will get what they deserve and that we'll get to see it, but I also realize that God says justice is mine and it will be rectified even if I don't get to see it.

Bagels, peanut butter & honey or marshmallow fluff, bread, chips, salsa, vodka and canned sardines to go with the Spam Mr. H suggested. Set up a mini-cafe & bar in your room and you could make a bundle of $$ to pay for the really good food (not!) in the hotel restaurant. Add a super secret smoking section where everyone is completely anonymous with no way of being discovered & you'll certainly be rolling in the dough!

Knuckles, it still is a devil spirit playground, but it has become a necessary evil "in our day & time" so it's okay to get on and get what you need, but then get off immediately and by no means are you to go to any anti-TWIt sites or you will be possessed, get horribly ill, have a terrible accident or otherwise die. Knowing how the TWIts over analyze and agonize over every jot & tittle, I would say there are loads of levels of messages in the site. Even the articles printed are obviously manipulative and controlling. Amazing how much easier it is to see once you get rid of the TWIt scales on the eyes.
