  1. Waysider, hey! That's my line. "Anyone seen my sonic screwdriver and would you like some jellybabies?" Better be careful or this will end up in the Just Being Silly forum. TLB alias the 12th Doctor(Who) :D
  2. For a moment I thought I was on the Doctor Who UK site  Seriously, I would nominate Walter Cummins as new Prez and Ralph Dub as research administrator, also welcome those from CFF, CRF, S&TF, and others if interested, and reconsider all doctrine without previous "spin". Maybe Bill O'Reilly as press relations. Of course, I would sell the New Knoxville property(if JP, Sara, and family aren't interested) and move HQ down to NC, where I live but about 20 miles south of me into the next county.
  3. In addition to suppossed "what if's", had Wierwille remained in the United Church of Christ while doing Biblical Research on the side as a hobby, and not plagerized other people's writings, and been openly ecumenical to other denominations, and not demand us to leave our denominational churches, then maybe. But this is all hypotheoretical.
  4. Socks, are you really being serious or pulling our legs? Do you really believe that TWI wants that type of aggravation and self-destruction of "God's wonderful Family and Ministry"? What have you been taking, drug-wise(I want some of what you are smoking)
  5. T-bone, surely you aren't suggesting that VPW is really the Doctor(Who) from Gallifrey and that his Tardis' chameleon circuit was stuck in the form of a bus/motor coach? No wonder the Doctor always had female traveling companions!
  6. I like squirrels and their funny ways of reburying the nuts. I give them mixed nuts(Peanuts, pecans, walnuts, brasilia nuts) during times of drought/heat or when bitterly cold with snow. Also like rabbits, beavers, groundhogs, raccoons, and cats. Maybe I am St. Francis reincarnated (unlike a certain deceased preacher from Ohio).
  7. George, was that John Brown from Way Family Tables website?
  8. At ROA '79 I foolishly volunteered to work Bless Patrol. Had 6 or was it 12 hour shifts. Never recovered that week. Sleep Deprivation and also sang in The Way Chorale Internationale. A month later had a partial collapsed left lung back home.
  9. Oops! That's singing, not sinning. Sowwry! My bad.
  10. Glad to be out, The Rinker and Mueller books seem to be the only ones i might be interested in purchasing.
  11. I thought the first Gospel quartet was The Vespers Chimes Caravan back in the 1940's, then the Daysman Quartet in the early 1970's(which sang at first 2 or 3 ROA).
  12. John, I use my real name and am not afraid to admit so.
  13. Vicky and Ellie Ray Allen live in central North Carolina
  14. MS, info I had was 2nd hand but suppossedly reliable. Lamsa seemed to praise the Koran as being the truth as revealed by God, and the Bible as being okay, but not the full story. Sources close to Lamsa and his family impled that this was the case, though his niece in later years became a member of Unity School. Also the Church of the East never officially approved George's English translations(being dubious about its accuracy).
  15. Wierwille was of the Reformed tradtion, not Lutheran. sorry to correct you Keith.
  16. WT, sorry if I sound like Bill O'Reilly but no bloviating. Keep it succint and pithy. Name and town.
  17. WTH, sorry, Lamsa is no longer credible as he and his parents rejected Christianity when George was 10 years old and became Islamic(Muslims). Also don't trust Aramaic Society nor Errico's Nodhra's Foundation as they have a pre-determined agenda which is all lies.
  18. Rosie must have heard about my complaints and saying Women of Faith singers had better dance moves. Poor dears! they are really trying, aren't they? Did I see 2 keyboards with that awful slogan "The Present Truth"? Aaaahhhh!!! Send me home back to Kansas, quickly! There's no place like home(repeat several times).
  19. Hi, I'm Ed Saunders(brit game show and infomercial host) with National Bingo Night. Is there a Don Wierwille here? It's the red, white and blue 4th of July cards from K-Mart and we are playing even or odd(typical for TWIts visiting here). Mr. Commissioner, is there a bingo with these 300 ex-wayfers. Commissioner(who looks like Sangrit or what's his name from India): Believe it or not, everyone has bingo. ES: Sorry Dean Don, looks like TWI and gang is going have to fold and turn over all its ABS to all the audience.
  20. Communion wine is corn squeszings(spring tonic from the still)
  21. KoffeeKups, according to you thou wast in TWI 2 :The Martindale administration.
  22. I think Lamsa is to be blamed for this for declaring that speaking Greek meant you had to accept its culture, falsely saying that no good Jew/Israelite would dare talk in Koine Greek or Latin without damning themselves and being kicked out of Judaism. Hence Wierwille agreed with him and claimed Jesus and most Gallieans, Samaritans, and Judeans would spit and avoid anyone speaking Greek or Latin without contamination. But Lamsa, Errico, and Wierwille obviously were ignorant on this subject.
  23. TWI 1 is from 1950's-through 1970's, TWI 2 is from Martindale's reign from early to mid-80'suntil his defrockment in 2000. TWI 3 is from Rosie's term as President to now.
