the tune Adeste Fideles was found in E&R hymnal 1941 and SBH 1958(Lutheran) to this text. Episcopal Hymnal used Lyons(both 1940 and 1982)

been checking out songbooks from TWI, CFFM, S&TF, CR&F- not more than 100 hymns, maybe 125. Why so few when hymnals then had at least 300-400 and now are usually close to 1,000 with paperback supplements, and why no music(piano/organ scores)? Most of them are found in Hymns for the Family of God, Celebration Hymnal, Renew:Hymnas and Songs for Blended Worship, not counting denominational hymnals from the 1950's up to the present. You mean only Rhoda and Dorothy had the only keyboard accompliments, but no one else was allowed this? The above were only lyrics, but gave no authors nor composers, or tunes. So what gives? Anyone know the answer to this?

strange, if we beat children like this, many would say why not do it to the abusing adults? oh, assault and battery/torture charges against police, DA's, and judges. still doesn't make it right and yes I did hit my parents , teachers, and principal for spanking me and was threatened with jail time as a child but not them. 2 wrongs do not make it right. took anger management classes, something VPW, LCM, CG and others should have been required to do. -
our father in the word, hollow and unholy is your name, your tyranny come, your will be done on earth as it is in hell.give us this day your daily sex, and never forgive us of our own sins but forgive yours done to us. lead us in temptations and deceive us into evil. for yours is the kingdom, and power/authority, and self glory now and forever. Amen.

Kit, you double posted. Does that mean because you said it twice it is established?

Now it is time again where East meets West here in Kitchen Stadium. I can imadine Mark Dacacos introducing the Iron Chefs to these secret ingedients. Womder how Bobby Flay and company would have been "creative"?

re: food, Welcome to Chopped. I am Ted Allen. Chefs, these are your mystery ingedients to create appetizer, main course, and dessert. You must use all the ingredients in some way within 30 minutes. Judges are Grace Bliss, Dorothy Owens, Chris Geer, Craig Martindale, and Victor Paul Wierwille. None are chefs , resturanteurs, nor professional food critics. You will be judged on taste, appearance, and creativity(?). If your dish fails, you will be chopped aka as marked and avoided. and your time begins now. Been watching way too much Food Network again

LCM had the gift of throwing a temper tantrum like a 2 or 3 year old who needed a spanking from his parents. -
Descent into Hell
Thomas Loy Bumgarner replied to Kit Sober's topic in Doctrinal: Exploring the Bible
some have theorized that "black holes" in outer space are portals to hell since they are burned out suns/stars that suck up energy and matter into it which still has heat that would burn and crush your flesh if you tried to enter it.
