Didn't he play a priest or something for a couple of episodes of the Waltons?

Just fertilize them once a month or so, MirAcid or some other Rose Food. Generally roses like sunlight. If they start to get black spot - that is, their leaves start to get black spots - get some anti-fungal spray. If they get bugs, get some bug spray or plant some onions next to the roses - bugs hate the taste of onions, but the scent of the roses will not be affected. When it gets cool and no more roses bloom and the leaves fall off, prune the bushes way back. Your best bet would be to buy a book or magazine or look online for specific instructions for your area and the type of rose bush. Then in the winter (which in Minnesota starts in September ;)--> ) make sure the bushes are covered with a layer of mulch - leaves work well, or grass clippings. Then put on a rose cover (probably styrofoam).

Allrighty, then, count me in too.

I didn't see anything!

By the way, Flat Stanley B did make it back to Zach last week, and was he ever tickled when I asked him about it.

ChasU, can I ask, how did you get the job for the second website?

That song is from the tail end of the disco era, isn't it? Early 80's?
-
"Can you hear me now? Good!"
-
So do you owe Dave a bottle of Scotch yet, Raf? ;)-->
-
"I'll fix you for 'fixing' me!"

Ah, we're keeping with the disco era, are we? She didn't give the artist. As for your song, I know the name but not the artist, don't know if I ever did.

Yup, that's the miscreants!
-
Yup, sho nuff.
-
No, and no, and yes. Another hint: Burn, baby, burn!
-
No, it sure isn't. As long as you don't look it up and then post the answer, you're golden.

have you ever been involved in ruining someone's marrage

I'm not sure why you set this up as a poll, but . . . When I was a twig leader, there was a woman in my twig that was married to a rank unbeliever. He was an alcoholic and emotionally abusive, as well as chronically underemployed. She was going back and forth in her mind as to whether or not to divorce this creep, so I definitely helped push her to get a divorce, and I still think it was the best thing for her. Of course, I don't think I contributed to her marriage being ruined - it had been ruined years before I met her, by alcohol. -
King Kong which just shows to go ya that Hollywood's motto is *still* "go with what works". Anyone else hear any rumors about other movies coming out?
-
Hmmmm, dunno bout that artist, the title is certainly wrong. And I got the lyrics slightly wrong: it should be "Up above my head, I hear music in the air"
-
I looked it up. I didn't see this movie. Good one, Raf.
-
"Up above my head, there's music in the air"

Hamms, c'mon, you know better than that. Think back to your way daze. Anytime anyone challenged YOU to a debate, you rationalized that it was not worth your time because the other person wasn't about to change his or her mind, and there was no profit in it unless the debatee would end up believing The WordTM. He ain't coming.

That *almost* sounds familiar. Just a stab in the air: Contact?
