Doze I had the John Todd tape. I believed him and still do... BTW, in my high school, MANY girls were witches. They had spell boxes with ashes from spells, etc. They knew they summoned spirits, a lot used black - not white candles -- and knew the devil was behind it. The white witches were supposedly "good witches" and did "good spells" but the ones with the black candles were trying to set things in motion to cause accidents and things like that. Now that was in 1970...

One day, in California this gorgeous blonde woman was pushing a cart in semi-dirty clothes. She had a bunch of odd things in her cart and wanted to go into the store but did not want anyone taking her stuff. She looked at me and asked, "Will you watch my stuff, please? I would like to go in the store." So, I put all the money I had in her cart. Then, my hubs came up and asked what I was doing? I told him I was watching the cart for a homeless woman. HE had seen me put money in her cart and began to yell at me. (And he has never been TWI). So, I took some of it back so he would shut-up. (I think I told him the rest of it was there -- so he would be quiet) I have felt bad about that to this day. Gotta tell you she could have been anyone of our friends. She spoke well and was gorgeous. (I often wonder if it was an angel sent to see how I would handle things). But there were guys who would have the sign "Will work for food" so, one day a friend of mine pulled up and offered the guy $50.00 and a meal to clean his garage and the guy said, "I'm not doing that!" But the biggie thing that happened was I had never really KNEW someone on the streets. One day in San Francisco, my hubs and I were walking around with a little map on where it was safe and unsafe to go. We did wind up in an unsafe part of town and saw a knife fight on the corner between two homeless men. As we readied to make our departure, I heard "Dot? is that you?" This dirty man, who sat against a building on the street with the others, was looking at me --It was my corps brother. OH MY GAWD! I had been inspired to take extra money that morning and I dug it out of my hiding place and gave it to him. My husband and I were pretty upset all day to see someone I knew in that state. All he had was a clear plastic bag with some lime juice and change. I think that was it as I recall. That experience put a face on the homeless for me.

I LOVED it! It was sweet! Amd so nice to see Drew and Adam together again after the Wedding singer -- kinda like Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks makes a good on screen couple! IT was heart warming and I fell in love with both of them!

Georgio If I am getting what your saying we are talking about some serious things. It does not happen as often but there are mother's who use son's in that manner and it is CRIMINAL. Go for criminal charges if we are on the same page. Go for it! Now, if I am wrong pls forgive me. But that is what I understood the post to mean, I guess you could mean other things like drinking.

Oh my GAWD! My poor sister, a PFAL grad, WOW etc.... Found her blood type to be different than mine and my father's (our mother had died) because of that stuff being taught by the Cock, errr doc, my sister has spent her life thinking my Mother had an affair and that my father was not her father... I have to call her...

PS Mark I am very sorry. My current hubs has seizures. He was in denial for YEARS, It was difficult to have him take meds. Living seizure to seizure is not easy for the epileptic or the spouse. It is difficult at best. I have dialed 911 several times and kept him from dying by being there -- once in the tub as it filled with water and he had fallen unconcious in the shower. Another time as he turned blue... It is truly a difficult spot to be in for both parties... I do worry about the exact thing that happened to you. I am so sorry you had to go through that.
