I learned about this at my usual saturday morning meeting at the coffee shop. Seems a young man whom we all know was driving around in the country and eye'd 3 monster truck tires and two axles chained to a tree. He drives into town and goes by the local tire store. Discribes the merchdise and asks how much can he get. The store operator says hold on and let me make a call. He calls home to his dad and says there is a guy here trying to sell me your tires. What do I do? Dad tells his son to give him a price. Mathew then heads home to pick up a gooseneck trailer to carry the goods. In the mean time the sheriff department has set up out in the weeds to watch. Matthew and a friend show up, cut the chain. load the tires and axles and take off. They get one block before they are stopped. They stated they were just halling them for the owner. Sherriff deputy then states it was the owner of the tires he was talking to at the tire store. Busted. Matthew was already on probation and as another friend said it was a slam dunk case. Its bad to live in a town where you know all the parties and feel sorry for the mom. She is at church three times or more a week. Works with the youth yet all of her five sons has been in trouble with the law. I think it all goes back to the &$*# of a husband she had.

I am a hunter but I won't shot a couger unless it was endangering me or killing livestock. Animals like this in the wild are unbelievably beautiful. I remember watching a bobcat once. It is wild just to watch them hunt. Movies, pictures, or anything else will ever show their beauty as seeing them in the wild.

Maybe I've worked my rage out but the last thing I want to listen to is some old TWI teaching. Now if a few of you want to sit down and have a few. When do we start.

TT I would agree if you said a horse. A donkey or mule is smarter than that. Now if it was a man. Well he would go to the side with the biggest ...........

What are ya'll complaining about. Try working for yourself. Yes be self employed. The following are my benefits No sick pay No vacation pay No holiday pay No matching pay for SS. Yes an emplyer matches you SS they take from your check. I once went on a vacation. It took three hours after I left for an employee to cost me $40,000 in work. I just take whatever I think a vacation will cost me and double it. Also as those emplyees cheat on their time I get to pay it. No I'm not bitter. I have been voted most likly to go postal.

[quote name='GrouchoMarxJ Now, two girls kissing...for some reason that doesn't offend me as much...but that's just me. I guess I'm a little to redneck. Two girls kissing each other is a waste. Doesn't make the little head sture or anything. I'm all for going back to the Dick VanDyke show. Married couple slept in separate beds. You knew it happened but it was a private act. Sex is great. it just should be a little special. Two people in love making kids.

People ask me why this bothers me? It wouldn't if it wasn't thrown in my face everytime I turn around. This movie is being promoted in the news and not via advertising. If a person wants to be a f***t and do it at home. OK. I find the act of homosexuality offensive. So if you put it in front of me I will react very badly. If you came in my yard and took a dump you might be in trouble. If two guys start kissing in my yard, call the cops. Call me whatever. God made us man and woman. Not man and man or woman and woman. If you want the other go find a closet. Thats who I am and if you don't like it go F youself.

Its bad when even my wife laughs at this.

I will not go see the movie because the main thought is about gays. For all ya'll that want to be a cowboy. I got news. Its dirty, smelly, cold in the winter, hot in the summer, low pay, long days, nsaty work. Some mondern day cowboys I know would do it even if they wern't paid. Me, I'd rather eat them than work with them.

Some thoughts. Many beginner insturments are made with the keys closer together for smaller hands. A cheap insturment will always sound cheap and will be harder to play/learn on. I called my wife and she said the place where we have been buying stuff is Woodwins and Brasswins. wwbw.com Best prices I can find. Ebay is also a good place if you know what your looking for. Be careful whom you buy from. I bought a professional quality keyboard and got ripped. $1500 and it doesnt work. That is above the paypal limit. Another time we bought a tenor sax for $1900 and got a great deal. Know what your looking for and be an informed buyer. Don't buy from the people who rent to the schools. We bought a used horn and found that it cost us more than buying it new on line. Another thing you will find is that they need repair. Find someone who repairs professional quality stuff and take it to them. Finally woodwins rule and brass drulls.

THis post sounds like MLK's I have a dream. I wish that things had turned out differant. I remember the day he was killed. I remember the conversation my parents had with another, happy that he was dead. Today I am embarresed by it. Martin Luther King was a true man of God who did so much for his congregation and people. He did it out of love of man and God. I cannot say the same thing for other black leaders. Jesse Jackson is not a minister or a man of God in my book. He is an opertunist. I don't really think they should have made it a holliday. I can always remember that it is also Robert E Lee's birthday. That all being said. I am a red neck from a southern state and still think that MLK was a great man.

From what I understand about prisons is that men who abuse childrin tend to be abused in prison. In this way the punishment fits the crime. Personally I would just take them down to the river and shoot them. Let the body just lie there and rot. A few bodies pile up and you have no more problems.

Ok I'm one of those oldies who remember the love, fellowship' music' and great feelings. We felt we were leading the world back to God. What happened to a lot of us is that we grew up. Some where along the line I decided that VP was not exatly like a hand in a glove. This / that was me. I regret some of what I did and said to others. TWI was a wake up exerience for me and don't regret it. For all of us outees you may be surprised if you ask around how many of us there are around. I met a couple that got out years after I did. Love it or leave it we all did TWI for our own reasons. One thing is right. God Bless Ya'll.

The last ROA I went to was 78, the first year at HQ. It wasn't near that organized or nice and planned. The tent section was little areas crowded with tents. The showers ran burning hot to cold. You didnt stay under the flow. HQ buildings were completly diferant as I remember. Port a pottys were everywhere. It was hot and dusty. I met up with a friend who was coming back from her wow year. So many things started changing for me that ROA.

Thats my kind of gun, NOT. I'm a gun guy but I don't like recoil. I bought a 44 magnum years ago and didn't like the pain. Bought new grips, it still hurt. Once I put the scope on it the recoil came down to where its fun. The heavier the gun the less the recoil. That clip just shows why some people need to stay away from guns.

WE were talking about this this morning and ddecided that it was mean. What happened to me about 10 years ago was a killer. One of the guys that worked for me has a wife that works for FEDEX. My secratery worked on the computer probably for days creating an EPA letterhead. So I come into the office April 1st and find a letter delivered by FEDEX. I open it and find a letter from the EPA stating that my company hase been seen venting refrigerant into the atmosphere and that they were about to fine me $20,000.00. After I got up from my chair in shock they came around the corner laughing. I could have killed them. April Fool's my a**.

Belle Go to your local hardware store and order a case of pleated filters to fit the size you need. I own the heating and cooling company and I sent people to the local Ace hardware store for filters all the time. Just take your current filter down there and tell them it fits to loss and let them order the correct size. I sugjest a good pleated filter. It filters the air to the point that it helps with alergys.

Ya'll laugh because you talk about retirement. I live in a small town that keeps coming up as one of the best retirment cities in the country. Here are some of our problems. 1) People who move here for the beauty and frienliness. They then try and change it to New York City. 2) People who move here for the small town atmosphere and then complain there are only 5 restaurants in town. 3) They love all the deer they see everywhere in town. Then complain when they eat there land scaping. 4) They love to feed the deer so much its hard not to hit a deer on my own street. 5) They can't drive over 25 MPH. Well they get up to 50 on the interstate. They cant stay in one lane.

I heard about this on Paul Harvey. I have to show this to my youngest son tonight. He has been waiting for the news to show it. I'm wondering when a laywer is going to recommend a suit for damages because the window was unsafe.

Thirty years ago after three record cold winters there was talk of us entering a new ice age. Today its global warming. Every time there is a new study it proves one way or the other. The base truth is that we live on a living planet. The climate changes some from time to time. We have had at least two ice ages and thaws without mans influance. My point is that we have very little true impact. Species come and go as climate changes and other species thrive and end others. Give it a rest. O by the way. Last summer was the coolest summer in Texas that I have ever experienced.
