I can find view/edit, and the edit page comes up. Once in there, I can edit my email address, signature, etc. But there is no field that changes my Display Name. The label is there, but there is no field adjacent to it.

I did. Still don't see the field, and the name change (satori001yesthereis) is nowhere in the profile, except at the top, which isn't a field. I see other fields. It's not a big deal, but it's not working for me.

Here's a link for free search & removal, from McAfee: http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

There is no field next to Display Name. The first field is below it, for email address.I want my money back.

If you'll bite, that's probably why.

Those of you who haven't yet discovered podcasting are missing out. You don't need an iPod to listen if your computer has a speaker, and most do these days. Check out the categories and topics at this website: http://www.podcast.net/ Yes, there are others, but I'll let Google do the work. Need a pep talk? It's there. Need tips on crocheting? It's there. Ebay tips? There. Marital advice? Bible readings? Debt counseling? Comedy? Religion discussions? Interviews? Sunday Night Services from the WOW Auditorium? (Not yet, sorry.) You get the picture. If you do have an iPod (or the equivalent), you can take it with you. They don't podcast much music yet due to copyright issues, but there's lots of indy stuff around. Clearchannel must be terrified. Hope so.

I finally got around to using this. I don't use the iPod yet, but it's great for listening to these shows over the computer. I'm listening to a podcast of TOTN's Science Friday as I type. Everybody needs to listen to Wichita Rutherford do at least one interview.

Windows users may need to download a security patch from Microsoft's website. Here's the story.

For the search engine challenged, it's a number puzzle. Picture a box. Divide the box into 9 equal boxes, 3 on top, 3 in the middle, 3 on the bottom. Do the same with each of the 9 boxes, giving 81 boxes total. The original box now has 9 columns across, and 9 rows top to bottom. (9x9=81 boxes) The object is to place the numbers 1-9 in each of the 81 boxes (some are already supplied, so there might be 50 empty boxes left), such that no number is duplicated in any row, any column, or any of the 9 sub-boxes. Easy. This might be an example of a successful puzzle, but a real puzzle would probably be in any discernible numeric order. You might start with this: |-----------| |1 | 6| | | 5 |7 | | | |6 | 56| |---|---|---| | 34| | 1| | 7|8 1| 4| |8 | 3 |5 | |---|---|---| | |6 |9 2| |6 | | 3| |9 | 5| 8| |-----------| And end up some time later with this: ------------- |123|456|789| |456|789|123| |789|678|456| |---|---|---| |234|567|891| |567|891|234| |891|234|567| |---|---|---| |345|678|912| |678|912|123| |912|345|678| ------------| Like I said - easy. *

This thread reminds me a little of a B-movie Western parody, where a guy gets shot, says, "Ya got me!" and takes twenty minutes to stumble across the bar, into the street, over the hitching post, through the doorway, up the stairwell, across the bedroom, out the window, onto the horse, off of the horse, under the horse, into the horse****, into the trough (to wash off)... until some time later he finally croaks, tongue out, and legs straight into the air, and the drunk removes his hat out of respect. Why it never wins the Oscar, I just don't know. Anyway, I look foward to a similar "We're Back" thread some day. What are the odds, huh?

Yeah Digger. The line about the "sick 40-year old wife" is pretty cold. Since when is your wife like a car, to be traded in for the next model when she isn't brand new any more? I know some guys think that way, but it tells me you have questionable values. I'm glad things are working out, and I'm sure there's more to the story, but that is how you're coming across. Pretty damn cold.

Happy birthday, belatedly, Krys. Many happy retorts.

Hey Rosalie, here's an account of another toad-for-TWI you can be proud of. Go on, dab that tear from your good eye, you old witch.

http://quitsmoking.about.com/b/a/110425.htm Peter Jennings on smoking related deaths, a year ago. http://roswell.tobaccodocuments.org/hall_of_shame.htm By the way, Jennings quit smoking several years ago.

From the article: It shouldn't really be a shock. Do you still smoke? He was rich and powerful. Probably had the best treatment money could buy. Lots of love from an adoring family, colleagues and friends. Lots of prayers from the public too.A mere four months of misery and chemo later: dead.

The Way International HQ is crawling with devil spirits

Well the cats are mere hosts. The fleas are kept happy because they're the brains of that outfit. -

Rosalie's cats are not possessed, but their fleas are.
