No farewells, no goodbyes I never knew your rotting face George

I agree, too. And I'm glad no one has taken the opportunity (at least, yet) to present the opposing view. George

This was a sci-fi show in syndication. It had a five-yeaqr run, though. George -
You picked about the only actor I would have remembered from this film. An IMDB search shows a few more well-known actors, though, so hopefully someone else can move this along! George

"Laugh-In"? (LAUGH + (drive) IN) George

My wife loved the book, but the movie isn't showing anywhere around here. George

"Memphis, Tennessee." The version I remember was by Johnny Rivers, though Chuck Berry might have done it earlier. George

And Pawnbroker WAS correct. There was a lot of time travel in Voyager. This was a two-parter featuring Ed Begley, Jr. as a businessman who made a fortune on future technology that fell in his lap. Interestingly, Voyager at this time was orbiting Earth in the 1990's. All they had to do was "slingshot" around the sun, and they could have been home! George -
I don't recognize it, but good job getting the link up! George

I've never been able to take pecan pie. I mean, what is it, really, other than brown sugar pressed into a pie crust? (Even with bourbon in it, it's just too darn sweet.) Cheesecake, I can handle! George

One of the best "Mary Tyler Moore" shows of all time, Tops! I was going to use this clue myself. That or: "You've got spunk." "Why, thank you.." "I HATE spunk!" This one will be easy if you've seen the show, since I'll use characters' names: "At the end of the universe there will be three things: Tyr Anasazi, cockroaches, and Dylan Hunt...struggling valiantly to save the cockroaches!" This might be a little tough, but I enjoyed the episode. "Time travel. From my first day on the job as captain I promised myself I'd never let myself get caught up in one of these God-forsaken paradoxes. The future's the past, the past is the future. It all gives me a headache." George -

The last quote was James Darren as "Vic Fontaine." That narrows it down some. It also had to be before the big break in the Dominion war (from the other quotes). It's not the one where Nog is recuperating from his leg surgery. I think it was the one where Sisko and crew take over a remote outpost. George -
And to think, you're only 6! At least that what it says at tthe bottom of the page! :) Have a wonderful birthday and a great year! George

No. You both need to put your cheesecakes where MY mouth is! George

I was thinking Room 222, but I bet The Jeffersons is correct. George

I was thinking Brigitte Bardot (to whom also the years haven't been kind); but I don't think it's she. George

Well, DS9, obviously. The last soliloquy (by Quark, no doubt) is familiar, but I'm still not placing it. George -
Interesting point, Shortfuse. Of course, it didn't take too long for Craig, Howard, and Don to recant their admissions of guilt. I wonder if that was because they learned to ignore their consciences or just decided that "their believing" had nothing to do with it. George

Frickin' cool, Babe! Congratulations! Thanks for sharing the good news. George

Yes. I was being sneaky. George

Could be from an Enterprise episode. Trip coould have said the first line. The second could refer to those who were killed in the Xinthi pre-emptive strike on Earth. Or I could be way off. George -
The women aren't deaf. They're reacting to something. George
