  1. "You know you've reached rock bottom when you're told you have character flaws by a man who hanged his predecessor in a military coup." "Why is Congress saying one thing and doing nothing?" "Well, tradition mostly." George

  8. It is not that episode. "Your choice in that arpeggio was delightful - not at all what one would expect." "Well, Captain, now that I'm on your ship, maybe you should expect the unexpected." "Whoever you are, you just ruined four hours of work." "You might've taken the simple precaution of locking the door." "It's three o'clock in the morning --" "I'm trying to construct a mathematical model of an emerging star system. If it works, we'll be able to predict the configuration of a star system that won't be formed for another two million years." "A long time to wait to see if you're right." "I have a few things to do between now and then!" George

  13. Kiana's show used to be (late 90's) part of a string of hottie excercise programs on ESPN: Bodyshaping, Fitness Beach, Co-Ed Training, and Cory Everson's show Gotta Sweat! I didn't learn a lot about excercise*, but I sure got a cardio workout just watching! :D George *Actually, I did learn some useful rotator cuff excercises from Carla Dunlap.
  14. You may use quotes from another work by the same author. George
  15. "I tried to avoid the obvious "What are we doing tonight?" and "Are you pondering what I'm pondering?" "Pinky and the Brain" is correct. TLB is passing, so anyone can go. George
  16. I really loved that show. (And I think Michael Weiss would have made an excellent Batman. I can see it now -- "Who ARE you?" "I'm Batman -- today.") George
  17. Yep! KEANU (or KEY + ANNA) + SF + LEXA (Doig) = (Mrs.) PEEL. Kiana can sure brighten my mornings: George
  18. Alexander Hamilton was correct. The selections were from four of the Federalist Papers. Amazing how the political discussions of two centuries ago are still pertinent today! I don't know Lifted's quote. George
  19. I wouldn't have told you when it was, otherwise. Just to move this along. George
