  1. Sudo must be REALLY OLD! I have no idea what show the tune was from. George
  2. Hey, you purty young filly! Haven't seen your keester around these parts much. Reckon you're chasing off all the young studs! Have a wonderful birthday! George
  3. If I could just find some Nostalgic birthday clip... Happy Birthday, Old Man! George
  4. You're thinking too hard (!) on the first clue, and you need the name of the last young lady (a personal favorite of mine). George
  5. Maybe we can do both... five pics, need three names George
  6. This should be easy (and fun to post): George
  7. The last one is the giveaway. "The Cosby Show." George
  8. I should point out that this does not include the tax to pay for Houston's sumptuous athletic arenas. The actual "drive-out" price is $119.77 per night per room. You can cram as many people in the room as you wish, however. :) George
  9. Not cheap, but a good location. Thanks for the legwork, Rascal! No, I do not. :) George
  10. Now I See has it. It's JFK from "Profiles in Courage." George
  11. Hey, Bill! A lot of water under the bridge since we rammed beers after PFAL! I hope you had a great birthday and can look forward to many more. George
  12. Fine. "Nip/Tuck" I'll post one later, when I think of one I can stick some more hotties in! ;) George
  13. clouds/sky flag/stars/stripes/wave not clicking, here George
  14. No idea. Which means either I haven't seen the movie, or you've done an excellent job of disguising it! George
  15. Actually, I thought it was a Cheech and Chong movie until you said 1969. (At 13, I was too young to see the film, by the way.) "I guess some mistakes you never stop paying for." "You know, I believe we have two lives." "How... what do you mean?" "The life we learn with and the life we live with after that." "Pretty good food, huh?" "Damn good." "You can't spell it, but it eats pretty good, don't it?" George
  16. "The true democracy, living and growing and inspiring, puts its faith in the people - faith that the people will not simply elect men who will represent their views ably and faithfully, but will also elect men who will exercise their conscientious judgment - faith that the people will not condemn those whose devotion to principle leads them to unpopular courses, but will reward courage, respect honor, and ultimately recognize right." George
  17. I spoke with ex10 today. Because her husband has a new job which may very likely necessitate his working that entire weekend, she has asked that the Countess and I host the BBQ at our place this year. My wonderful wife has indeed agreed, so count on all the usual revelry, just somewhat south of the previous venue. Though our home is not quite as expansive as stately Ex Manor, we should have no trouble accommodating the 'Spotters. We live in Pearland, which is just south of Houston. If you plan to come by plane and have not made reservations yet, I would suggest flying into Houston Hobby (HOU), which is about 15 miles away, as opposed to Bush Intercontinental (IAH). If you already havereserved flights through Bush, not to worry. It's about an hour's drive from there to our place, but it's almost all highway. Ex WILL be coming, so if you planned to stay near her, you can probably come together, but you might also consider lodging near my home. The attached link to a Yahoo! map will give you some suggestions. The La Quinta may be your best bet for both location and price. Hotels near 4822 Cloverfield Dr. We really do need a headcount, though, to figure out food and logistics. We look forward to seeing you in a little more than a month! George
  18. Not "fake" perhaps, but often very fragile. As you point out, all it took in many cases was some leader saying that you were unwelcome to demolish all the love and camraderie. George
  19. That's the one. And yes, the fourth "Klingon" was O'Brien. "Apocalypse Rising." There was also the sub-plot explaining Nana Visitor's pregnancy by saying that Miles and Keiko's child was implanted in Kira as an emergency procedure to save Keiko and the baby. Kira yells at Bashir, "You did this to me!", a cute nod to the fact that Alexander Siddig was the father of Nana's child. Q'Plah, WW! George
  20. Obvious clues next, if you don't get it from these. "It's not easy being funny wearing these teeth." "Brag all you want! But don't get between me and the bloodwine!" "Since when has it been treasonous to act in the best interests of the Empire?" "Captain, you're just in time for happy hour." "Do I look happy?" George
  21. Hint: It was a big hit in the 80's. The next word is the title. George
