Of course. "Galaxy Quest." My favorite line, though I didn't even pick it up until about the third time I saw the film was when the crew is fleeing the little monster creatures, and Sigourney weaver yells, "Run, before they kill Guy!" :) George

I usually accede to the fact that few of our crew watched Voyager, and fewer still, Enterprise; but I'll occasionally throw an episode in trom those shows to keep it honest. And, frankly, I thought they were fine. Enterprise didn't really hit its stride, unfortunately, until its final season. :( George -
Is it possible that Father says shut up is the only real revelation VP got? :P George

You have correctly identified the series. Let's see if anyone can get the episode. Remember, you only need to describe the episode, not necessarily giving the title. (Hint: it was from the first season.) George -
Glad you're here, Brainy! (We hardly ever call anybody by his full screen name!) Enjoy what the cafe has to offer: TWI venting, shoulders to cry on, political discussions, games, photos, the fun never stops. And we'll look forward to enjoying what you have to offer! George

I definitely will see it, but haven't yet. In the meantime... "It's called gagh. It's a Klingon delicacy, but only when they're alive." "They look like worms." "They are worms." "Are you all right?" "I promised myself I wouldn't do this." "You're in a dangerous situation in an alien environment. Your anxiety is understandable." "Don't you mean, 'for aHuman' ?" "You can't deny your nature." "I decided to take your advice about thinking like a Klingon. The Vulcan database has about 900 pages on them." "Learn anything?" "Plenty. They're driven by a warrior mentality. They tend to view anyone they meet as a potential enemy." "That may explain why our guest is so irritable." "Remind me to stop trying to help people." "I found these schematics in the Vulcan database. It's a Raptor-class scout vessel." "How long will it last down there?" "Its hull's at least twice as thick as ours, reinforced with some kind of coherent molecular alloy." "Yeah, it's a tough little ship, but it can't hold up under that pressure forever." "Oh, it certainly feels nice to be clean again." "It is...pleasant." George -
There were a number of bonehead ideas passed off as "revelation," but I would have to say the dumbest was putting the Corps on full-time salary. (In fact, I remember thinking to myself when I first heard the news, that if this WASN'T revelation it was the stupidest thing I'd heard.) Imagine converting hundreds of cash sources into cash sinks. The financial damage to TWI was great. A (perhaps) unintended side-effect was freeing up all those Corps to meddle in the believers' lives, destroying morale and causing even more financial problems with the ensuing exodus. George

I thought that I had read that "The Trouble with Tribbles" was originally supposed to be a Harry Mudd episode, but that Roger Carmel was unavailable. A quick check of the internet does not bear this out, however. Anyway, I say we give RumRunner a shot if he's willing. You don't have to remember lines by heart. If you remember an episode, google it. IMDb and Memory-Alpha have many lines from Star Trek episodes. For example, if you wanted to do the NG episode "Q Who?" google "Q Who" and "quotes." You get a slew of choices. Some entire scripts (including all NG and DS9 scripts) are available at TWIZTV George -

Rummy! Welcome to the game! We could wait for NowISee, but I'm sure you're right. Actually, you have the title right, which is enough; but the episode you described is "I, Mudd." (You should name the series, as well as the episode, by the way.) George -
That was "Name That TV Show." Completely different game. :) The Rifleman is, of course, correct. George

You are only considering gross receipts, here. Although the labor was mostly free, you still have to take out the cost of the food, the utilities, etc., before you can answer how much ROA actually made. I expect that the net was pretty significant, though! George

Those are the clues (though the first is spelled "Thor"). So what's the answer? :) George

Every day when the work is behind you and the shop and the store put the lock on the door, just get away where your worries won't find you. If you like, well, I'll tell you more. At the door there's a man who will greet you. Then you go downstairs to some tables and chairs. Don't let the day get the better of you. When the evening comes, there's so much to do George
