  1. Sam Neill The Hunt for Red October Alec Baldwin George
  2. "The Blues Brithers" "Let me guess. You're from outer space." "No, I'm from Iowa. I just work in outer space." George
  3. That's it. Natalie Wood's last film. You're up! George
  4. Stir Crazy Erland van Lidth de Jeude The Running Man George (Erland was an acquaintance of mine at MIT.)
  5. That would have been my guess. George
  6. You did just fine. I think I know the answer, but I'll wait a bit to see if anyone else wants to play. George
  7. I had forgotten about the Klingon spy. My most vivid memories of that episode were of the Admiral's Queeg-like determination to find a conspiracy, and Picard's final refusal to play along. If I recall correctly, another flag officer in the tribunal got up and walked off after Picard's speech, effectively ending the tribunal. But, it's been shown my memory is somewhat erratic concerning this one... "An entrance, captain, but no exit. They go in, but they do not come out." "A killer first, a builder second. A hunter, a warrior. And let's be honest, a murderer. That is our joint heritage, is it not?" George
  8. Was this "Drumhead," where a young Romulan pretended to be Vulcan in order to join Starfleet and was wrongly accused of being a saboteur on the Enterprise? George
  9. A home for the fleas, A hive for the buzzing bees... George
  10. You are correct. BEN (Stiller) + ANNAS (Kournikova, Paquin, and Smith) You're up! George
  11. Amazon Women on the Moon Rosanna Arquette S.O.B. George
  12. Indeed. "These Boots Are Made for Walking" Nancy Sinatra I'll post a new one later. George
  13. The last line sounds more NG-ish, but I still don't remember this one. George
  14. Well, let's try this again. Guess the name of the movie depicted by these (sound) clues, and you get to post. (How to do so, if you don't know, is found in the "How to Play the Game Threads" thread.) Four pics (three on one line) George
  15. Jeff Goldblum Transylvania 6-5000 Geena Davis George
  16. In that case, Casino Royale Daniel Craig Cowboys and Aliens George
  17. Now it's sounding more like DS9 and the secret Starfleet organization, Section 31, but just guessing here. George
  18. Not "The Ring." Many years earlier. "All my life, I never needed anybody... And now, because of this thing she left me, I'm scared. For the first time in my life, I'm scared. But the thing is, I like it. I want more. You're married to a man who has a chance to take a scientific look at the scariest thing people ever have to face. I've gotta do this... gotta play that tape, and you gotta help me." "Don't g-dd-mn me, Alex! Just don't g-dd-mn me, sweetheart! And don't take my project! This is MY project! And I don't want to see it end up on some Defense scrap heap before we know what it's really about! You have no idea..." "Michael, I want these personal experiments stopped. You've abused your privilege as a scientist, and you've endangered your life. The thought of you playing that tape makes my skin crawl." "Where is it?" "It's locked away where nobody will ever have it." "Alex, I wanna play that tape." "You didn't hear me, did you? Nobody plays that tape." "Why do you have to die to let go?" George
  19. This is clearly not OS, Voyager, or Enterprise. I not only do not recognize the episode, I can't tell yet whether it's NG or DS9. George
  20. Walk the Line Joaquin Phoenix Gladiator George
  21. Sung or spoken, it's a line that gives the movie away. South Pacific is correct. George
