"The Adventures of Superman"? George

It sounds quite familiar, but I can't place it. George

That's the diner skit from "Saturday Night Live." I remember one time when Jane Curtin comes in and tells Belushi she wants a tea. "No tea! Pepsi!" "Just give me a water, then." "Okay. Tea." The Final Frontier George

Yes. In the early episodes, Dick would tumble over an ottoman in during the opening credits. In later episodes, he deftly avoided it. Buddy (Morey Amsterdam) was always plaguing Mel (Richard Deacon) with jokes about his baldness. Go. George

No. It was "Fantastic Four II: Rise of the Silver Surfer." It did well at the box office, but it was no smash. The memorable part of this is that Stan Lee does a cameo in almost all of the Marvel superhero movies. In this one, he played himself, trying to attend the wedding of Reed Richards and Sue Storm, but the guy checking names refuses to believe him. :) FREE POST George

"Sure, why not? I am the token black guy. I'm just supposed to smile and stay out of the conversation and say things like: "Damn," "Sh--," and "That is whack."" "I want you." "Catherine that's disgusting! You're my sister." "Only by blood." "What's wrong with this family?" George

I guess. Actually, they did try to repair the boat a few times. In the movie "Back to the Beach," Bob Denver plays a bartender who relates a story about being trapped on an island with a guy who could make a nuclear reactor from coconuts but couldn't fix a three-foot hole in a boat! :) Tripping over an ottoman, baldy jokes. I thought the "I hate most of you" comment was a bit out of character. No reason to hate yourself, either. Sometimes life sucks, but don't let it turn you evil. George

Well? To the non-Raf among you, you probably don't need the first picture to figure it out. But the cartoon character is from the "George of the Jungle" series, if that helps. George

"Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan" (but also quoted in Star Trek III and IV) Hopefully, this doesn't violate my own rules for this thread: "No, I really AM Stan Lee!" George

That's what I'm talking about. "Risky Business" "It has been established that persons who have recently died have been returning to life and committing acts of murder. A widespread investigation of funeral homes, morgues, and hospitals has concluded that the unburied dead have been returning to life and seeking human victims. It's hard for us here to be reporting this to you, but it does seem to be a fact." George

It shows up fine for me. Must have to do with computer settings. Let me see if I can attach another picture here: If you can see it, it replaces the first. George

Yes. Flicks DEDUCED from just one line are OK. Back to bfh's clues: X - "Has anyone ever buried a person up there?" Y - "Christ on his throne no. Who ever would?" "Dead is better." George

Fine. It's Pearl Harbor of course. I'll post a new one later. George
