Another "redundant" one: "Iron Man in the Iron Mask" Scarlett O'Hara is kidnapped by Berbers, causing Teddy Roosevelt to send a rescue mission to Morocco. George -
Correct, of course. :) George

The writer and producer? George -
I like CCR, but "Born on the Bayou" was one of those songs where I probably only heard the chorus and didn't pay much attention to the lyrics. NO idea on the new one. :) George

That was, I'm sure, for MY benefit. Every man's entitled to his own opinion, though this guy clearly needs an attitude adjustment. In fact, I can think of an ex-mercenary cookie chef who could handle it. ;) I found "Traxx" to be witty and almost charming. Shadoe Stevens as a mercenary who just doesn't find the job fulfilling, anymore. Priscilla Barnes  as the Mayor/love interest. Robert Davi as the bad guy. Is it one of my favorite movies of all time? No. Is it worth watching for an hour and a half? Sure. I always thought that "The Princess Bride" would be a dumb movie, until I finally broke down and watched it. Now, back to our regularly scheduled game... Patton George C Scott TAPS George

Still not getting it. Sounds like it should be up my alley, though. George

Batman? Related to the Lone Ranger sounds familiar, but there are lots of minor cross-references in fiction. As I recall, Spock is a descendant of Sherlock Holmes! George

No one can talk to a horse, of course! "Mr. Ed" Kemo sabe George

Correct. Sadly, Erland died several years ago from heart problems. Whenever I see Twins come up, I'm tempted to go with Kelly Preston, but let's use Hugh O'Brian The Shootist John Wayne George
-
If you must, you must. I'd wait a little, though, just in case someone else can get it. George

I'll give you a hint: Erland was the large, bald convicted killer befriended by Gene Wilder in "Stir Crazy." He didn't do his own singing in that movie, but he did in the other, well-known film. George
-
Gene Wilder Stir Crazy Erland van Lidth ;) George (Erland was an acquaintance of mine at MIT. I know of at least two other movies he's been in, and one was pretty well-known, so I don't feel bad about tossing him in, here.)

Of course. Go ahead. George

I haven't seen any of this series, so this is still a wild guess: "Alien"? George

Sounds like "Night of the Living Dead" the remake, I suspect. George

Let's not forget the man with three sons of his own.. "The Brady Bunch" Where everybody knows your name George
