  1. I got it from the last one, and then the rest just fell into place. George
  2. Still hauntingly familiar, but not clicking. And, why SHOULDN'T women on moonbases wear purple wigs, silver catsuits, and lots of eye makeup? ;) George
  3. "Star Trek: First Contact"? George
  4. Well here's another one we've used before, but (I believe) a different quote. This one had so many memorable ones. And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it. George
  5. The Beach Boys essentially stole this tune, with new lyrics, to make "Surfin USA." After years in court, the writer of this song finally got listed as the composer of "Surfin USA." George
  6. Vision Quest Linda Fiorentino Men in Black George
  7. I'm having real trouble coming up with a new one. If anyone else wants to jump in, feel free. George
  8. I've never seen the movie, but every cannibalistic double entendre seems to lead to "Silence of the Lambs." George
  9. B and D seem familiar, but it's probably been 50 years since I've seen them. Maybe Hiway will chime in. These seem more up his alley. George
  10. I never considered "The Man from UNCLE" a comedy, though like "I/Spy," it did have its humorous elements. The answer I was looking for was, in fact, "Chico and the Man from UNCLE." George
  11. Not getting it from the titles OR the lyrics. Sorry. George
  12. Though both component shows contained humorous elements, I would only consider one of them an actual comedy. George
  13. A cheerful young Mexican-American convinces a couple of cranky spies to take him on as a partner in their fight against an evil organization. (TV show) George
  14. "I got a feeling everyone else passed on this job, so our fee is $5 mil." "$5 mil?" "And I want half upfront, and the other half in an offshore account. You got a problem with that?" "No. What I have a problem with is people who try to f--- me over. So if you take this money and you don't deliver, or you try to f--- me in some kind of weird cockamamie scheme of yours, me and my people are gonna come get you and your people and chop you up into little f---ing dog treats. You got a problem with that?" "Let's talk." "We are the shadows and the smoke, we rise. We are the ghosts that hide in the night." George
  15. I'm tempted to say "Traxx," since that's pretty much the whole plot; but I don't think there was any theme music for that classic film. :) George
  16. I know the second half. (Big splash -- cute!) George
  17. Correct. Interestingly, the writers of "Sanford and Son" figured that they could adapt a lot of plots from "Steptoe and Son," since the latter was already in its fourth season. Imagine their dismay when they found out that "Steptoe and Son" only aired four episodes per season! George
  18. No. This show knocked "The Brady Bunch" off the air. The star was known for faking heart attacks, so when he really had one, no one believed him until it was too late. The star of this show was always seen wearing a sport coat, jacket, or long-sleeved shirt, because he had a prominent tattoo of a naked woman on his right forearm. The title of the opening theme song is "The Streetbeater." George
  19. Yes. Carrie Fisher was in the skit after the closing credits. George
