  1. These are the names I recognize: Gary Conway Susan Denberg David Prowse Bo Svenson Jonny Lee Miller Benedict Cumberbatch Phil Hartman Robert de Niro Chris Sarandon Especially with Denberg in there, I can't think of a common role. Perhaps they all voiced a common cartoon character? George
  2. That would be my guess, from Jonny Lee Miller. I only recognize a couple of the other actors by name. George
  3. Susan Denberg? I suppose it's important to note that these are all groups of three, so this is probably not a SINGLE role we're looking for... George
  4. Keanu Reeves The Matrix Laurence Fishburne George
  5. Rutger Hauer Flesh and Blood Jennifer Jason Leigh George
  6. Maybe it was near Gimbel's. :) I'll wait for the real answer. George
  7. Yes. #1: Jake 2.0 (only lasted one season, but I liked it) #2: Chuck (lasted a lot of seasons) George
  8. "Your Honor, every one of these letters is addressed to Santa Claus. The Post Office has delivered them. Therefore the Post Office Department, a branch of the Federal Government, recognizes this man Kris Kringle to be the one and only Santa Claus." "Uh, since the United States Government declares this man to be Santa Claus, this court will not dispute it. Case dismissed!" George
  9. I don't watch gangster flicks, but I think this one was "Goodfellas." George
  10. "Sergeant York" was a World War I film. More quotes soon. George
  11. Human, In the "Incredible Hulk" movie with Edward Norton (not to be confused with "The Hulk" with Eric Bana), Bruce Banner has his Portuguese mixed up (he's in Brazil) and says, "You wouldn't like me when I'm hungry," an homage to the line from the old TV show, "You wouldn't like me when I'm angry." I say, you got it; go ahead with a new one. George
  12. The Freshman Penelope Ann Miller Other People's Money George
  13. An alien hunter attacks Pearl Harbor in 1941. American military commanders had intel that such an attack was imminent, but refused to believe it. George
  14. "My family is with me today. They wanted to come with me. To be honest with you, I wasn't sure how I'd feel coming back here. Every day I think about what you said to me that day on the bridge. I tried to live my life the best that I could. I hope that was enough. I hope that, at least in your eyes, I've earned what all of you have done for me." "Sir... I have an opinion on this matter." "Well, by all means, share it with the squad." "Well, from my way of thinking, sir, this entire mission is a serious misallocation of valuable military resources." "Yeah. Go on." "Well, it seems to me, sir, that God gave me a special gift, made me a fine instrument of warfare." "Reiben, pay attention. Now, this is the way to gripe. Continue, Jackson." "Well, what I mean by that, sir, is... if you was to put me and this here sniper rifle anywhere up to and including one mile of Adolf Hitler with a clear line of sight, sir... pack your bags, fellas, war's over. Amen." George
  15. Okay, I'm going to make my comment about Gotham, now. Hopefully, WW isn't more than a week behind. So, Galvan has evidence of the Waynes' killer, and offers it to Bruce in trade for Bruce's company. So, why didn't Bruce (or at least Alfred, for crying out loud) ask Galvan why he wouldn't turn the evidence over to the police or, for that matter, give it to Bruce for free? He (Galvan) was painting himself as this noble savior of Gotham city; but this act alone would show that he isn't. George PS My DVR didn't pick up Supergirl last week, and my lady-friend backup either missed it, too, or deleted it. I'll try to find it on the internet, so please try not to give spoilers. If I haven't seen it by this time next week, go ahead and post.
  16. Name one of these shows to win. They all have a similar basis, though I doubt they are derivative of each other. 1. An NSA computer tech is accidentally infused with a serum containing nanomites, which give him enhanced strength, senses, healing, etc. Naturally, the government uses him as a secret weapon. 2. A computer geek accidentally has a secret government program downloaded into his brain, which gives him knowledge of all US government secrets and programs. Naturally, the government uses him as a secret weapon. 3. A man is given a pill which allows him to use all of his brain's power..Naturally, the government uses him as a secret weapon. George
  17. Well, the last two will make it obvious to fans of this actor. Jack Styles Bill Church, Jr. Ed Billik Sam Axe Ashley Williams Autylocus Briscoe County, Jr. George
