  1. Not to derail this thread, but I really don't think we need an "Arrow" thread... Since when is the Atom just Iron Man? (I don't mind that this version of Ray Palmer is (yet another) genius billionaire instead of a brilliant college physics professor.) I hope he loses most of the tech/armor and works in shrinking. George
  2. Amazon Women (also kidding) Dallas Buyer's Club Matthew McConaughey Edtv George
  3. "Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it." George
  4. Technically, you should have started with Bill Cosby, but OK. Eddie Murphy Beverly Hills Cop Ronny Cox George
  5. It's not the time travel that bothered me. It's Captain Cold (and probably Heat Wave and Golden Glider) knowing Flash's identity, and the bizarre bargain that Barry made with him. If I understand correctly, it's basically "I won't toss you in jail while you rob stuff, as long as you don't kill anyone or bother my friends." There are a number of instances in the DC universe where a villain knows a hero's identity but doesn't reveal it (Ra's al Ghul/Batman comes to mind immediately); but the rationales never made sense to me. The only part I COULD see is the "If you're so great, you don't need to kill" appeal to CC's ego. (And, incidentally, Flash's Rogues DO have a no-killing code, in the comics.) I don't see this version of Heat Wave agreeing to that, though perhaps CC can keep him (and GG) in line. George
  6. If you can't think of another Cosby movie, it's still up for grabs. Hint: take a look at the Movie-Mash-up thread. George
  7. "Around the World in 80 Days"? George
  8. In this part of the world, Flash airs on Tuesday night (7 PM Central). SHIELD also on Tuesday. Arrow on Wednesday. Gotham on Monday. George
  9. I don't know when WW will see the current episode, but its resolution of last week's crises is even less satisfying than I had expected. On the other hand, Trickster, next week! George
  10. The Three Musketeers Raquel Welch Mother, Jugs, and Speed George
  11. Actually, Jeff Goldblum was NOT in AWotM. Here are some to pick from: Arsenio Hall, Joe Pantoliano, Steve Guttenberg, Rosanna Arquette, Ralph Bellamy, Howard Hessman, Paul Bartel, Henry Silva, Steve Forrest, Sybil Danning, Ed Begley, Jr., Michelle Pfeiffer, and Kelly Preston. (There are others, but that should do.) George
  12. Those clues don't help, since both my guess ("Uptown Saturday Night") and WW's ("A Piece of the Action")meet the criteria. Another one might be "Let's Do It Again"? George
  13. Well, you can rock it you can roll it You can slop and you can stroll it George
  14. Come on. By it's own admission, AWotM starred "a whole bunch of actors." :) George
  15. I left out Brisco County, which would have been too obvious, but since you recognized "Jack of All Trades" in the TV Mash-up thread, I'm not surprised you got this. Jack Stiles, from JoAT Sam Axe, from Burn Notice Autolycus, from Hercules. Your turn. George
  16. In the DC universe, Cisco Ramon is "Vibe," so I doubt he'll really be killed off. It's interesting that in the "old days" (late Silver Age), Reverse Flash (Eobard Thawne) killed Barry Allen's wife, Iris (West), by vibrating his hand inside her brain. I guess that when they did the show, they thought that that might be a little grosser than having him do it inside Cisco's chest. (PS: Barry was able to prevent the murder of his wife by going back in time and breaking Thawne's neck. I doubt we'll see THAT here, either.) George
  17. "Your Mama Don't Dance" I'll be gone all day. If someone else wants to jump in, feel free. George
  18. "Drift Away" A rock feels no pain, and an island never cries. George
  19. Cougar Club Carrie Fisher Amazon Women on the Moon George
