A correct guess. :) George -
"When I was a little kid, maybe five years old, in the old country, my mother used to say to me; she'd warn me, she'd say, 'Don't get too close to people. You'll catch their dreams... '... Years later, I realized I misunderstood her... 'Germs', she said, not 'dreams', 'You'll catch their *germs*'..." "Isn't that the idea? To build a better mouse trap?" "Not if you're a mouse!" George

No. I don't even remember the first quote, though it reminded me of the boys' meeting "SOW-CRATES." The other lines could certainly apply to them as well, so I gave it a shot. New one soon. George

"A heart is not judged by how much you love; but by how much you are loved by others." "I may not come out alive, but I'm going in there. There's only one thing I want you fellows to do." "What's that?" "Talk me out of it!" George

Then perhaps "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" George

I seem to recall seeing a movie years ago about a bunch of different people looking for a treasure and finding it under some palm trees which may have formed a W shape. But I can't think of the title. Was it "Cannonball Run"? George

You've got half the script here, and I just don't know. George

"Tobor" is of course "robot" spelled backwards. I seem to remember a movie with a robot called Tobor, but I don't recall the cartoon. WGN in Chicago used to have a show on Sundays called "Family Classics," showing old movies. I think that's where I remember Tobor from. George

Got it. :) Hamill hasn't aged well... George

Apparently, the success of "Arrow" and "Flash" has promoted a spin-off of both shows. As yet untitled, it seems that it will be a team-up show (both heroes and villains). "Brave and Bold" seems an obvious choice. George

I had a hunch that the first was Gigantor, though my memory of the theme song doesn't include anything about Martians or the FBI. Maybe I only remember the chorus. I do remember seeing Astro Boy. Whether that's the second show or not, I don't know. Also no idea about the third. George
