Name that Actor/Actress (or Role)

Not an A-lister, but definitely a recognizable actor. "The Shoveler" would have given it away, for me. Dudley Frank Dr. David Morgenstern "Tick Tock" McGlaughlin Little Bill Jerry Lundegaard The Shoveler Maj. Caldwell Frank Gallagher Bernie Lootz Paul Kirby George -
Like How I Met Your Mother, a popular show which I never watched. :) George

I suspect that this might be a when the answer is revealed, but that's not enough info for me to get it quickly, anyway. George
-
Just not getting it. Sorry! George

To be fair, here, VP originally used Bullinger's "all without exception" and "all without distinction" verbatim. The problem is that "all without distinction" was within a particular class (or subset), and so, there is an inherent distinction between that subset and "everyone" or "everything." In later years, TWI used "all with distinction" for that reason. George

Before I move on to Supergirl, a note about Gotham: Pee-Wee Herman as Penguin's dad? Where have I seen that before? Oh, right: Batman Returns! :)/> The best part of the latest Supergirl: Chocos! These Oreo-like treats were introduced by Keith Giffen during his run on Justice League. Intended as a joke (as was most of his Justice League), J'onn's craving for them has remained as official lore. Whereas Power Girl might have gotten surly from over-caffeinated drinks, J'onn was a hulking brute when deprived of his Chocos: George

Although this movie has a plot, its main purpose seems to be the star mocking his earlier roles, and the larger franchise, in general. George

More clues, please? George

I may have heard it, but Neil Young's voice sounds to me like fingernails on a chalkboard. :o :) George

Looking forward to Supergirl, tonight. Back story on Martian Manhunter/Hank Henshaw. George

In this TV-movie, an enemy's attempt to disrupt the marriage of a Thai ruler and his schoolmistress fiancée is thwarted by a pair of secret agents, disguised as a tennis pro and his coach. George -

I didn't know that Ash wasn't in South Dakota. Since "Ash vs. Evil Dead" was a TV show, and you said this was a TV-movie, I'll try Evil Deadwood George -
Cameron Diaz Charlie's Angels Drew Barrymore George

Is this another "stealth" one? Ash Vs. Evil Dead George -
I can think of at least one major movie featuring Donal Logue. (If you have trouble placing him, he's been playing Harvey Bullock on Gotham.) Try this: Cary Elwes Comic Book Villains either Donal Logue or Michael Rappoport George

Correct. George

Good news, Raf! LoT renewed for a second season! This makes me wonder two things: Will the focus of the show change in the second season? It's hard to imagine that they'll continue to chase Vandal Savage year after year (pun intended). Are they trying to see if a Justice League show could work? Note that, excluding Heat Wave, and changing White Canary with Black Canary, all of the "Legends" have been Justice Leaguers at one time or another. It wouldn't be hard to add Flash and Green Arrow, since we're already in the "Arrowverse." Maybe pull in Superman and Martian Manhunter from the "Supergirlverse." LoT could just be a test run to see how the logistics of a JLA show would work. George

Would it help if I said it was Jack Nicholson reciting the lines? Geroge

Bruce Willis? The last would be any of the Die Hards, of course. A couple of the others sound familiar, too. George -
That actually sounds familiar, but I can't place it. :) George

Correct. Possibly not the best-remembered line, but it would have given it away, to me. (And, apparently, to Raf.) George
