  1. Correct. I was afraid that I was going to have to move this song to the "Before and after Title" thread... :) George
  2. Something in your eyes was so inviting Something in you smile was so exciting Something in my heart told me I must have you Up to the moment when we said our first hello little did we know Love was just a glance away, a warm embracing dance away and Ever since that night we've been together Lovers at first sight, in love forever (There are gaps in the lyrics where the title appears.) Geroge
  3. The game show scandal with the Columbia professor is easy. I'm guessing that Shatner hosted a show that got cancelled quickly, but I don't know what it was. George
  4. I suppose that I really wouldn't have expected this to have changed between 1985 and 2004. In fact, I suspect it's still the case. ;) George
  5. Everything seemed to go fine, until after I had entered all my information and clicked "Pay" (or "Submit" or whatever), I was offered the "opportunity" to get a PayPal account, which I graciously declined. Apparently, the PayPal god would not be denied, however; and I kept getting the same screen, asking me to "complete" the information required to set up an account. I eventually just left the site. I have no idea if the donation actually went through. I suppose that I'll get a confirmation e-mail, if it did. I've used PayPal as a guest before, without ever having this problem. George
  6. It is, indeed. Welcome back. George
  7. Right in the film, Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) quips about not wanting to wear a green (or CGI) costume, about how Ryan Reynolds has made it on his looks, not his acting ability, how the budget for the film is so low that they only use two of the X-Men in the film, etc., etc. George
  8. Mystery Men. A bunch of second-rate "heroes" try to save a city. George
  9. No. "I only work in black and sometimes very, very dark grey." "Uh, guys? We're about to crash into the sun. "Yeah, but it's gonna look really cool." "Here he comes. Cover your butts." "I super-hate you." "We are from the planet Duplo, and we're here to destroy you. "Oh, man." "Your home, Bricksburgh, is one of many realms in the universe. There's also this one, Pirates Cove, Knights Club, Vikings Landing, Clown Town, and a bunch of others we don't even mention. Lord Business, or as you think you know him, President Business, stole the Kragl, the most powerful object in the universe..." George
  10. Something in your eyes was so inviting Something in you smile was so exciting Something in my heart told me I must have you George
  11. "Radar Love" (?) I can't remember the band. George
  12. That's the one. I'd say he looks more like a cross between Dafoe and Ron Howard. :) George
  13. No. In "The Dark Knight," Heath Ledger did not mock his previous roles. Nor, for that matter, did Christian Bale. And "The Dark Knight" actually WAS PG-13. This movie is more recent, though you have the basic genre correct. George
  14. I assume that was a joke! George
  15. Although unconfirmed by Raf, I believe WW is right. Since he'll be gone for a week, though... "I only work in black and sometimes very, very dark grey." Uh, guys? We're about to crash into the sun. "Yeah, but it's gonna look really cool." "Here he comes. Cover your butts." "I super-hate you." George
  16. Sittin' here resting my bones And this loneliness won't leave me alone George
  17. In this TV-movie, an enemy's attempt to disrupt the marriage of a Thai ruler and his schoolmistress fiancée is thwarted by a pair of secret agents, disguised as a tennis pro and his coach. Starring You Brynner, Deborah Kerr, Bill Cosby, and Robert Culp. George
  18. I was thinking of "Victory"; but that actually STARS Pele, it doesn't REFER to him... George
  19. No. Although this movie has a plot, its main purpose seems to be the star mocking his earlier roles, and the larger franchise, in general. This was the first R-rated movie to open above $100 million at the U.S. box office. (On April Fool's Day, the star tweeted that it would be rated PG-13, causing intense rage in the character's fans. He admitted the prank, and said it would be R.) George
  20. He DOES look a little like him, though less sinister. George
  21. Chicago Catherine Zeta Jones The Mask of Zorro George
