  1. Guess I'm up... The title of the film was originally "El Pistolero" but was changed before release. The day they shot the two stars' love scene, the entire crew showed up to see it. During the actual filming, however, only the actors , the director, and the script supervisor were in the room. For most of the killings they used a gun that essentially fired fake blood at the characters instead of squibs. This unfortunately created too realistic of an effect resulting in them having to edit out much of the deaths for the censors. George
  2. Wild Wild West Salma Hayek Desperado George
  3. OK, then. From the comic books, one would have assumed that Adrian Chase was the Vigilante. In this universe, however, he's Prometheus. Which does beg the question, Who's Vigilante? (I assume it's not some prairie troubadour.....) George
  4. Well, then I guess I still can't talk about the surprise secret identity... George
  5. Actually, in Latin it's Diabolus... If time travel makes your head hurt, the season finale will bring a migraine. George
  6. Personally, I thought it was Wentworth Miller saying "This isn't my first prison break," while plotting to get Dominic Purcell out of a Russian prison in LOT. Incidentally, I'm pretty sure I saw a Justice League poster in Archie's bedroom, on Riverdale. George
  7. Mary-Elizabeth Mastrantonio The January Man Kevin Kline George
  8. Johnny Depp Edward Scissorhands Winona Ryder George
  9. Actually, she worked in a book store/coffee shop. The "stacks" were stacks of books. George
  10. In a lot of cases, TV roles for an actor or actress may be as well-known as movie roles, or more so. In Lloyd's case, my next round would have been Fester Addams, Emmett Brown, and Jim Ignatowski, the last, of course, from the show Taxi. He was a regular on Stacked, a short-run show notable primarily for its star, Pamela Anderson. George
  11. I suspect that when the name of the show comes out, I may be doing one of these: But right now, I'm not getting it. George
  12. OK, then. "A House in the Hills Have Eyes" FREE POST George
  13. Amy Poehler Blades of Glory Will Farrell George
  14. Although you gave two answers, I'll give it to you. John Colicos was Kor, in the original Star Trek, and a couple of DS9 episodes. Christopher Lloyd was Kruge in ST III. George
  15. Are they still called WB shows, in your neck of the woods? WB and UPN merged years ago to make CW. George
  16. That's fine. Just letting the others know. George
  17. The Flash musical also has some important Supergirl development, so it would be good to be caught up with the latter before watching the former. George
  18. Obviously, I didn't start with the easy ones. Let's add a couple more, before I throw in the giveaways. Cletus Poffenberger Captain Kruge Henry Sikorsky "Sleepy" Bill Burns Harold March Lou Russo George
  19. If Raf's as big a Helen Slater fan as I think he is, he should know the first half. There's actually a two word overlap in this one. George
  20. I may have to get Netflix. In the meantime, I actually enjoyed the Flash/Supergirl (with bits of Arrow and Legends) musical crossover! First plus: it was a musical, not an opera, so there was plenty of talking between songs. Second plus: the singing was good. I really enjoyed the Barry/Kara song-and-dance number, "Super-Friends." Third plus: Hank Henshaw in full Martian mode. I wish he had been in the BIG crossover Minus (sort of): Why is every male singer a tenor? (OK, the Joe/Martin/Malcolm trio at least had a baritone.) Minus (sort of): The villain was The Music Meister. If I'm not mistaken, his only other appearance was in a musical episode of the Batman Brave and Bold cartoon... All you laggards: Catch up!!! George
  21. Not really. It has its moments, but the characters just have no appeal. I'm still watching it, but I'd be surprised if it gets renewed. George
