  2. I don't get Netflix, so I don't routinely watch Daredevil, et al. I DID see the first two episodes of Iron Fist at a friend's house, this past weekend. Good show! Much more enjoyable than Legion. I'm not really familiar with the character, though. If any of you have seen the show, is it reasonably true to the comic book? George
  3. The Dark Knight Rises Gary Oldman Lost in Space George
  4. Well, I HAVE seen all the LotRs and Hobbits, but the lines don't ring a bell, even now. What can I say? Now, "Toss me! And don't tell the elf!" I would have remembered. George
  5. Christian Slater was used rather recently, but moving on Star Trek V!: The Undiscovered Country Christopher Plummer The Sound of Music George
  6. If the lines were from the movie "Dark Shadows," the answer would still be a CHARACTER who said the line, Like Barnabus Collins. Don't think it's from that movie, though. It's a bit obscure. George
  7. One of the other trivia about the movie is that it was released, south of the border, as Pistolero. I forgot that one of our players lives down there. :) George
  8. I may not know it anyway, but perhaps a few more lines? George
  9. Guess I'm up... The title of the film was originally "El Pistolero" but was changed before release. The day they shot the two stars' love scene, the entire crew showed up to see it. During the actual filming, however, only the actors , the director, and the script supervisor were in the room. For most of the killings they used a gun that essentially fired fake blood at the characters instead of squibs. This unfortunately created too realistic of an effect resulting in them having to edit out much of the deaths for the censors. George

  11. OK, then. From the comic books, one would have assumed that Adrian Chase was the Vigilante. In this universe, however, he's Prometheus. Which does beg the question, Who's Vigilante? (I assume it's not some prairie troubadour.....) George
  12. Well, then I guess I still can't talk about the surprise secret identity... George
  13. Actually, in Latin it's Diabolus... If time travel makes your head hurt, the season finale will bring a migraine. George
  14. Personally, I thought it was Wentworth Miller saying "This isn't my first prison break," while plotting to get Dominic Purcell out of a Russian prison in LOT. Incidentally, I'm pretty sure I saw a Justice League poster in Archie's bedroom, on Riverdale. George
  15. Mary-Elizabeth Mastrantonio The January Man Kevin Kline George
  16. Johnny Depp Edward Scissorhands Winona Ryder George
  17. Actually, she worked in a book store/coffee shop. The "stacks" were stacks of books. George
  18. In a lot of cases, TV roles for an actor or actress may be as well-known as movie roles, or more so. In Lloyd's case, my next round would have been Fester Addams, Emmett Brown, and Jim Ignatowski, the last, of course, from the show Taxi. He was a regular on Stacked, a short-run show notable primarily for its star, Pamela Anderson. George
