  4. All right, boys and girls, I'm flipping the cards. "Con Air" FREE POST George
  5. This one could go another three days... Now, if it had been RONNY Cox... George
  6. I googled "99 Tears." That's not quite the title. (Off by a few tears.) It's also not surprising that you have a question about the performer. The group has always been a bit of a mystery. George
  7. Still trying to get a guess. This movie did fairly well at the box office, and it's been used in the Name that Flick thread. Not many more people in the cast, though. Nicholas Cage Steve Buscemi Ving Rhames Rachel Ticotin John Malkovich Danny Trejo John Cusack Mykelti Williamson Dave Chappelle Monica Potter Nick Chinlund George
  8. SHIELD is really getting good. Too bad it's the final season. (Reminds me of ST Enterprise. The last season was great, but it had already lost its viewers.) As I mentioned, the team is travelling through time, trying to stop the Chronicons from screwing up the timeline. They're making each episode in the style of TV shows from the given time period. In the 1950's episode, Colson's robotic eyes were damaged, so everything was in black and white. This past episode (1970s), the intro was as it would be on an ensemble show of the time. And it's not just the gimmick(s). The story line is good! George

  11. So, Stargirl is actually pretty good. Since the two-week no-spoilers rule is past for the pilot and probably a couple of episodes, I can give the basic premise: The Injustice Society killed all the JSA (except Stripesy -- Pat Dugan). Pat has a son and recently married Courtney Whitmore's mom. He brings the family to Blue Valley, where the JSA had had their headquarters. Courtney finds the Cosmic Staff and bonds with it. She later grabs all the old JSA equipment and starts dealing it out to her classmates, including Yolanda Montez, Beth Chapel, and Rick Tyler. (The names of JSA successors in the comics.) Courtney's stepbrother mentions he has a friend named Jakeem, but we haven't seen him yet. It will be interesting to see if they recruit a Flash or Green Lantern, since Jay Garrick and Alan Scott never got replaced in the comics. Oh, and coincidentally, all of the Injustice Society live in Blue Valley, too. All this and high school drama. George
  12. My dad always tried to correct me from "pants" to "trousers." You say "potato"; I say ------------- SPUD! George
  13. Presumably, the "Rejected Wedding Guest" was when he actually appeared as himself at Reed and Sue's wedding. "No! Really! I AM Stan Lee!" George
  14. I guess you picked the only one Matt Damon WASN'T in. George
  15. Since I have no idea who that is, I can't think of a single one. I don't mind Raf fooling around, but he's probably going to have to answer, because I'm not getting it. George
  16. Bryce Dallas Howard Spider-Man 3 James Franco George
  17. Well, they don't. Probably a recognizable face, but I haven't an idea who it is. The fact that you put "Hugh Hefner" in quotes is probably significant, but it doesn't ring any bells with me. George
  18. Nicholas Cage Steve Buscemi Ving Rhames Rachel Ticotin John Malkovich Danny Trejo John Cusack Mykelti Williamson George
  19. Similar to ruthless. Ruth, in olden times, meant mercy or compassion. I don't think ruthful is a word, though one could say "having ruth," I suppose. George
  20. Correct. 1. T.H.E. Cat 2. It Takes a Thief 4. White Collar. George
