  1. In the first episode of this show, the main character's parents are named Eben and Sarah, definitely not the names of the same roles in other shows. After the first couple of seasons, all the main characters wore the same clothes in every episode, so there would not be obvious continuity errors when reusing footage. Initially the cast regulars were paid $200 per episode. They had to beg the producer to give them a $50 raise, which they got, but he didn't speak to any of them for two weeks afterwards. George
  2. King Henry II Michael James Jack, 14th Earl of Gurney Arthur Chipping Don Quixote Robinson Crusoe Tiberius Lord Chelmsford Alan Swann George
  3. I haven't heard that one in decades, but George
  4. I'm pretty busy. I'll have another one up soon. (Movie mash-up, too.) George
  5. This may well be. I'm not getting it, though. George
  6. Actually, I'm not sure that I've seen (all of) Cannonball Run. I do remember some highlights, but that's it. George
  7. It really was entertaining. Lots of JSA memories. George
  8. Stargirl ended its run on a high note. Most of the action of the last episode ends about 40 minutes in, with the rest of the time tying up loose ends. The Shade gives the recap (including a reference to Justice League of America 100 -- I wonder if I'm the only one who got it), with a surprise cameo at the end, indicating possible future adventures. If you haven't watched the show at all, you still might like this episode. If you've been watching it, I'm sure you'll like it. George
  9. This is a Christmas concert with two local community bands combined. (I happen to play in both of them.) Note that the video starts with pretty much nothing. Music starts at 5 minutes. Go to 22:10 for a surprise. George
  10. Deja vu. I know I've seen most of these clues before, but it's a movie I haven't seen, and so I don't remember it from the clues. George
  11. Well, he did say it can be a free post. George
  12. Seems vaguely familiar (especially, "You know you never will, you know you never will"); but I'm not getting it. George
  13. Blow Out John Travolta Urban Cowboy George
  14. A remake (or rather revision) of "Blow Up" comes to mind. Also features a major star. George
  15. After you and Raf, that pretty much leaves only Human and Nathan. It's a very famous movie, though not a particular favorite of mine. George
  16. Raf's joke I get. Not this one. George
  17. I KNEW there was somebody out there! Peter Weller Robocop Nancy Allen George
  18. The REAL "All I Want for Christmas Is You" Vince Vance and the Valiants George
