  1. That teaching has been present in every Advanced Class in TWI since then. There are categories of devil spirits taught and recorded in the syllabi called "homosexual spirits". Also, TWI has it's "Believer's Family Class" that teaches God designed sexual relationships to be between one couple - man and woman. That teaching is pretty much a reflection of fundamentalist Christianity. Modern psychology tends to point to evidence that males determine their sexual preference early on and typically do not change. Females can change sexual preference more often. Those aren't absolute rules, but seem to be general trends. Those not in a "traditional" based sexual orientation hide or are persecuted. I'm not sure I want to demonize all those holding Fundamentalist views. By the same token I don't want to contribute towards the persecution of those with non-traditional sexual preferences. However, I do want to highlight that the current leadership of TWI is leading a double-standard life - saying one thing with their rules they impose on everyone else, and yet quite another in their personal lifestyle. This is hypocrisy, and is wrong.
  2. Sure - she has an inherent belief that her "program" brings the deliverance of God or something. She sees herself as the ultimate in "helps and governments" as described along with the gift ministries. All you need to do is "get with her program" to see deliverance. In reality it is the ultimate in false visions. Making up a bunch of rules and ordering people around does nothing but dictate their freedom in Christ to be under a new set of rules - a new "law" that was neither brought by nor supported by Jesus Christ. Colossians 2:20-22 directly confronts this type of thing. Why do people who are free in Christ subject themselves to the bondage of man? With the false visions though, it's highly common in some of the most damaging leaders in politics, government, and religion to have that kind of extreme false vision. That type of thing started the Crusades, got Germany marching towards WW2, etc. In reality it produces what VPW tried to do in differentiating TWI in his little "adaptation" poem Ode to the Way Corps - where he says "not ivy covered walls where dull denominational traditions rule with heavy hands believers' deeply springing powers". That is EXACTLY what TWI is today.
  3. Well, I have heard plenty of teachings in TWI about believing = obedience. So they transpose believing for obeying your overseer.
  4. And their gaze does not turn people to stone.
  5. We will change. 6. Wait. They did that to me too. Slinks off to subscribe to conspiracy theories...
  7. Ah reflection. The fog years. Fog. Morphing heads. A lot of people scared out of their minds. This reminds me of a Scooby Doo episode. "It was the bus driver. He did it with holographic projections." Bus driver's quote: "And I would of gotten away with it if it wasn't for those meddling kids!!!!" Scooby-Dooby-Doo!!!!!!
  8. One thing that's interesting to me reading through this is reflecting back on how boundaries are eroded by groups like TWI. This happens over time. It is never a choice that you have to make between "reasonable" and "completely morally wacky". It's always much smaller steps than that, a little at a time. "Well, it's just a little compromise, not a big deal". For instance on all the BS logic regarding the IRS stuff above. They were afraid someone would claim the $1.27 in cash this week as a tax deduction? Really? And as a result of that it is reasonable to mandate that all TC's need to go out to either their bank, or a store, and purchase a 50 cent money order, which there is another rule that they are not allowed to be reimbursed for that? I mean if we are talking real and logical fears here with respect to the handling of money, here are a few: 1) Accepting cash is untraceable, it could possibly come from a criminal enterprise and represent a money laundering scheme, opening up exposure to RICO charges. 2) Cash can be stolen 3) Cash can be kept by a TC and since there is no check cashed the person giving would never question it 4) Cash can be diverted to a different cause, same concerns. Now each of those 4 represent at least as viable a risk as someone claiming the money for a tax deduction. But they never did anything about those risks? Why? Only the possible tax deduction one? The why is that they are Pharisees. They place burdens upon people that they will not lift a little finger to help them with. And for years and years I accepted the BS logic, the little compromises, until finally I found myself faced with the fact that all those little compromises added up over the years, and I wondered how I had got to that place.
  9. And due to them being such butt heads now WE have "lost interest".
  10. The biggest lie is that walking away from TWI is walking away from God. LIE Every step away from TWI is a step toward God.
  11. Yep. The Forehead's "Special Leadership Tapes". He talks about experiencing Chris Geer's head morphing into VPW while he was talking. Which kind of reminds me of the "Haunted Mansion" ride at Disney World. Although it just doesn't quite have the same entertainment value as the "dueling cat-fight visions" of CES.
  12. It was a pain in the @$$. I did it for decades w/o complaining. For a while we would write a check to cover the cash to make it easier. However, TWI didn't like that at all. So we stopped. Which was complete BS too - we had to pay for the cost of the money order out of pocket. Sometimes if there was really low cash amounts we'd leave it for a week or two - usually if under $5. None of that is the people giving's fault though. He should have directed his anger back at the genuine source of all the BS - the stupid rules surrounding this TWI had implemented. But that's classic Stepford behavior - give the offenders a pass, and come down on the little guy.
  13. The BRC had house mics that could be turned on to capture audience input from the crowd there. They would use those to record the aftermeetings and put them to tape. They didn't run it 24/7 and didn't have funds mostly for that.
  14. I would quote "The Matrix". "You have a red pill, and a blue pill. The red pill is a link to GreaseSpot Cafe. The blue pill will take you back to your existence before this conversation. You can choose to take one or the other. But once you take the red pill, it will change reality for you, and you can never return".
  15. Well, Rozilla's MO is this pattern. She does not take direct retaliatory action against people right away. This could give way to many more lawsuits. She does mark people that speak up against her, let things cool off, then look for a reason to take dramatic retaliatory action against them. She absolutely will burn people later. Why do people put up with this?
  16. Well, now, I wouldn't say that. What came of that is that D3@n S@il3r got burned, demoted, stripped of his Corps status and Rev. title, and sent on the field. That incident marked him as one of Rosalie's enemies. She retaliated later.
  17. socks, when Forehead made up the "no debt policy" it was right before bringing all the Way Corps on to field staff, which happened for 3 years. There was large scale persecution surrounding this for a number of reasons. People were being dropped right and left from the Corps if they had any debt. And as it progressed, they stopped allowing twig coordinators having any either, and made it a requirement for the Adv. Class. It still is. Also during the Forehead's reign it was taught to the Corps to "dig in" to people's finances. Sit down with people in debt and help them figure out a budget. I never did comply with any of that but just instead showed an example of a budget book for instance. But many of the Gestapo like corpse would dig themselves very deeply into people's personal finances and require that they show them details. Peeler obviously was in an area with somebody like that. Some of those type of people you could not tell "it's none of your business" as that would incense them. At the time he complied due to intense pressure from leadership. And later regretted it. you have no idea of the amount of pressure that was brought to bear. especially when the Way was an employer as well as a "spiritual leader". the threat of being fired and having long gaps in the resume working for the Way has for a long time and still very much keeps people in the chains of bondage and prevents them from leaving. this type of pressure spills down and people come down on those under them. it really does take something very shocking and extreme to shake someone out of this and stand up for themself. donna is not the same. she's screwed over enough people personally to have a seared conscience along with her little president lover. the real witness is right here at Greasespot. that's only a false witness, front and portrayal that exists on their website and among their corporate "bless-speak". yeah, you're a good dude like many are here. and we're a lot more honest not having to spit nickels like monkeys when the organ grinder cranks the wheel now that we are no longer under the false authority of TWI.
  18. Those reviews had to be the single most disturbing thing about the whole class. At least with a blacklight velvet picture of Jesus where the eyes follow you it is enough removed from reality it doesn't creep you out. Beth C - looks like the living embodiment of one of those Stepford Wives robots reading cue cards. He's like one of those Egyptian eunechs they kepts around to serve royalty. The testacles have been removed so he is not a threat any longer and is very loyal and compliant. Just beautiful.
  19. This is indeed an enlightening uncovery - thanks much, guys. One thing it leads to start questioning is what exactly would VPW's motivation be to take such a trip? It was a very extreme move, and I've heard Don W share on his confusion with the reasons that he had as a teenager. They sold cars, belongings, etc. all to travel overseas, to do an itinerary? Leaving JP and Sarah behind with relatives for a year? Very extreme behavior. We've heard the TWI party line and spun story about VPW seeing that the Word wasn't really moving as an interdenominational effort among the churches, and he really needed to prove it would. So there were the seeds of the grandiose marketing scheme being planted, the WOW concept. But as we've seen with so many things, there's the party line spin doctored version, then there is that which is closer to reality. What is the reality here we're seeing? Was VPW on the outs with his denomination? Did he leave to avoid a confrontation about allegations concerning his secretary and an affair? Then when he returned he wrote the Dilemma of Christian Missions thing that really rubbed the denomination the wrong way and ultimately led to his leaving to go out on his own. Was that too a coverup and an excuse to spin a more noble reason for leaving to cover up a more personal one? Interesting thoughts.
  20. Well this certainly is very like the leadership in TWI. How many people have you known that have crossed them? What was their fate? While they were not executed, effectively they were excommunicated, blackballed, fired, given the "bum's rush", burned, marked and avoided, placed on "probation", and the like. To the Board of Dummies of TWI, there is no God. They are not restrained to do the evil that they imagine in their little minds.
  21. Yea, probably. It just struck me as a Lilith Fair kind of "I celebrate the female anatomy" kind of a picture. But I'm sure I'm just reading into it.
  22. No, not a racist remark. That's a reference to one of the endearing little stories Rupp tells in their new FNC about his childhood, where he used to mix up chocolate milk, and he relates it to the Word. It's extremely cheesy. You know, like someone is pretending to be genuine but hasn't practiced that act very much in 20 or 30 years?
