  1. "The Promised Land of the Prevailing Word" Reading this now it looks like wtf? So we are mixing OT Israel images with phrases from the ultimate Acts "Great Statement" ? Can you spell confusion? In reality, this kind of says it all. Despite having a new ministry, a dance number, some great tights, a mogfodt harem, and some heavy revy about what we've spiritually accomplished, loytoy still seems to be seeking out the Promised Land. If you think all the Christmas jingle changes were annoying "SIT SIT do it everyday....." try and carry on a conversation under this type of terminology. I mean even try saying the above phrase 3 times fast. "Wow, I'm so glad to be really in to the promised land, as opposed to being back in Egypt where we were before under that slavery". "Yeah, this prevailing Word, it's just so really prevailing, isn't it?" Conversations also under this "new administration" take on even more of a brainwashed quality if that is possible.
  2. Money money money money. It just won't go away. Now that we're at least getting spiritually pure from the purges, we need to do something to turn the ministry around. Tadaa - revelation. All the Corps are going full-time staff. Now Fred the window cleaner is going to be Fred the full-time minister. No more class crews - the Corps does everything - cooking, cleaning, teaching, running classes, cleaning overseers houses. This lasted 3 years - I think '95-'98. Eventually after 3 years cowterd as sec/treasurer manages to convince loytoy this wasn't happening. Presto - revelation changes - now the Corps are to go back to work and find jobs. How easy it is to jerk people around - one way, then another. All you have to do is say "God revealed to me this is His plan".
  3. Loytoy starts targeting the gays. You know all that research stuff is just so hard. He can't just have Wayne keep doing all his research for him and writing his books, he had to have a cause. Hating the gays is something that his redneck brain can appreciate. Let's go after them. Purge purge purge. Now here is where some sh1zzle gets really twisted. Loytoy sends out a couple really cuckoo letters to the Corps about gay sex, must have broken out his thesaurus to try and be descriptive - I think maybe one of those was in the documents section. Starts ranting more and more on Corps night, and they take on a flavor instead of teaching to be "off the top of head rants" that include purging people and bringing their names up on Corps night. Rosie kind of sits back real quiet during this time. She has her lunch table right next to the head table. Donna's relatives all sit there. She has 2 lesbian ladies living together in her basement - Myr@cle and Cr0uther in the same bedroom. Get this - people knew nothing of this in TWI at the time, outside of Rosie. Corps grads. Myr@cle is on this big kick to get ordained by loytoy, and to do it she is using her gaydar to out everyone she can. Kind of like a grand Machiavellian Hypocrisy type of thing.
  4. Oh I forgot to add in to this section "the legend of Holy Michael". So during all this fog lifting section and the running of the Galatians and the R & E, cowterds son-in-law Michael F0rt gets called up from being the resident comedian on the mic and Corps Coordinator at Emporia to be the Trunk Coordinator. He bebopped along until one of loytoys rants brought him up on Corps night. Apparently he had missed some things. We had shared with us a vision, a vision of revelation. There was Michael, and there was a breeze. Michael was blowing in the breeze like a flag, except the flag had holes in it, and there was the breeze just blowing through Michael. Time for Holy Michael to step down, and be replaced by Panasmello the Prostrated NOTE: these stories aren't all chronological, like this one is before....
  5. And I really don't want to single out any one sycophant here when there were so many others to go around. I mean we have Al@n L1chtenstein here also, the Lallyo 6ft 2 screamfest pair, amongst that crowd. There were better eggs around too, like IMO J0hn and W@yne that started cffm and others. But overall, most of the ministry leadership advanced according the the tried and true adages taught in "VP n Me" - whoever blew the most sunshine up those tights did well.
  6. So after the Rise and Expansion days, and all the loyalty purges, and the numbers dropping 80% TWI sold off Emporia first, then Indiana later. They sold the big airplane Ambassador One but kept the little one Athletes. Motorcoaches were starting to be sold off too. Lost all that income, but still had all those expenses. And boy the Rock was expensive too. The whole front end of the warehouse stored parts for it. Tights are cool, but we've got some money problems. Boy it was good we had a MOGFODAT that could just simply get revelation for the answers to all those problems. First, the Word was over the World. Then, apparently, people were having a lot of sex at the Rock. I mean, open air, week long hippie festival, tents, who would have thought that would go on? And not only was this the kind of sex loytoy could understand - you know the mogfodt and his harem that "loosened you up" to be a mogfodt, this apparently also involved sex of the worse kind - gasp - gay sex. [NOTE: Please understand outside of my sarcasm I really really do not share TWI's hatred for homosexuality and Westboro Baptist like attitudes or acceptance of their adulterous practices]. I mean the Rock was turning into a veritable Sodom and Gomorrah right in front of our very eyes there. Now of the hindsight 20/20 variety here - looking back do I think that possibly this also was fed by D0nn@'s not really being into the mogfodt harem, and instead seeking solace in the bosom of another - rfr. Yes I do think that was going on. And the WOW program. They had a certain percentage of this type of thing going on too. Oh no. It is contaminated. It must be canceled. Thus began the next purge era - the Homo Purges.
  7. Yep DWBH that's the guy. Thanks for all the back story - didn't know much of it. What I did know is his sycophantic legacy included "making Ohio and that region a spiritual buffer for HQ". He got the 250 mile radius rule instituted where to fix the empty auditorium seats now once a month every branch within 250 miles has to schedule a trip to HQ. So - 2-4 hour drive each way, fill in those rows, try and get back home at a reasonable hour before work Monday. And he was a sycophantic hard-@$$ that dropped a bunch of people from the Corps and kicked a bunch of people out of TWI. I think a lot of those guys anybody who was buddies with loytoy was under scrutiny and fired later.
  8. So things cruise along like such for a while, chicks on a bus, cabin 12 rockin', Acts, R& E. Word in Business too. loytoy becoming more and more "free" unopposed. i mean the names on the list of conquests we learn later are climbing pretty steadily. this isn't a 60 yr old man with waning libido here we are talking about. This is "Men in Tights" tm in all of his virile glory. his peers are off doing all the work to found their VP based ministries so are pretty quiet. loyalty purges are mostly over. What would change this next? 1. The Word Going Over The World 2. Sex
  9. It's all good Rocky - I'll check out those books when I get a chance.
  10. Yeah that's a bit later in the story. Rupp. What a chode. Little worm napolean Rupp first was Asst. Trunk Coordinator while the Trunk Coordinator was Panasmello, the prostrated. Rupp perfected his two-faced sycophantic mentorship under Larry, then rising up to power amassing his oh-so-impressive generic resume posted up somewhere.
  11. Times are a bit strange. Corps assignments are with supposed headcount that isn't there - everybody has scattered. 20% remain. Acts teachings turn into a new Rise and Expansion class. Things are good for loytoy. teaching, traveling on a motorcoach across the country. unbeknownst to us at the time, these elements also add up to something similar to a reality TV re-run of Brett Michaels + a bunch of girls on a bus. Don't think the Drambouie plus rufees is in play here - loytoy is loosening himself up to be the man of god his fodder in the verd brought him up to be in a different fashion. No, instead of rufees , we have "..... a procuress.......". what pray tell is a procuress? never heard of it. well, later we find out this is some kind of legal term for a lady who after having an extended adulterous affair with loytoy, resulting in her husband killing himself after being heard saying "I can't compete with that", goes on to bring in many other ladies into this menagerie of adulterous action. the best of times. the worst of times. all depending on who you were and what you were allowed to see.
  12. so fog. purges. yeah. In response to "who do you stand with" this opens up the door for new sycophants. some of these respond to this letter in dramatic fashion. one little napolean, we can call him panasmello - hops a plane and shows up to personally prostrate himself at the feet of Men in Tights loytoy to say "you - I stand with you". Presto chango - tadaa - we now have a new Trunk coordinator. And a particularly sycophantic one too - responsible for the 250 mile radius travel edict forcing people in that radius to drive in for the STS. Not only that but his personal boxing sh1zzzle and workout equipment takes up an entire aisle in the warehouse building. That also starts the rise of Rupp to leadership - another one of loytoys boys. And Rico, not the charge, the guy. We need lots of air time of Athletes during this time. Children's fellowship, viewings, the popularity is coming back. To those who thought that at some point they might be able to "unsee" some images in their mind, sadly they are mistaken.
  13. I think it was a general brainwashed state not to "think evil" of leadership, reinforced by Lil Napolean behavior and retemories. don't look over here behind the curtain, what you see isn't what it is. it doesn't register in your brain. that's without anyone else even telling you anything. then if anyone would say anything remotely negative, many zealots are around to gaslight. I honestly don't see a great deal of difference in that type of behavior pre or post 1985
  14. Is it wrong that i just want to see Raf say "batcrap insane" again on this thread?
  15. So, although I'm not as public about my story, I also am your huckleberry for info after your stay. 'Da Fog Years - TM. Basically after you left off with your Yak twig stuff, that group kept wandering around like they got hit by a bus for a while. Geer tried to teach some BS on Corps nights about Legalism vs. Grace - some attempt at hypnotic mumbo jumbo about how he was the true ambassador of grace and everybody else has fallen into legalism like the 1st century church. Geer published to books that were by VPW but said "edited posthumously by CG". A real necromancer of a guy. He also was real mean and ADHD so eventually he lost interest tormenting the BOT and flew back to Europe to bring the blessing of his personality back there. Eventually loytoy figured out the fork sticking in his eye was being wiggled from overseas, and gathered cowterd and dingdong out of their combined drooling state, and they basically signed a document telling Geer to f off. Well, it started as a document. Then it turned into a teaching. Then it turned into teaching the book of Galatians. The Galatians tapes. Part 1 and Part 2. Oh my. The drama. The emotion. The discerning of spirits. The number of things orbiting around Geer's head - straight out of a scene from the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. His face even transfigured itself into Dr. Wierwille once accidentally when reproving loytoy. Oh, and also, this teaching series was the first to feature the "F" word in all parts of speech in a sentence - noun, pronoun, verb, adjective, and adverb. Masterful piece of work there. In the midst of this, what else do we need to have? Purges, of course. The "loyalty" purge. Loytoy sends out a letter to all Corps asking people to respond who they stood with. A popular response was "why God and His Word of course". BZZZT. Wrong answer. People stood "with" the apostle Paul, not just with God and His Word. You are foggy my friend. You probably need to hear the Galatians tapes, which will be running for all believers on the field. Except Adv. Class grads only on Pt. 2 with the unique adjectives. So the "loyalty" purge in various stages consumed about 4/5 of the leadership of the Way - 80% of the Corps left, along with about that many in the ministry. Walter tries to teach Thessalonians on Corps night, or reteach the Univ. of Life Thess actually. It is horrible. A snooze-fest. Loytoy decides since he is all that in a set of tights that he can fire the research department and just teach it all himself. Except he knows jack about research. So he taps Wayne to do it all. He starts teaching Acts - the 8 sections from somewhere. Writes the Rise and Expansion book. Does R & E weekends at Emporia and around the country to try and regain some of the 80% that left. Re-does the Foundational Class. Comes to the premier in I swear to God an identical robe that Hugh Hefner wears in public. New concepts come from all this Acts stuff. Loytoy gets the heavy revelation that the Word is Over the World. Yeah, we have accomplished it. Since the PFAL class has been available in every region of the world since sometime, it has been available for everyone in the world to get the Word. So what's next? Why, "The Prevailing Word" tm - to the world. And of course we don't need WOW's anymore. It's Way Disciple - the disciplined ones. No more going to the Rock and believing God for your money for WOW cutting hair. We're prevailing baby. More later....
  16. Hey TLC I can relate to some of what you are saying about pride. The lure of being the "chosen few" among the chosen few justified considering others beneath ourselves. One of the growth areas I'm glad about post TWI is losing the caste system pride BS. That has really made life in relationships even with strangers and acquaintances much more enjoyable. i did want to share with you personally that despite being in trusted leadership positions we knew nothing about the sub-culture, or anything other than what was handed down the pipeline about any of that scathing crappola when we were in. That was well hidden from us by mirrors and sleight of hand. One example of this - I remember being in a Corpse meeting where rfr confronted the Corpse about LCM's antics and said a lot of stuff like you said above - that many of us knew about it and did nothing about it. That was kind of puzzling at the time because we knew nada about it. Reflecting back, after learning more, it was a diversionary tactic - she actually was the one that did exactly what she was accusing us of - knew about it, did nothing. Actually she let C's antics go on because she was busy consoling Donna and developing her relationship with her. This forum at GS and actually the documents that used to be here too is where I pieced together so many things. It's like wikipedia - many many sources and editors and stories and cross-checking helps fill in the gaps in details in information. I think all our TWI stories are pretty unique. Lumping people together and judging them is probably more of the remnants of pride than it is an accurate assessment.
  17. yeah, DWBH I hear you on that. So many of those to draw an analogy with the Steve Martin movie "Leap of Faith" continued on trying to work in "aluminum siding" in to their pitch for false deliverance, rather than getting on their knees and confessing their sins and fixing their own hearts. We certainly have over-abundant evidence of that. There may be some that prefer to seek their deliverance outside of these kinds of discussion forums and public acknowledgements. I know my spouse is one. Can't stand GS discussions. Would probably throw sh1t at me if I persisted in an ongoing discussion about it. But down deep completely agrees. I try to lend my typing hands a bit the best I can and have for a number of years, partially out of my own therapy and partially out of a little sense of responsibility towards the younger generation. I can't get all enflamed about that either though and make that my post-cult cult. The milennials are going to have to save themselves. I can throw a couple shovels full of dirt to help fill in a hole, but my days taking on a free second job for virtuous motives are behind me. Have to save up energy for my job in retirement. ;)
  18. I didn't get to watch the Scientology documentary yet, maybe I can find it. skyrider I think you are right. The Way leadership has always functioned under a series of purges. From the early days, through the VP days, through the time period in penworks book - the PooP paper by Geer and post period purging. Okie boy Loy also carried out his series of purges starting from the "loyalty" purge after the PooP days, then to the debt purges, then to the homo purges, then the lawsuits brought their own purges, including the second purger getting purged by the 3rd purger Rosie who mostly was a micromanager purging off of any dissent. They all remind me of this section of Galatians 5: 13.For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. 14For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 15But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. 16This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 18But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. The Way has been consumed for decades by "A Series of Unfortunate Purges".
  19. Maybe timing makes a great deal of difference. Greater flexibility and freedom? Financially? Absence of personal spiritual oversight? I am not sure what experiences you are talking about here, but it certainly doesn't describe what I went through. Submitting weekly proposed and actual calendars for personal and ministry detail, needing approval for teaching topics, yearly calendars including all meetings, and all the vision and direction bs with planned classes and numbers and rosters, planned numbers for staff / outreach programs, fellowship meetings and teachers with teaching topics, then once all that BS is done translate that to a monthly printed calendar. Then people bug the cr@p out of you for getting it out to them so they can have full detailed knowledge of everything a month in advance. If they don't get it they are trained to bitch over your head and your "overseer" gets on you about it. Financially, if you were salaried with a spouse basically it was 2 fulltime workers for 1 starting teachers salary. We shopped at Good Will, ate day old bread, and bought meat on the discount shelf. Any emergency expense you couldn't cover. If you weren't salaried it was a fulltime volunteer position in addition to needing a fulltime job. 80 hours a week of commitment all somehow sandwiched into whatever you could get away with sleep. Try not to get fired, and then there's the expectation of "winning" people you work with - the people who when you all get annual bonuses put them down as down-payments on houses and wonder why you don't. I am not saying staff life was so much easier. The microscope there was inserted a couple of feet farther up the anus than it was for those on the field. Especially looking for hidden signs of disloyalty. But I would have loved the luxury of a 40-hr a week job, even that plus 10 hrs volunteering - none of it would have come close to the hours I had to put in on the field.
  20. The 1/2 mint syndrome survived past VP and on through the reign of terror of the non-drinking Baptist sexual predator. Uncanny.
  21. I would postulate that the inebriated brain led to the laziness involved with doing his own research, and looking for a more easy way out, like plagiarism.
  22. penworks, I just finished Undertow this last weekend. i would say I couldn't put it down but I actually had to work last week. I'll get to the content in a minute, but first I wanted to say that I sincerely hope this is not your last piece of literary work, as tempting as it might be to make it so. You are a very, very talented writer. You have a gift or talent for putting phrases together with adjectives that just transport a reader to the location. The opening chapter and your use of foreshadowing there just grabbed me immediately and I found myself 3 hours later coming up for air without realizing that time passed. You have the talent, team and approach to be on the NYT best sellers list like the gentleman who wrote your first endorsement quote. Please keep writing. Oh to all potential readers, this book also has something seldom seen in Way International publications - a bibliography. With the book content, the first thing that comes to mind talking about it is that my life just flashed before my eyes. In my life, the people and faces and even personalities were different, but the story is so remarkably similar all related to the x, y and z's in your first chapter. The timeline of my story dovetails in with yours. As your story of involvement was ending, mine was at its start. Another 20-30 years, my story of involvement is ending, and others are beginning. This is one reason I say that the Way is an old wineskin and must be thrown out before any new wine can be poured. If you have deleterious practices and impact on God's people with the same organizational structure generation after generation, it should be an indication to those not completely lulled to sleep to change. I'm sure right now there are people my kids age out there who will go through a 20-30 year cycle like you did, like I did after you, like another generation did after me, and there are still other generations maybe in high school now waiting to go through a 20-30 year cycle starting with the next head honcho Pharisee. The prep work is in place. The classes are recorded. The simple are out there ready to be duped and controlled. People still crave abundance and power, and have no clue that this organizations' teachings, while fulfilling some emotional hype, has long-term deleterious effects and they will end up with little of either, abundance or power. In a lot of ways, it is like a drug addiction. And not in a good way. "Addicted to the ministry of the saints" - the cravings for standing, approval, power in the organizational hierarchy drive people more than genuine Christian love. Those addicted cravings cause many evil and criminal acts - like the heroin addict that robs the family best friend, murders someone, and then spends the rest of their life trying to cover it up. That's what the Way is like now whitewashing Wierwille's story, establishing their little place in the pecking order and continuing on with business as usual. penworks, thanks for your story. I enjoyed it, and my spouse and at least my oldest child will also enjoy reading it. The younger won't be able to relate, thank God.
  23. From where I sit they look and act more like Pharisees than any mentorship in Christianity or Christian leadership. As such, Matt 23:15 is descriptive: "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves." w/r to SEO optimization and controlling messages, I think this site has hurt their membership rolls and recruiting efforts. It is absolutely a strategic and targeted campaign they have done expanding all the different websites for the sole purpose of flooding search engine results to obscure negative sources, including Juedes and others that have a great deal of informational content. This site has the most of anywhere. I think they also fight wikipedia edits to control narrative. Fighting VPW's image by obscuring old stories like from here (and penworks book is pretty telling there too) is a key strategic point for their ongoing existence. Whitewash VP because he is a generation removed, then try and love bomb millenials. Do we care?
  24. Wow I hadn't thought of that. I went and looked at search rankings. Basically Greasespot Café shows up almost nowhere any more w/r to The Way International searches. I think when the documents section was up that was what boosted the rankings. Just the forum only isn't found.
  25. Who knows if anyone will successfully muzzle the old bag. It would never happen willingly. That's like asking if retired people with OCD stop cleaning their house when they retire. Likewise the obsession to micromanage will never be relinquished easily. I can just picture her getting all twitchy with someone suggesting removing the STS attendance checks at HQ in a "president's cabinet" meeting. I'm sure the Way loves to look down their nose at all of us here regarding our "predictions of the future" or whatever. To be honest it's no big feat to predict the future of an organization whose response to requests to change by the BODummies is "we are going to run on the rails that got us here". There's a train. There's a track. The track has a fixed beginning and end point. You chose the metaphor.
