It's not a matter of agreeing with paw - it's a matter of treating him with the respect we'd appreciate being treated with. Paw has been amazing in his ability to "allow" all of us our own opinions here. Apparently there are posters who have unloaded their crap on him so much that it sours his GS experience, and that's just got to stop. Paw - I have some ability, time, energy, etc. to contribute in whatever capacity you'd find helpful. I also have a very computer-savvy son at my disposal almost 24/7. I work from home so I am in and out of here many times each day already. I never volunteered to be a moderator, but I'm volunteering right now to do anything I can that would help lighten your load. I've come to know you well enough that if we lived in the same town I'd want to hang out with you. I hate that you're feeling all of this pressure and will gladly do whatever I can to help.

Greasespot has been so good for so many, but if it's causing you to miss out on your own life then it makes no sense for you to continue. You've provided an outstanding service to thousands and by now, especially, it should be almost nothing but joy for you. Is it possible for you to turn over the responsibilities to others so you can relax and live your life at least a few days a week? Maybe every other week? With more moderators is it possible to turn over the e-mails to someone with thick skin who can sort of screen them and forward to you only what you need to see? Do you really need to read insane remarks that are only sent to hurt you when they really should be thanking you and asking what they can do to contribute to the good work here? If there's anything I can do, just name it. I've heard of a few posters who whine and complain about details here, yet they continue to show up every day and soak up the good with one hand and dump their crap with the other. Apparently they have no shame. Some people will never be happy, no matter what you do. I don't get how they do that and live with themselves, but it takes all kinds... You deserve to live your life the way you want to. If this site has taken that away from you then I say close it down. That there's a site for trashing this site is not only sick, but mean. Do these people have no life at all? I'm sorry to hear this. I have always felt that GS and Waydale before it was a community of people I loved meeting in person and loved raising my family alongside. I'd miss GS terribly, but if it's making your life miserable then I see no point in you continuing. Like someone else said, surely somebody else is capable of overseeing the site. I say do what's best for you. If you don't put you first nobody else will. Thank you for all the years you've given us.

No idea.

I know this one so I'll name it - As Good As I Once Was by Toby Keith. The idea in this game is to give the first line, then if nobody gets it from that, you add the second line... I saw Toby Keith in concert a couple years ago - great show! We did a lot of cruising around in my car that year blasting his "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue" around town with the kids singing/screaming "... cause we'll put a boot in yer a s s, it's the American way!" Wanna try another, but this time use the first line of the song?

RB - My mistake, it was mstar that made my day by posting the motorcycle song that I wasn't able to do. Mstar - You made my day, both by posting it, and by sharing your day with us. I thought of you a few times throughout the day and told a friend of mine about it - he's my age and never saw the movie Alice's Restaurant! He thought I was talking about that sitcom with a waitress named Alcie and the owner named Mel... Woo hoo! I get to rent the movie and watch it with my friend that's never ever seen it this weekend!

Thanks, Rainbowsgirl - you made my day!
