Hey sweet girl. I apologize for not calling this weekend. Geez on my part. :( I feel stronger and greatly improved and my voice is better but I can't add volume or it disappears. :) I will call this weekend I promise in front of whoever is reading.

I don't want to alter it unplayable so I think I'll find a source outside of this town and get a nut extender. Hmmm maybe Rick's source will have one. I'll check and see or perhaps do the logical thing and order one on line. Even with the rasping sounds I still love it but I did stick a pencil under the strings and that did improve it a tad. Your choice to not embed it was a good one. And I have no problem personally which you might have observed but others have voiced their being offended before so I thought I'd give you a heads up.

I've never seen anything quite like it. I wonder where her definition source of empathy comes from. (ps you might want to note the language used because some get offended here, things happening while you were away)

Ted Ferrell and I wrote a song about a little girl growing up and playing her first piece for her dad who was in the audience and it was dedicated to him. It was about the first chords she learned and from whom. That will be the piece I learn and play first I think. I need to talk to Ted about some alterations to our original words as he does hold that right since they were shared lyrics written. But see my dad played a wonderful lap guitar and even if I didn't have that storybook life I can still glean from the moments that were good, real good. (by the way my voice is gone so working from home right now)
