This was playing while I was doing things around the house. I love her version of the song. But am making no mention of the song subject matter. Here's a verse. So I chose freedom Running around, trying everything new But nothing impressed me at all I never expected it to

Oh yeah, while listening to your selection from Purlie again. :)--> In answer to your question about speakers I have an awesome set of speakers for my pc but I use my laptop 95% of the time which has laptop speakers. --> And I doubt you'll see Rick this weekend, but he could pop up from somewhere just to call me on my prediction. Okay back to things around the house, see ya later.

:)--> :)--> :)--> Sudo, I just smiled and smiled when I clicked on the song. And yepper! You hit it right on the head of the nail (um, would that be screw for hinge usage rather). But you know what? I also love that other song that came to your mind. :)--> :)--> :)-->
-
Okay forget about the fact it's a hinge. What music group of the 60's does it represent? And what song of theirs am I thinking of? See y'all this afternoon. (and Rick can't play should he make it here)

Sudo, that's a great song. Thank you for the treat. When I was very young there was this store front southern gospel church. I use to think it mustn't really be a church though because they were always singing and animated and that just wasn't what I'd seen in church. I still remember the choir bellowing out of the crowded front door as my family passed by. I loved the sound then and these songs you brought us reminded me of those sweet days. Thanks Sudo. :)--> And hope y'all are all doing well.

Sharon, your little dude makes mine look funny. :)--> Rick, your having way too much fun you know that don't you! Pawnbroker, I see you logged in. Which means on the main screen if you look down at the bottom it tells you how many folks are logged in and shows the ones that have not opted to be hidden. Glad to see you around. --> See y'all later.

At risk of bumming out your thread Bob. :(--> That dude probably got the best of the best care. Unlike him those folks have a clue about the sanctity of human life. Now back to the fun of it all. I do love the expression of the lead medical provider. She's a hoot! :D-->

He must be a chip off the ole block. Congrats to you both!

Rick has another message. He was working on getting caught up after finally having a moment to deal with getting a new monitor. Thanks to the wonderful efforts of wasway. When a bad storm blew out his DSL modem. That same storm is over top of me so I'm closing her down. And just so you know I really am blonde at times I called him yesterday and left a message for him at lunch. Not a call back thing just a message. So he calls me back at work and starts going "so..." and I responded don't you listen to your messages. To which he replied "well you left it on my computer message thingee (I forgot what he said) and I don't have a monitor right now so I can't read it. Duh I think. Then he said "so I know you aren't blonde so....". --> Bye y'all, have a good night.

I'm not an expert but they didn't do anything for me Sudo. :(--> And I agree with geo on that little doggie, what a cute little bugger. :)-->
-
Come back and choo-choo anytime you'd like. But then I can only speak for me, I reckon. :)-->

Jonny, I'd say it was a success for you both father and son. He was hurt, he's 18 and that alone is defining. And you were IMHO not out of line in your physical actions as well. Sometimes a couple of bulls have to butt heads you know. You'd not want any less than the backbone you possess would you? You were not a failure. I'd say the evening's closure of his hug to the both of you was what parents dream about.

Sudo, what a beautiful family! Thank you for showing us the cutting room floor parts. Okay, the dogs cute too. :)--> I have a message from Rick (Bluzeman). You won't be reading him because his monitor kissed the dust. But he sounded pretty calm and collected to me a few minutes ago. Even if I don't use this thing IT BETTER WORK or I get real cranky. Rick said he'd be back around in a couple days. But between y'all and me I think he won't miss us because he's having too much fun on his off time playing guitars. And I get to hear him and he's like no other I've heard. He's incredible. (shhhh) Remember that was between us, he can't read us right now. :D-->

I never watched the TV version. But I love the movie, if I never mentioned it. ;)--> I'm late.........
-
Sudo, it worked that time. Kewl! So like when did the good doctor start acting? ;)-->
-
Sudo, I've never had problems but for some reason it just sits there saying connecting. :(--> I'm quoting from this.:)-->
-
geo, is that a clue? Okay, well you know, what can I say? -->
-
Okay hiway29, here's a pic from the movie I was talking about. And geo don't look okay! :)-->
-
Um, like I did that here. :P--> And I finally know that movie. I mean if I didn't know it after the picture well then I reckon I'd be just hopeless. :)--> A great quote from it I thought was. In here, life is beautiful. The girls are beautiful. Even the orchestra is beautiful! Sharon, thanks for the great movie clues you certainly had me stumped.
-
Have you ever sat at a stop sign and waited for it to turn green? I only realized I was doing so when the guy that was sitting next to me (4 lane roadway) proceeded on and gave me a strange look in his side truck mirror (so I could see his face). So I tried to look like I had planned that. --> :D--> Sudo and Sharon, I'm stumped! I know Rick's I think. But dang, I just can't come up with anything on either. :)--> Oh yeah Geo, regarding ...well I kinda liked it, but then I would... You do well to keep your given name dude. ;)-->
-
No time till tonight. Y'all have a great day! :)-->

You're absolutely right that song ROCKS! I found myself humming it today at work. You know how you get a tune in your head and it just stays with you for hours. That's a really kewl thing when it's a song like that one where we most certainly have a mutual love. And as you said really let it wail. It makes the hair on your arms stand up. Yup! :)--> But I haven't a clue on your other song so please can you give a hint. And btw when the song is some insane one like the oldies 'the bird' [not sure name] and it gets stuck in your head. It kinda makes you nuts like your torturing your own self.
-
Sudo, I promise I ain't getting political here but I couldn't resist. :D-->

Welcome Jeff/Pawnbroker. We've had the pleasure of getting to know Sharon, hope we have the same with you. :)-->
