Ala, I do hope you don't get upset with me for this but.... Y'all no lie I had to change my preferences in my AOL to make a first message sound from someone (so it doesn't sound for the balance of the chat). The reason I did that was in part due to this red head from the North regions. :)--> One evening while eating with hubby we kept hearing it go ding, ding, ding. And hubby asked what was that sound. I told him it was Ala talking on my computer. He asked if she knew I wasn't there and (don't smack me Ala :P--> ) I said she doesn't need me to be there to talk. She knows when I return I'll read her. Well as we ate she kept going on and for some reason the idea she was talking to me while I wasn't there cracked him up so much I had to go alter the preference so we couldn't here her, we were laughing too hard to eat. :D--> So yup Ala, I pay attention! It just may not be in the same time frame you're saying it. Now as to BB and Eric....heaven on earth!!!!!

Did I hear BB King and Eric Clapton mentioned? ;)--> Hiway, I'm glad you got some of it cause I still can't help.
-
Gosh, I'm flat broke! Got nothing on either of them.
-
Ahh Ted, you better not be going no where ya here me!
-
hahahahahahahahahahaha

Did I not understand this? Correct, you did not ;)-->I was being sarcastic...implying that if Ted said to move on, we should all fall in line...because he is Ted Okay I think. :D--> Is that a safe answer? :D-->

WordWolf, you understand I see. I derive no pleasure from thinking of Craig but he is still a human subject to change. Now as for that other one, well I'm not convinced she is human I guess. But I'll not speak more of her as that is derailing on my part without question. I came back to apologize to gladtobeout for taking from your subject matter as I have. Good day to you all.

Did I not understand this?

As much as I respect the folks who didn't see him, especially Doug's attention to detail I'm still not convinced and I can't tell you why, it's just a gut thing. Sorry Oakspear, guess you'll have to suffer a bit longer, gawd knows it won't be new to you or certainly never has been to me. But ya know what, sufficient enough is this site with folks who retain the burn, it'll be back to normal in a second no doubt. As for you RFR, well I promised an old friend that I'd not get into it with you but I almost hope when you face your maker that He withdraws His grace and mercy for 15 seconds and lets you taste your labor's worth! Almost I said because no matter my failings I'd still not want that for your life. Which means with all my faults you can't even fill my flip-flops lady!

Good start of a new week to all.

I heard what you said about cheeseheads. Now, let's consentrate on the REAL important thing about today. Alabama 30, Southern Miss 21 ROLL TIDE --> Hey, sorry I missed saying anything earlier. The exchange of beer with the one Texas holdout went down today. In fact he was in Indiana this weekend and phoned the neighbor where all the other guys were watching the game when it first started almost and Texas was 10. He said he called to remind them he wanted it cold. He's the new kid in the cirlce, he'll learn. :D--> I must admit though when a team you like for whatever reason wins it really does cause ya to get all warm in your stomach don't it? :)-->
-
--> folks...hope y'all have had a good weekend.

George, You would certainly understand this scenario. Around these parts you could cause a prim and proper woman to hit you with her purse if you dare speak against the Buckeyes. It's almost like Packer fans. Well I take that back, no one is like Packer fans. :)--> And if you want to get anyone riled up around here just mention that ingrate Maurice Clarett. I was in the grocery store yesterday and a group of 4 men where shopping and I happened to be reading a label when I overheard them make up a menu and then divide and conquer on the task. They were almost huddle positioned as they confirmed yes we have it all covered and off they went. There is this thing here about the Bucks. It's almost a religious experience for many people here. I had the windows opened in the house so I could hear the neighborhood. And there are certain sounds you hear and you could know how the game was going without watching it. In fact unbeknownst to someone I was speaking to I had the game on but muted and could tell what was going on without the sound. I did wonder why this person didn't ask me why on occasion would I inappropriately scream. When we lose there is a silence, almost like being in the eye of a storm. All the joy that accompanies this same neighborhood when we have won is so gone you feel it. :(--> And being prepared for a game is of utmost importance. Hubby was wearing his Buckeye T-Shirt on Friday and one of the neighbors said you're going to go home and wash that right! So the next day of course I see in the latter part of the day when all work was done this shirt show back up on him along with the appropriate hat. I mean you dress for the game in this neighborhood. :)--> I'm not that into the game or even the sport but I must admit I have this need to be knowing how we're doing during it. It seems to be in the air best I can tell. Speaking of Illinois teams when we first moved here hubby had on one of their T-Shirts when this same neighbor said you don't want to be wearing that outside the cul-de-sac.

Ted, Since I knew I couldn't see her this time I'm so thankful you saw her for me in a way. I've no doubt what you being there meant. And thank you for sharing with us here. Kathy

:D--> :D--> :D--> :D--> :D--> Oh my gawd, first we had Mr. Focused SaintGeorge and now we have you.

Okay she and I are in IM right now and she goes to me: Okay, so what did you google to find that pic? I mean what word could it have been.....she is killing me..... :D-->
-
I am dying....... :D--> :D-->
-
You don't even know the word I was referring to, I can't stand it..... :D--> :D--> :D-->

Eagle, I have to agree with your reason for his not having attended. But I also believe she would have been touched. And right now because I need it and because I don't want to remain silent I'm going to say again that it took balls because he did it for her. And that is how I feel regardless of anything else I have ever felt towards the man. As for the extra pain it could have caused for the Wierwille's. They are strong people who have gone through a great deal more for a very very long time. By the way Eagle, you've said some lovely things lately I've noticed.

Thank you SaintGeorge and if you lived in the Columbus Ohio area right this second you would not be breathing. (ohio and texas)

Ala, Once in awhile you say some word that in your country means something and in ours means something else. I'm guessing this applies in your 3rd clue. :D-->
