Sticking my nose in only to say this thread caught my eye a few days ago and I have to tell you folks something. I've seen great meekness in this thread, gosh that's been grand to read folks.

Yeah Brother Speed, you speak wisdom in that no doubt. I don't know your experiences over there and understand you're limited anyway as to what you could tell us but what things I've heard differs so much from perspectives over here or even the world for that matter. It's quite perplexing and gives way to a myriad of emotions in me so best I remain quiet. This is breaking that vow of silence I reckon but thanks for what you do and for what you endure daily so that some kid from tinbucktoo who's never even seen a gun up close much less fired one doesn't have to go to war against his will. Yup, that's a major emotion point so on that I shall shut up. And good morning all!

Bowtwi, yippee seeing you here girl! And I can't believe it but I will be in KY with act2 when you are here in my town. Poop on a stick! Not being in KY but missing you. And what a reason to be here. Brother Speed, let me find out what I can on where they are, one has moved and the other I'm not sure if I can really know where he is to be honest, he will not say. He's in satellite communications and oversees what I would call media pods but I'm very sure that is not what they are called. The other is a foot soldier but he goes into no-communication mode for about 6 week intervals that he never really explains. Well let me tell you something he got busted for talking too much. So every since then he is like communication challenged. SaintGeorge, I'm praying for you. Rick, I never watched the movie or the television series so have nothing man!

And I didn't bring the whole song here cause today it looks a tad dorky. But in the day (my in the day) he spoke for me to some degree if I chose to take that song I reckon. Geo, Your 35 years must have picked up my 35 years hitching along the way as it headed off towards somewhere. And I agree with you and Rick on the different things said about Hendrix. But to me he is still alive and well so I hadn't noticed he was fading away as much I reckon. But the point of what some of the greats did with their bodies back then was tragic at times, his being one of them by dying. We could do a list of who did die young for such things but egad wouldn't that be rather a bummer list to look at. :)-->

I don't know what it is but I just can't sleep in. I have gone to bed at 3 and scolded myself about not even thinking I better get up early and boing morning comes and my head wakes up. My body often disagrees but the head seems to be the boss, what's up with that anyway! I don't know but 5 or 6 hours is my normal max and I seem to be stuck with it. I'm weird I think. But to sleep in till 10 would probably kill me, even when sick. And I agree that's just wrong. --> :)-->

Hmmm, well they didn't use to have those traveling emergency vehicles like they do now, they were just plain ole cars pretty much. Am I remembering it correctly I wonder? And it wasn't that he wasn't skilled yet I don't recall him being like the EMT's of now either, maybe it's too long ago. But I was really talking about the vehicle.
