That is wild!
-
Robin, I'll be honest I just reread it and I did misread you. I'm sorry for that. Kathy

So because you had an encounter with one poster you have the enlightenment of the group, am I correct? Sad thing is you hit on some truths in your delusion of concepts that were it not for being out there you could actually contribute some personal challenges in a socially understood way. Like accountability, hell yes we need to be, don't even get me started on that. That is just one thing your posts reflect you lack knowledge of about us. You think we pigeonhole, good lord you define the word presently.
-
Ala, you're a hoot. But thank you for sharing your holiday with us. And please do tell us of your stories, I'd love to hear them and heck half the time we just chat around here anyway, Sudo even mentioned enjoying it. So do tell! :)

Private messages can be a way of saying something or asking another a question pertaining to only the sender and the receiver that you prefer not to say in public view. It isn't a back room to gossip in. How did that become the definition for a Private Message?
-
pond, Well let's begin by establishing you'll never have to pester with me sending you a private message. And your definition of private is one I've never had the experience of reading before. Nor do you seem to understand the same definition of first hand account being relayed. And two engaged in a private message being an inner circle as you say seems stifling as far as the quantity that would make up an inner circle, you seem to think two is sufficient I gathered. As for the WayKBG……hahahahahahahahahaha……I shall not even respond beyond that. And do you realize you are calling Pawtucket a liar then because he's posted of contacts he's had thanking him for the forum and how it provided comfort and deliverance. But then you seem to doubt our words here so possibly you don't ever bother to read them eh! How nice you say you don't think it is everybody. It would be nice if you addressed the person you were speaking to now. And I assure you I don't give a rat's foot your opinion of approval at this point of the conversation. As for being loved, you obviously don't know the same definition of that either.
-
Before I even begin to respond to that I'd first like to know what part of PRIVATE do you not understand about that concept?
-
I am in full agreement with your thoughts! To my knowledge it's how the board works. And it's one FINE addition I may add!
-
That reminds me of an area in Illinois (the state we lived in until 2 years ago). They have this place (below) where they celebrate something they call Byron's Turkey Testicle Festival which is flooded with bikers. I don't know what they do now but they use to do it in the fall.

What is up with this private message revealing going on around here? I went to the person that sent me a private message and told him I was going to reveal in part his intentions behind it because he wasn't letting the folks know something quite good about his heart that I knew they would benefit to know, it was critical to the dang story line of the thread for gawd sake! I WENT TO HIM FIRST AND TOLD HIM EXACTLLY WHAT I WAS GOING TO SHARE. Was I right or wrong? Matters not because I WENT TO HIM FIRST. Why are folks trying to figure out ways of revealing what we say in private around here? And for those who find the private topic a mystery because it pops up in front of you it does so to inform you it exists. I LOVE THIS OPTION. In the other board some folks never even looked to see if they had any. This one at least gives the sender the option to know it was read for goodness sake. I have seen this now for days around here, WTF!

Is this from the soundtrack? I'm rather enjoying it! And you cracked me up big time on your last statment to Pirate on cults. And morning to you morning girl (Moon Girl that is).
-
I'm afraid to say thank you cause I'm not sure if I'm who you're talking to.
-
From the hour time I see you posting I think you and Ted are night owls.
-
Pirate, :D :D Sudo, Well it just made me think of getting a good movie like that. I've much too much to do this weekend. So I think a nice movie break would be most excellent. :)
-
Sudo, I'm kind of picky about movies with singing and dancing but this song is making me want to rent something. And I don't need to guess I reckon. B)

Mike, I'll give you that you're concerned for someone weak of mind to read things that would encourage. Encourage in a detrimental way. But I feel anyone that hangs around here be it poster or just reader has the muster to do so or they'd leave. I don't agree with somethings said around here and reckon folks don't agree with me as well but I do know that I came here some time back in need, received it and will remain thankful. I think our extremes are acceptable to those eyes reading because for the most part we keep it in check around here. This is quite a polite place as standards go I suspect. I don't think Pirate meant harm, it reminded me of one of the best cartoons I've ever seen and I'm really not distorted. Two buzzards sitting on a branch in the heat of the desert day with one saying to the other "Patience my foot I'm gonna kill something". I mean that is sick right? But I absolutely love it. Yet I don't feel that inspired someone to take actions of harm. I may have assumed a great deal here. Kathy

Actually I was wondering that myself because it just seemed rather extreme even for our dear Mike. :)

It's been a much better day. We had 8,000 members added just in test runs in a few of our stores and that was without advertising since the program doesn't go into effect until Sunday. Gosh, I'm thrilled! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. Oh btw, I've already been asked it the fire pull was working out well for me for key pass access.

I see Paw gave Sushi his title, cool!

What was I saying about being bored the other day? Well yesterday I wasn't. I was at the inner wall of our building approaching the distribution center of which I was crossing the inside to get to the store on the other side and I have to badge myself everywhere so I was looking for the thingie you swipe your badge up to and I saw this blue fire pull thingie but it didn't say it was a fire pull thingie and in my haste I went to touch it for some reason. I tell ya what I was a tad under the gun at the moment. And just as I did I realized I shouldn't and then the other man under TWO and his assistant just happen to be walking up and he goes you don't want to be pulling that and I turned to him as I was realizing what it was at the same time and pleaded he not pass that around. And he said no promises on that one young lady and laughed and walked away. It just ain't fair. How do you recover from such dang things and act like someone's peer when your being a goof ball like I am around there. Geez! Yesterday was a high because of the quick test results of the previous day and the worst stomach churning hours ever spent being paid for it. Under my supervision something occurred that was fairly serious and I basically owned it. It wasn't an error on our part as much as it was neglect on another to supply us with the information but it still originated with us. Someone took an action based on it that complicated an already complex situation. Ever have a day like that! They really suck don't they!

Welcome Wafer Not! So good to see your cute little doggie in these parts. Come back and try the next link which may be more to your liking. I understand about her voice but I have to join Moon Girl with agreeing on Ala's description. And she could be different with the next song. Her style wasn't one tied down and she altered and moved with great charisma. But again I fully understand on the voice.
-
Well I reckon I misspoke. It's pretty awesome; I'm thrilled you enjoyed it. Oh my Moon Girl I had left this thing open and messing around somewhere else and you appeared by the time I posted it. I'm glad you enjoyed as well. And goodness girl but don't you go being all southernly charming as your voice was. Yup Ted, ya did good dude!
-
Um, I don't know what to say cause mine has it. Well sorry I butted it cause it didn't help. :)
-
Ted, I know you'll probably roll your eyes on this one (me and guitars you know) but it's probably my favorite song right now and I just had to bring it here for you and your precious Moon Girl. Here
